I moved into my new home in January 2024 and after the first month my water bill was extremely high. Each month after that my bill continued to increase. The water company came to my home and determined that I had a leak somewhere on my property because the meter was spinning. So I used my home warranty to get a licensed plumber come to my home. I had a total of 3 different plumbers through my home warranty company visit my home and each could not find the leak. So I called my realtor Karen Hayes and told her about my problem. She recommended Sanders Plumbing without any hesitation. I gave them a call and Klaus and Cody visited my home and determined that I had a leak under my driveway. Well, on July 2nd Joseph and Heath came out to my property to fix the leak with a new water line. They were absolutely awesome. They determined that the link was actually close to the home and they wouldnt need to break up my driveway or dig up my entire yard which saved me some money. They were very professional and informed me about everything that would be done. I am so grateful for their professionalism and knowledge because now the leak has been found and fixed. I am super excited to actually receive a normal water bill. Thank you Sanders Plumbing. A huge thank you to Jospeh and Heath. You both are the MVP of my Plumbing situation. I needed to replace an 18-year-old hot water tank that was located in my attic. Having used a plumbing company before that I was happy with, I got an estimate to replace my tank with a tankless system. In addition I asked if they could also fix a minor problem with a bathroom faucet and replace the water spout into a tub. The estimate which I got was much higher than I expected so I called Sanders - sure glad that I did. They gave me an estimate the same afternoon which was MUCH lower than from the other company. They also arranged for electrical work that I would have had to schedule and pay extra for if I had used the other plumbing company. Office staff and workers that installed my new system were a pleasure to work with, arrived on time, and completed the job, including the two bathroom projects, in a timely manner. I saved hundreds of dollars and had a very pleasurable experience with this company. They will have my business in the future and do definitely recommend the company for plumbing needs.

Jermaine was awesome! Our AC stopped working sometime this afternoon. We called Sanders Plumbing/HVAC and they had Jermaine out to our house within an hour!Not only that, but he spent most of the evening working on our HVAC system; running diagnostics, checking fuses/wires, etc…He finally figured out that the wiring that goes underneath the house had been “nibbled” on by some critter. Something previous technicians had not found (not to knock them as the situations were altogether different).Anyways, he was able to fix the bad wiring and now our AC is running quieter than it has ever run in the 8 years we’ve been in our house!Not only that, but he helped my wife in her search for a new thermostat! My wife has MS, therefore any temp above 73/74 degrees causes her to have issues related to her MS.I want to thank Jermaine again for his professionalism, dedication to his job and just being an all around great guy!Apologies for the novel, but we wanted to sing his praises!Sincerely,Tim and Sarah Anson

I called Sanders Plumbing on a Friday night after 7pm because I was worried that something could be wrong with my water heater. The gal I spoke to on the phone (sorry, forgot her name!) was super kind, even though I was calling on a weekend night. She listened to my concerns, including my long rambling description, and never cut me off; she listened carefully and validated my call. She worked it out so that a technician could be at my house first thing the next (Sat.) morning.On Sat. morning, Dillon Rohla arrived with a great attitude (even though it was so early on a weekend!). He listened to my detailed concerns, and subsequently checked everything out, including going up into my crazy attic; when he was up there he checked so much more than just what was associated with my water tank (vent pipe) to make sure all was in order up there. Dillon was very knowledgeable about all of it and gave me a very comprehensive explanation of how everything works.Thank goodness Dillon let me know nothing was wrong; it gave me great peace of mind after he checked everything. He didnt even make me feel like I had wasted his time. Im really grateful.Great attitudes and exemplary subject knowledge by all I encountered at Sanders. I highly recommend!

Chad Davis was dispatched to solve my drain problem shortly after I called, and he took care of the issue more quickly than I could have imagined, based on past experience. The receptionist and Chad were both courteous and professional, and within minutes of his arrival I felt like I had known Chad for years. I found myself wishing I could attend a company barbecue so I could meet the rest of the crew. It would be like instantly having a bunch of friends in a new city. To round off a near-perfect experience, i did not go into sticker shock when I saw the invoice. Do yourself a favor and dont take your plumbing needs anywhere else.

