Ive been using Mac-Mechanical for our plumbing and HVAC needs for several years, and theyve been fantastic. Theyre dependable, give great service, and are always responsive to our needs. We love the peace of mind that comes with their service plan and bi-annual inspections (twice a year). While no one is perfect, on the rare occasion theres an issue, they are quick to make it right, and Im always pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

I dont write many reviews but these guys deserve one.We had a routine AC service at my 80 year old mothers house in spring on a very old unit. The fan went out in late August on a Friday around 4 PM. I called them and they came out and fixed it by 6 PM the same day. I really appreciated their hard work and extremely fast response. I am sure the repairman had started early that morning as well so it was a long day for him but he got the job done.

MAC Mechanical is amazing! MAC Mechanical installed a new HVAC system in my daughter’s home 2 years ago. They were the only company to provide me an on time fair quote. During the installation they also detected a plumbing problem affecting the air return and because they have plumbers they were able to handle EVERYTHING!My hot water tank failed this past week. I knew who to call! They were out the same day, found the proper hot water tank, and it had it In service the same day!Truly a beautifully customer oriented company. Thank you MAC Mechanical!

On Christmas Eve, we noticed water trickling from our attic through the ceiling and down the walls. We called MAC. They came out promptly(Xmas eve!) and immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem—a frozen drainpipe from the HVAC system. They saved our holiday! The repairman was pleasant and turned out to be the owner! We highly recommend them.

We had a small water leak in our master bath near the shower but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The technician from MAC Mechanical arrived on-time and was very professional. He determined the shower drain pan was leaking but made sure to check other possibilities to confirm that was the only issue. Since it’s not a major plumbing issue, their services weren’t necessary, but I will keep their number handy for any future issues.

When you are remodeling an older home there is no telling what you will find and what leaks have gone undetected. The team at Mac Mechanical was prompt to arrive, easily diagnosed the problem, and even removed a 1960s cast iron tub (pink) with ease. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing issue.

I had a leak in the ceiling. The plumber who came was able to determine it was the upstairs toilet and pulled the toilet and fixed the flange where the seal wasn’t sealing and was able to fix it all in about an hour. I have no damage to drywall that requires more work and I’m very pleased he was able to go ahead and complete the work. Also I didn’t ask for a quote before he set to work but it seemed very reasonable to me once it was all said and done. Grateful to be done!

Daniel and his crew, What I like most about these guys is their honesty. Installed a unit recommended by their supplier earlier this year, well was the wrong spec. I would have never known the difference, he came out the day the unit wasn’t performing properly. Recognized the problem the installed the right one pronto.They’re just honest people and back their work. You will never feel ripped off by these guys. Highly recommend.

This company also does plumbing. They have been out to my home a few times since December 2019, due to water leaks. Respond within 2 hours, always able to detect source of leak & stop it.Did suggest that I replace 30 year old pipes throughout house, due to age & wear & tear. Did not push it when I said I was unable to afford that big of a job.
