    We have been using PROfetick Plumbing for well-over a decade and wouldnt use anyone else. Buzz and his wife Trish are super responsive, reliable, quick, honest, and just lovely people. Their prices are also the best Ive found. First Buzz replumbed our entire 1939 house, sorting out a mess of pipes in the basement. He once brought me an antique handle for one of the original toilets, just because he found one. Then we had him do a major addition to the house. When he had his old truck, before hed park in our new driveway, he would lay down cardboard to prevent oil drops on it. I always enjoy making an appointment because I get to talk with Trish about our pets. Once I had an issue with our water heater on a Saturday night, and Buzz was ready to rush over. But he was able to talk me through fixing the problem and of course didnt charge for the help. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Now that we are moving out of state, I am so sad I wont be able to call on them anymore. Thank you Buzz and Trish! Its been great knowing you!

    This is the premier plumbing company for Central Kentucky. They can do everything. Profetick is family owned and operated and wonderful to work with. Trish was able to move their schedule around several times to accommodate us. She is a joy to work with and very knowledgeable! Buzz, Owner, is terrific!     Excellence, as always! Wish I could give 6 stars. This is the 4th job we’ve hired Buzz for, and he and his helpers have been great every time. Does quality work, and most importantly to me, he’ll spell out all of the charges, unlike most of the bigger companies.     Very sweet and helpful plumbing organization. From the front desk to Buzz, the plumber, its an A+ company. Our counter top company installed a deep sink that went too low undee the counter and we could not get the disposal back in. They came up with suggestions for us and offered ideas. I appreciate their willingness to help me out in a stressful kitchen remodel. I would definitely recommend contacting them BEFORE doing a remodel to get their insight before having new cabinets or countertops installed. It will save you a headache of trying to get plumbing redone in order for things to fit back properly.

    Always excellent work. Buzz and Trisha are very professional. Buzz explains the details about his work and Trisha keeps me updated regarding schedule times, arrival times, etc. I live in Woodford County KY. PROfetick is not the nearest plumbing service to me but Trisha is the only one in/near Woodford County KY to call me back during the pandemic. I will never call another plumbing service. I can do basic plumbing but Buzz has fixed several major plumbing issues left me by the previous owner. Buzz work is always done perfect the first time, and he cleans up as if there was never any work done. Two very genuine folks!

    I called this company after reading the reviews on google for them. All of the reviews are true- this is a great company that is super focused on outstanding customer service. Every employee from the receptionist to the plumber worked overtime to help me- someone that had never used them before. They squeezed me in and made a tough job go as smooth as possible.     I am very happy with the service provided. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. My old toilet was replaced with a new one and an original problem caused by the houses builder that arose during the installation was taken care of in an extremely professional manner.     The repair person arrived early and worked quickly. He explained his plans and findings as he worked and seemed to be thorough. For example, even though he seemed to snake through the clog fairly quickly, he knew that initially, he must have poked through the clogged material but not fully cleared it. He was honest about this and made sure to clear the entire clog before providing the invoice and leaving. The sink is draining quickly; we’re happy with the result!

    I have nothing but glowing reviews for Pro-Fetick. I’m a resident at UK hospital, so I have an extremely tight schedule. They came out the day after I called to let them know my availability and started a big, three-day job on the day we’d specified, about 10 days later. They were very thorough in looking everything over, had a very reasonable price, the final payment was the exact same as the quote, everything got cleaned up nicely, and every single one of the guys who worked on my home, as well as the lovely woman who runs the office were incredibly polite and professional.     Excellent service! I called asking for a quote and got a technician out here for repairs the same day! I just bought my first house and had a constantly running toilet (I had tried to fix it but it ultimately needed replacement), a broken tub spout (it had calcified on there and I wasnt confident I could remove it) an un-flushable downstairs toilet, and a leaky washer pipe. The repairs were completed expertly and quickly and I was charged far less than what I was expecting to pay. I have no doubt that I will be contacting this company for future plumbing concerns.

    My family has been in building and development for several years in the Lexington area. At one time, I helped coordinate the different trades as the process of construction progressed. you always hope that what a company says they will do and when they will do it will go as planned. Rarely does that really happen. Buzz Fetick said he would be there on March 12th by 8:30 and came at 8:15. He thought it would take a day and a half but was finished on the same day.     We recently had Pro-Fetick Plumbing replace a large hot water heater in our home.We had heard of the company from friends, and we checked them out, and found outjust how reputable they are. From the first call to their office we were impressedwith how we were treated. We were given answers to all of our questions in atimely matter. We scheduled the installation, they were very prompt. They tookall the precautions necessary to cover our floors, to prevent any damage.Our old water heater did not have a drip pan under it. I ask about one and he said Irecommend it for sure. Since our heater is in a closet on our main floor we discussedwhere to drain it , he then went under the house, and said , you have a beautifullysanitized dry space under the house so I recommend that we go through the closet floorand run a pipe to your sump pump, in case it ever leaked. He sent his helper to get theneeded supplies. The hot water heater was installed in record time. There wasnot a drop of water any where in my house. All trash was swept up leaving everythinglike they found it.If you have a plumbing problem, the only plummer you should ever call isPRO-FETICK Plumbing, you wont regret it. In all of our many moves at least20 we have never run across a plummer like Buzz Fetick. He is the best.Peggy D