Truth be told we had an appointment with another company this morning who canceled but they sent Chad out within 45 minutes which is the distance between me and Sanders. Glad to be back up and flushing!

Sanders had to come put twice, but not due to any negligence on their part. Rick came out on a Saturday, and did everything he could in as short a time as he was able to look for a clogged line. No clogs, but at least we could narrow down the issue. Chad and Travis came out Monday morning with a camera, and found the issue quickly. Sewage piped had been bored through. Chad got in touch with all parties necessary to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Great company! 10/10 will call for any future plumbing issues if they happen.

UPDATE: After Sanders management learned of my experience they immediately aimed to fix the situation. A technician came out that night at 10:30pm. He found that we had a life threatening situation going on with the water heater having an opening to allow carbon monoxide gas coming into our home rather than going out. The tech was very courteous and right out of the door stated the scheduling mishap was on his part. He apologized profusely for the trouble. They did get the problem resolved. I later got a call from management going above and beyond to make things right. I work in the Service industry and understand things can happen. People have bad days. But I also understand that a company that owns up to their mistakes and then fixes the problem rather than make excuses is a company that is real and shows integrity. I wont judge them by one bad experience. Rather, I will judge them on how they get back up and make things right. So far, I see them doing just that. I hope this turns out to be a rocky start at the beginning of a great relationship. I stand hopeful.**************I am one that hates to leave negative reviews. However, this situation warrants just that. I contacted Sanders on Wednesday afternoon about fixing a dangerous situation in my newly purchased home. The water heater vent had come disconnected where any dangerous gas venting is coming directly into our home. Fortunately I discovered this washing clothes. We promptly stopped using hot water. That was on Tuesday evening. We gave the realtor the chance to get someone out and wasnt successful. I then did my research into reviews and called Sanders. I was told the soonest they could get out would be Thursday between 11:30am and 1pm arrival. I received a text confirming this. Then today, at 1:30 when there was no call or text and no plumbers, I called and spoke to the same lady. She originally said I was wrong that it was scheduled for 1:30-3:30. I assured her that wasnt the case. I had a text to confirm. Then she said oh yeah, one of our guys called in sick so they must have changed your appointment. I told her that would be fine but you would still need to contact me. She deflected and said someone must have forgot. I said fine, when are they coming. She said they would be there between 1:30 and 3:30. So we waited. At 3:38 we still had no plumbers, no call, no text. So I texted asking if they were still coming. They said he had run into issues on his calls and was running late. They assured me we were still on the schedule and the tech would call when he was on the way. At 5:52 I called to see if he would still come even though it was after hours. I got the answering service which said they would send the question over to them. It is now 9:03 pm. I have heard nothing. I happen to be a CSR manager for a service company as well. I realize calls run long, people call in sick, things happen. But at the point when the same person realizes they rescheduled me without notifying me, she should have taken ownership of the appointment and made sure things got better for the customer. Instead it just went downhill fast. My day is gone, wasted, and still have no hot water due to it being dangerous to use. She was aware of this. Now I have to try to find another company that will come out same day Friday without charging an arm and a leg, as we cant go another 3+ days without hot water. I just moved to Arkansas and was looking for a company that I could use for my plumbing and to replace my ancient HVAC system with. I had hoped Sanders would be that company. But it has become apparent to me they dont and didnt want that business. If you choose to use this company I do hope you have a better experience than we did.

We had a plumbing issue that turned bad overnight. My husband was searching and calling around for someone to come out this morning. He came across Sanders and they were the only company that could give an exact time for when they would be able to come out. I appreciated the fact that we received a text with the picture and name of the professional that would be assisting us today. Chad arrived at the time quoted, introduced himself, listened to my husband explain what was happening and got right to work. He had us fixed up in about 30 minutes or so. We appreciate the professional service.

