I could not recommend anyone better than Lile Plumbing. I called after hours for a kitchen drain issue and they were at our house by 8 the next morning. We’ve only needed them twice in 7 years, but both times they came through in the clutch. Our technician Ben was beyond amazing and we have 7 pups roaming the house. Ben was engaging, helpful, and beyond kind. Just an overall great experience again.

We called Lile when our kitchen drain clogged in the middle of preparation for our family Thanksgiving meal. We had a million dirty dishes and cookware items and couldnt use our sink or dishwasher. They came out and there was a bit of an oops issue that wasnt obvious until later. We called them back and Kevin came and did a ton of additional work that he wouldnt take any payment for. He went WAY beyond our expectations for service. I would totally recommend Lile for plumbing.

First off. Let me say that I dont hand out five star rating easily. It has to be earned, and I must say that this is the first time that I can think of where there was not even a consideration in my mind for 4 stars or less.Long story short:This was a very refreshing experience where the service was prompt, honest, and high quality. I really cant say enough good things about them. While I hope to not have to use them again anytime soon; it isnt because of any fault on them. However, the next time I do have any major plumbing issues, they will be the only, repeat-only, ones I will call.The long story:We woke up one morning to no hot water in the lines. I checked the main breaker panel and the distro box to the water heater and they were fine. I then pulled the access panel off the top thermostat and found that the internal breaker had tripped. I reset it and checked the lower thermostat. I found that the thermostat and breaker had fried, melted wire insulation, and melted some of the surrounding insulation.I called Lile Plumbing on a recommendation. I expected to have to wait a day or two to get someone out to look at it and was already makinging plans for a couple of days of no hot water. Those plans were not needed. They said they would be out within one hour and advised me of the visit cost. Sure enough, he was at the house in about 45min. He looked everything over and told me what I already knew. No BS, no up sale. The waterheater was from 2006, so it was already past the expected lifespan and out of current production. I already knew that parts would be hard to source, even if I wanted it fixed. As far as I was concerned, the internal wiring was damaged and too suspect. He gave me the full rundown, including all the costs. He quotes only for fixed amounts, no hourly charges. I agreed to the quote and asked how long it would take to get the new unit in, thinking it would be at least a day. He replied that it would be delivered by the time he got the old one disconnected and ready to be removed. Delivery was just as he said. They removed and replaced the heater and got everything cleaned up as if they hadnt been there.

They came out same day, fixed the problem (new water heater!), and then… send a handwritten thank you card with a gift for MY CATS!!!!! I contacted Lile Plumbing to replace a faucet in one bathroom and install a new vanity/sink/faucet in the other. Ben came right out for the estimate and I scheduled the work for two days later. Ben and Kevin were right on time and did a fantastic job. Everything looks and functions great, and all the packaging from the new vanity got hauled away. These are definitely my plumbers going forward!

Kevin and Ben deserve a standing ovation!!! We purchased a home in Nicholasville that had hidden water issues. I cant believe the poor workmanship that the builder allowed his plumber to perform.Anyway, Kevin and Ben were at our home 2 days correcting all the issues, from the main flow into the home, cold water line running to the dishwasher, hot & cold being reversed on the faucets, loose fittings, bad valves, a new 80 gal AO Smith water heater, adding a much needed pressure reducing valve and I could go on. These gentlemen stayed positive the entire time and with every piece of drywall the cut and pie fitted, they completed the task to perfection.I encourage you to rely on Lile Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs, they are AMAZING!!

I am so very pleased with Kevin & Ben and their excellent service! I called them late Friday about a water leak ( that the water company said I didn’t have, even though my water bill was 4X the normal amount). They came over first thing Monday morning & fixed the leak! Busted pipe! I also had them install 2 new shower heads, 2 bathroom faucets, and a new commode. They were here 5 hours! I am so happy about my updates! And they listened to me!

