Justin is the best! Had an emergency issue with my hot water tank. He was able to fit me in the first thing next day. Based on the pictures I provided, he was also able to identify a problem with the previous plumbing and had a solution to fix it. I was impressed by how clean and organized his truck and work are. 2 hours after starting, the job was done, the old tank was loaded into the van, and I was a happy customer.Great price, fast response, neat work, and easy to work with. Got this company’s name from another plumber who is the friend of our family. You know when someone in the industry recommends them to their own friends and family, that they must be good. My basement was flooding after heavy rain because our old sump pump broke. Justin came ASAP, assessed the best and most compatible pump to get, went out and got it, came back and installed it, and had 6 inches of water out of our basement in less than a few hours. He recommended a water remediation company to prevent mold (we appreciate that, as we would not have known to take that extra step) so we are having them come out too. Bottom line: professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Justin was extremely responsive. I caught him as he was finishing his day for an emergency leak on our boiler. He didnt hesitate to jump in his truck, drive more than an hour and quickly resolve the issue. He returned the following day to perform much needed maintenance on the boiler and replaced many old parts to avoid any future issues. Id definitely recommend him - friendly, trustworthy and responsive!

I highly recommend Justin Wood!! My hot water heater broke on a Friday evening and I called Justin. Not only did he respond right away he was at my house by 8:15 the next day and had the new water heater installed and running in just over an hour. Great service and excellent work.