While he was fixing the noise he went ahead and checked the heater as we had a call in for our fall heater check-up. But he found a gas leak in the attic. So, I called this morning Friday 10-04-23 to have a plumber come out to fix the gas leak. Sanders office lady sent out Klaus very quickly and he took care of us. He was very helpful too keeping me up to date on what he found and how and what it was going to take to fix the leak. thank you so much for everyone... My technician Billy Dee Williams went above and beyond today! Somehow my Nest thermostat took on a mind of its own and went into some sort of AI mode. I wasn’t even aware it had a setting like that! It sensed when I wasn’t at home and would stop blowing air and then when I came home it would work again. It was the strangest thing. I was so glad he knew about Nest thermostats and was able to get it all straightened out for me. Now it functions like the regular thermostats I am used to.5 ⭐️ Service from Billy!

Came home from a weekend wedding and realized my AC was not working. Called Monday morning and sent out a tech that day. He explained my options. The furnace was 20+ yrs old and the AC 13+ yrs old. Decided to replace units. Mason, HVAC Manager, came out and we talked about options. He was very professional and helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done. Decided to replace units and add an air return. It was going to be a 2 day job. Joey and Shane came and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did. They went above and beyond doing the job. They improved the attic access, suggested some changes go make things work better, prepped and cleaned up from the drywall removal from adding the air return in hall ceiling, plus a couple of other things. Cant go wrong with Sanders PlumbingHVAC. Second time using them. First time pipes frozen and water was leaking all over my backyard. Only plumbing company that would do the repair without doing a leak test.The leak was obviously coming from the backyard water line. Second time my AC was leaking, both times they were fast and fair price. They never try to sell you something you dont need. And super friendly for homeowner since they send you and your tenant a text when the driver on the way and email invoices.

Sanders Plumbing HVAC was very easy to contact, set up an appointment and solve the problem. Dispatch and the main office were fast, responsive and courteous. Chad came out promptly, he was very nice. We discussed a number of options and alternatives and I decided on the solution best for my situation without any sales pressure or weird up-charging. The job was done efficiently and effectively and Chad also gave some tips for extending the life of the new garbage disposal. The price was as expected (plumbing isnt cheap), but it also wasnt astronomically expensive either. I hope to never have use plumbing services again, but only because I hate stuff breaking down. However, if I did need services again, Sanders and Chad would be my first choice. This is not a paid advertisement - I still had to pay for my disposal to be fixed :)

Today I called Sanders Plumbing to clear a clogged kitchen sink line. Chad Davis showed up within 45 minutes of my call. Chad proceeded to inspect the sink and undercounter lines and observed problems with undercounter sink drains (pipes and supply line). He explained the problem and repaired it on the spot, then proceeded to clear the obstruction. He then thoroughly tested the sink for proper drain flow and any undercounter leakage. After, on Chads own initiative and intuition, he checked the clothes washer drain and observed it also was needed clearing. He cleared that drain line and checked all other drain lines while there. Had Chad not taken the initiative to check the washer drain we would have certainly flooded on our new flooring and likely the new carpeting in an adjoining room.Chad saved us from a disaster!!I could not have been more pleased with Sanders Plumbing and Chad Davis. Chad took a genuine interest and concern in making 100% sure that all our plumbing lines were sound and in good working order. Chad treated my job as if it was his own house!And the ladies that answer the phone and dispatch are courteous, knowledgeable, and promptly got me the help I needed.Calling Sanders today and having the opportunity to have Chad Davis at the home is the best decision I could have made for a bad problem and another latent, unknown problem that was detected and fixed by Chad Davis.Count me as a very happy and thankful customer of Sanders. Randall and Evelyn Lambert purchased a new central heat and air unit about 2 years ago. We have not had a lot of problems but when we did the guys, they send out are amazing. They are kind. They do not over charge us. We totally trust Sanders. The last guy that fixed our air was Andrew Womack. He was very nice, and helpful. He did not charge us anything extra. He also came after hours and didnt charge us an afterhours fee. We have beagles in the back yard where the unit was. Mr. Womack had to work around them. The beagles could sense Mr. Womack was a good guy. All the workers Sanders send out are like that.The ladies that answer the phone treat us like we are friends or family. Jamie, Cheryl, and Ms. Lisa are always so kind and helpful. My job puts me in contact with a lot of people. I will always tell people about how kind and Sanders always provides good quality of work. Most importantly Sanders does not appear to be all about just money. I was afraid our unit was going to be expensive, but Mr. Womack explained that the unit is under warranty. He made me feel so much better when he said Sanders would submit the paperwork for the warranty. The unit did not require any parts. It seems like the most important thing to Sanders is to satisfy their customers even after they have paid for units. We feel blessed to be Sanders customers. Thank you, Sanders.

