Had odd feeling so called Home Warranty company (another company)to have someone come out because the vent connected to the water heater was out of wall. They took 20 seconds to tell me I needed a plumber and carbon monoxide blowing, called it in, charged me, and left--WITHOUT TELLING ME TO TURN OFF THE WATER HEATER! I had to reach out and find Russell &LeMay. They had me text picture-told me to immediately turn off water heater, and how, and within an hour of call although they were swamped, an amazing, experienced, knowledgeable, and kind technician was at my house. He told me what needed to be done and did it. They were swamped but thought enough of me and my issue and ultimately my family, to get someone out immediately. I am thankful and highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service! They were here within 30 minutes of me calling to schedule an appointment for a leaking faucet. Don spent time with me explaining things and asking if I had any other issues or questions while he was here. Very thorough and professional.

I havent had need of their services yet. But if I ever have a plumbing issue, i will keep them in mind due to one of their staffs small act of kindness.I was having a rough morning and wanted to get McDonalds because i wasnt able to eat at home. The gentleman in front of me, in his company vehicle, paid for my meal. It brightened up my day immediately. I paid it forward and paid for the lady behind me. I dont think there was anyone behind her, but I hope i brightened her day like he brightened mine.It was at the McDonalds of Fourche Dam Pike. I wanted to say thank you, and i know its going to be a good day.

I had a great experience with this company! The repairman that came out was very knowledgeable and friendly and had my faucet fixed very quickly!

These guys were actually pretty awesome for heating and air repair. The 2 people that has to come out to my house were very friendly and fun to work with