Kevin - who was available to come to our home within 15 minutes of my making the service call - was incredibly pleasant to work with and respectful to our space. His attitude was compassionate to our situation, which made a big difference for me!I am a new homeowner, and I was really appreciative of Kevin taking the time to walk me through his observations and explain some of the nuances of our specific system and how to best repair. My experience with Lile Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! I set an appointment up fairly late in the evening, and they were able to fit me in the very next day, from 7:30am-9:30am. They asked if they would be able to call earlier if they were able to, which was fine with me. Kevin called me at 6:45am and was at my house at 7am! I have never experienced such a punctual company!Kevin was the consummate professional, and offered my husband and I two options for fixing our broken garbage disposal. He was friendly, clean and genuine, and had our problem fixed within 15 minutes. A few days after his visit, we received two cat toys in the mail for my cats! They LOVED them! This was such a wonderful touch- that is how you run a business! Kudos to Kevin and the team at Lile Plumbing! I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family, and they will be my first choice in plumbing services. Great job!

Great work by Lile Plumbing installing our replacement dishwasher. Since it was in an adjacent/perpendicular counter from the sink, the appliance store installers couldnt set it up. Lile was able to send a plumber the same day I called, and the dishwasher was installed with new extended water supply lines and discharge hose. Friendly and professional service along with plenty of attention to detail. They took their time to do the job right. Recommended and will use again.

We had a kitchen faucet and a toilet that needed repair. Ben, the Lile Plumber was exactly on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.Ben tried several different procedures to fix the faucet in order to save us money, but the reality was soon obvious that it needed to be replaced due to its age. I expected, like most plumbers, he would have to leave and go purchase a new faucet or worse need to reschedule another call. To my surprise, I found Lile Plumbing maintains a number of new faucets on their truck and he was able to install it quickly. Same with the replacement parts for the toilet. Very Impressive! I would recommend Lile Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing problems. I had not used Lile before and chose them based upon the huge positive reviews they have received. Wow from my first phone call to job completion everyone I came into contact with was a delight. The up front pricing and the work that was going to be done was explained very well. I had a leaking hot water heater that was over 18 years old. It took less than 30 minutes for Kevin to arrive. Within 2.5 hours my new heater was installed, old one taken away and clean up complete. Would Highly recommend.

After frustrations with another locally owned company and their lack of communication after having done some diagnosis on first visit, we called Lile Plumbing as several in our neighborhood recommended. Ben came out on time, explained everything and quickly had several plumbing issues addressed (low water pressure in several sinks, slow drainage in shower, and water leak from upstairs shower into the downstairs ceiling). All of this taken care of in just a couple of hours in one visit, where the other company came out and addressed nothing and then failed to return our attempts to have them come back to fix things. We highly recommend Lile Plumbing and Ben.

We had water rushing down from the first floors ceiling yesterday (around 2 degrees F outside) and called Lile Plumbing based on a quick Google search. Kevin and Ben showed up two hours later. I was amazed how quickly Kevin located the burst pipe. Since I turned off the water valve very quickly, there were only a few visible wet spots on the ceiling drywall. Kevin picked up a location and made a small cut on the drywall and (Voila!) found the burst pipe right away. Less than 10 minutes later, the problem was fixed. They cleaned everything up before leaving my house. I am very happy with their service. I was a little scared when the dispatcher refused to give me a ballpark cost estimate. The overall cost was actually reasonable. If I have another plumbing problem, my first choice will be Lile Plumbing.

My family has used Lile Plumbing for a number of plumbing repairs and small projects, and always have good results. They are demonstrative of the old adage good, fast, cheap - pick 2. They arent cheap, but the work and product quality is excellent, and the service is amazingly quick. It isnt unusual for them to show up 30 minutes after I call. The workspace is left clean, and they typically mail a follow up note with a chew toy for my dog. A+ service.

I called Lile Plumbing on a Saturday morning after the valve on my water main started leaking hours before an open house we were holding as we are selling our house. I had already called several plumbers, but all of them told me they were busy or couldn’t get to me until Monday. Lile sent me a plumber within 30 minutes, and the plumber was very upfront and fantastic to work with. They got everything fixed in no time, and their pricing was great. I will certainly be calling them in the future if I ever need a plumber again!