We are relatively new customers of Sanders Plumbing. We found them after the March 31 tornado after a friend recommended them. We had tried other plumbers first, but Sanders was the only company to respond quickly with an ETA. It wasn’t a full emergency - we had only lost 8 trees, much of our fence, and our main water service…so it was definitely a partial emergency.It took about a week for the debris to be cleared out so Sanders’ plumbers could replace the water meter, dig a trench for the new line they laid, and cover it up. They did a great job, and their customer service is top notch.One thing I really appreciate is that they send the name and photo of the plumber who is coming to your home once the plumber is on his way. It’s really helpful. They confirm appointments via text, and also have the plumber call when he’s heading your way from the previous appointment.We’ve used them several times in the past year. The most recent time was yesterday. The drain line for our hot water heater didn’t have the right fall (slope) and water had frozen where it pooled in the drain pipe. Not only did they get it unfrozen, they corrected the fall, and showed me a handy trick using a washer hose so I can unfreeze the line if it freezes in the future.We will keep using them - they’re great!

We recently had an extreme sewer backup, creating a mess in all bathrooms. Chad, from Sanders Plumbing, came and identified the problem as a new power pole placed in the sewer line. Chad went beyond the call of duty to get the problem resolved. He contacted and coordinated with both Entergy and Little Rocks Waste Water (Water Reclamation) to be sure they came out to do a very complicated repair. He followed up with both organizations and with us, and he came to do a final camera check of the sewer line to be sure it was clear. Were more than pleased with his prompt, competent and thorough service. It reflects great credit upon himself and Sanders Plumbing.

Extremely quick, professional response to my call for help with two faucets. Three hours after I phoned Sanders their plumber had fixed the problems. I would not hesitate to call Sanders again when the need arises.

David did an excellent job of resolving my problem with a humming noise from my toilet. The fill valve did need to be replace, but he said let’s first check the water pressure. The pressure was extremely high so the regulator needed to be replaced. It was the pressure that caused the fill value to struggle. It fixed the problem and was probably what caused a couple of leaky faucets and repairs to be made which those plumbers did not check the pressure that probably caused those parts to malfunction

Great service, the plumber Brian Varhalla was courtesy, respectful, & very helpful. He recommended for me to call Delta Faucet Company to get free replacement stems & parts from Delta because they are lifetime warranty on their products, which I did not know this about Delta Faucet Company. Brian was very efficient, knowledgeable & quick with fixing our sink & shower issues. I would use or recommend to friends Sanders Service Plumbing Company.

Sanders pluming responded very quickly. I had a cracked water line that we found out needed to be replaced. The service tech was very friendly and professional. I appreciated his confidence and knowledge in being able to get the work done needed for my repair. My estimate came almost immediately, and I knew how much it was going to cost very quickly.The did a very quality job in fixing my broken water line.

I always have a great experience with all of this companies employees. They’re professional, thorough and get the job done correctly the first time. This last time another company wasn’t completely honest with me and advised me I needed a completely new drain installed for 1k, Chad with Sanders told me I didn’t and that all I needed was my drains cleared for $250. And that solved my issue, I’ll never call another company. Thanks for always taking care of me!

Our service tech, Jason, did a fantastic job across the board. Very easy to talk with. After assessing the problem, he explained what he had determined to be the cause of the leak, and detailed the steps it would take to fix it.