I was in panic and just wanted to get help ASAP when I found my house being flooded at midnight two weeks ago. we contacted Lile plumbing and another company at the same time. The other company said they could come earlier but they didnt. Lile plumbing called us early the next morning, and showed up early as they promised despite icy and snow road condition. Kevin and his young staff were very polite, clean and professional. They fixed the broken pipe joint explaining the progress, and also gave us some tips on how to prevent water from freezing. Kevin even helped me solve another minor plumbing problems in my house. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the service. Several days later we received a Thank You card from Lile Plumbing together with a towel and two dog toys which were for my son and two dogs. Very thought. My house is still under repair but life is almost normal since the plumbing problem was solved. We will definitely recommend and use Lile plumbing in future if we need help.

I am very glad I called Lile Plumbing to unclog a couple drains in my 58 year old house. Ben came about two hours after my initial call and after checking the problems, gave me two options and prices for solving the problems. After about an hour of hard work, the drains were flowing freely. Ben, who did the work, was very professional, nice and pleasant to talk too. He even explained what many of the pipes visible in the basement were for and some dos and donts given how the house was plumbed. I will definitely contact them if I have other plumbing problems.

I had a great experience with Lile Plumbing. I called to have an estimate on my kitchen sink. They showed up 10 minutes early. Both employees were very polite and respectful. They were able to look at the sink and give me an estimate for all the repairs needed. They broke it down line by line and explained what each one was. I was able to select the repairs I wanted done and they went to work immediately. They placed a mat out front to prevent tracking in dirt and they also wore shoe covers to protect my floor. I have two small dogs that did not like having their territory invaded. Despite the employees best efforts to make friends with my dogs, the dogs were not having it. I finally sequestered the dogs to the back room to give the employees some peace. They worked for several hours quietly in the kitchen. When they were done, they showed me all the work and we settled the bill. My new kitchen sink works great. And they even sent me two small dog toys the next day! I will definitely use Lile Plumbing again!

We had a great experience with two of their plumbers. Our hot water heater was not working, so one plumber (Kevin I think) came out and looked at it, he arrived within the hour we called and told us they don’t work on this model am they didn’t charge us anything at all and wrote up a quote to have it replaced. 2 weeks later we decided to have the water heater replaced, I called at 10:15 am, Ben was at our house before 11, and done replacing our gas water heater before 2. The work looks excellent and he cleaned up perfectly. This is the first time we’ve had to use a plumber since becoming home owners and I’m confident we have found a reliable team for any future needs.

I called Lile Plumbing having no prior experience with them but based on a favorable review I read on here I decided to try them out. I am very glad I did. I live out of town and own rental property in the Lexington area. My renter was experiencing some water issues at a time when I had no option but to call a plumber as I could not evaluate it myself. The Lile team was quick and professional and kept me well informed throughout the repair process. I immediately got detailed billing invoices emailed and no nonsense evaluations of other plumbing issues. I know its hard to imagine - but I feel like I got concierge service from a plumber - great staff and excellent customer service!

I think they have fair pricing and they dont do any work without letting you know first what is going on and how much it is going to cost. After calling around town to fix two stopped-up utilities and hearing of waits up to three weeks, I luckily got to Lile. Kevin fielded my call and couldnt have been more empathetic. (As if he hadnt heard about plugged up sinks and showers just before company was about to arrive a million times before!) In short order--just a few hours in fact--Ben arrived at my front door. After examining the utilities, Ben presented me with two options and laid out the costs up front. He then recommended I proceed with the less costly option and that we just give it some time before resorting to option #2. One week later, option #1 is holding up perfectly and my out-of-town guests are none the wiser. I remain so grateful for Liles professionalism, expertise, and availability and would strongly recommend them to any and everyone!

Ive lived in Los Angeles for 11 years and my wife and I own a home in Lexington. Its an older home and over the years weve had a few problem with plumbing. For the first 8 years or so that we were out here we used a variety of plumbing contractors. I consistently changed who we used because we were dissatisfied with either pricing, workmanship, or customer service.Fortunately we eventually found Lile Plumbing and absolutely could not be happier. They have handled every issue weve had with ultimate professionalism. Their customer service exceeds any that weve experienced with any other contractor(not just plumbers)weve ever used at our home. They are always easy to reach and make a point to handle everything promptly. They also have a really cool service partner program that gives discounts and has made us feel like we have someone looking out for our interest.The reason Im singing their praises specifically is because today is Saturday, and when our new tenants had a small problem that I was certain most companies would have waited until Saturday to even call me back about, I was able to reach a live person and they went out and handled it within an hour. I really couldnt believe it and I had to share what I think of this company.Its difficult being 2500 miles away from your home and not being able to handle things yourself, but its an amazing feeling to know that if something goes wrong there is a great company like Lile Plumbing that I can trust to take care of it and treat us right.

We had somewhat of an emergency plumbing issue when a bathroom sink and hot water heater started spewing water. We called to explain the situation and they were able to make it out pretty quick to take a look. We ended up having issues with multiple valves including the main water shutoff which was not completely shutting off. They ended up changing out our main water shutoff valve as well as multiple bathroom valves which were old and leaking. They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the way they handled what we needed done. They told us the issue, all the options, and how much the cost would be. We never felt pressured or like they were trying to up sell. Instead, it felt like they were giving us the advice they would give themselves. We were also really impressed with the customer service. They answered all our questions and really listened and help explain everything. We also had a follow up call the next week about some of the work. They were super responsive to that as well and helped us make sure everything was good. The work has been quality and weve been impressed with the customer service. We would highly recommend using them.

Our son moved from Lexington to CA and left his home unused until it sold after 6 months. There was an odor when you turned on the water. I called Kevin (and apologized for calling after hours) and he made some suggestions. Later he called me back after researching the problem. He told me what to do and it worked! Lile Plumbings service is absolutely outstanding! Recently, I had a serious plumbing emergency with raw sewage backing up in my shower. Yikes! Kevin and Ben were here within a matter of minutes and did not leave until the problem was solved. My 60 year old home posed several difficult challenges, but they were persistent in their efforts, not giving up until the backup was solved and the water was flowing again. The price was most reasonable. The service A+. We really liked knowing the exact price before anything else since they dont charge by the hour. They took the time to go over everything with me before I made any decision on my faucet and were not pushy in any way. Even though their quote of $580 was to replace my faucet, he ran into an issue with the pipe coming up from the crawlspace, which was not his fault. But he got down there and fixed that too and there was no price change. He got everything done and had my water back on quickly, even with the extra work. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Kevin came out earlier today for our water heater not working. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us choices on which route we could take. We decided to switch our old gas water heater to an electric and he also gave us referrals for electricians. I described my issue; bad washer hookup valves, leaky kitchen faucet with hot/cold handle issues and a shower/tub faucet that didn’t allow the tub to turn on the shower head. The representative on the phone offered to set an appointment or show up within the hour. I was home, so I opted for the immediate option. Low and behold, 2 highly professional, courteous and most descriptive gentlemen arrived at my home 30 minutes later. They wrote out a summary of their findings and presented it with solutions to the problems in a politely passive manner. I opted to utilize their professionally packaged solutions. They went to work immediately. In summary, the repairs were completed to my upmost satisfaction within an hour! They then walked me through the finished result while asking how else they may serve me before leaving with a handshake and smile. Next time I need a plumbing professional, I’m calling Lile Plumbing! They were friendly and while they were there, they took a look at some other things unrelated to my current problem. When they finished, everything was working swimmingly! We called Lile Plumbing this morning and they came to our house right away to fix a leaking faucet. I was not looking forward to this visit since the faucet has multiple functions and therefore could have multiple places to leak. The technician listened to my description of the problem and then began working on the end of the faucet where the water comes out. He unscrewed the end where the water comes out and then tightened the piece just inside the end. We then tried the faucet and it was fixed even though the water had been leaking at the base of the faucet. I was very impressed. My leak was fixed in just a few minutes.

Long story short: as a new homeowner I set out to tackle some of the issues with our gently used 20 year old home. The bath tub didnt hold water and I wanted to show my young wife I was capable of replacing the drain,and 3 hours later I had the old drain removed (moral of this story: if you can avoid breaking the cross hairs on the drain, by all means do NOT break these, or else). THEN, I made the cardinal sin of running water in the drain to rinse out all the old nastiness and thereby flooded my laundry room downstairs. Not knowing this was happening, I quickly installed the new drain and filled the tub with a little water to show it was now fixed. Fast forward to 5 minutes later I now wondered how I managed to run a gallon of water into a room below but not directly under the tub area...I called LILE plumbing and setup a visit.MARK called right at 8am (the extimated arrival was 830-1030am) and arrived promptly at 830am. Walked me around the issues, calmly explained how many items worked and why issues arise to help me avoid future baffles (of which they will be getting EVERY Call to repair/fix) and was just a great, knowledgeable, personable, solid guy. No other way to explain how when he left 30 minutes later I felt this peace in knowing I called the plumbers I was meant to call and they were in the business to help others.I felt like Lexington was Maybury and Mark and the crew at LILE Plumbing were helping a friend out and giving quality service at a rate UNHEARD of in todays plumbing/contracting worlds terms. I have a million things to do today and knew as soon as he left I needed to write this first and tell the world how great they were and how much I look forward to paying (yes to PAYING) them to return if/when i need help in the future. Kevin was terrific. I needed a new water heater and some faucet repairs and Kevin was pleasant, fast, and very efficient. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for next Tuesday. Lile ended up calling the very next morning (Friday) and told me they could come out right away so I didnt have to go the weekend with hot water. I felt Kevin explained things very well and their prices are very fair. I will use Lile again.

Plumber showed up in the time window I was given. Kevin worked with my schedule for my convenience, which is great customer service. Replaced a shower head and fixed two running toilets for a very reasonable fee ($169 total). Replaced one toilet flapper on one toilet, adjusted water line on the other toilet and I provided the shower head. I will definitely call again!

Great job fixing my main water line in my basement that was leaking due to stress on the couplings. They replaced the couplings with a better solution and removed a 1972 valve that would have failed if I had turned it to an new quarter turn valve. Great experience!

I called Lile Plumbing about our water heater troubles. They had someone at our house within 2 hours. They installed a new water heater the same day at a fair price. We had a slight hiccup, but Kevin & Ben came out and got everything going with no more issues. I highly recommend this company and will give them a call if we need more plumbing work done in the future. To make things even better, they sent us a thank you card and included some toys for our kitties. Fantastic touch! Thank you, we are enjoying our hot water and the kitties love the toys.

Love the customer service and sincere care and courtesy provided by them. I used them a little over a year ago for a kitchen sink leak and installation of a new hot water tank. A new kitchen faucet was also installed at that time and last Friday the spray head broke off. They promptly came to the house and replaced the the spray head for the price of a service call to the house. This was fantastic as the head was no longer under warranty and it would have cost much more than I paid and the best part is I did not have to do any bargaining with them. If I could give them a sixth star I could. Thanks Kevin & Ben.

Had occasion to call Lile after receiving flyer. Service was fast and Kevin and his assistant Ben came and Kevin explained in detail Liles business philosophy and then checked the plumbing . The problem seemed to have resolved itself. Kevin offered 3 options, one of which was to do nothing and wait to see if the problem happened again the option we chose. After giving us a detailed service report explaining our optiions, we paid a reasonable dispatch fee for the service call. After note: Kevin called the next day to see if we had any more problems. We also received a thank you note and a toy for our cats was enclosed. Would, without a doubt, we would use this plumbing service again.
