These guys go above and beyond to say the least, very satisfied. I had to have my water line removed and replaced from the city meter to my home, about 30 feet. The city broke my water line and these guys got me up and running as quickly as possible. I have a brick patio in front of my home and the water line ran right underneath it, into my basement. They were so delicate to not remove my patio, I was so thankful. As you can see in the pic, they could have just ripped up the entire patio and called it done. They finished the job on a Friday afternoon and Friday evening, about 7pm, I noticed I didnt have hot water. I called and a few minutes later they called me back! Walked me through getting the pilot lit again, boom working. I dont think Ill ever call another plumber, and def will recommend them. I bought the crew lunch for their extended efforts, great group of employees. Their dispatcher/manager was also super friendly! Call them if you need a plumber!!

Matt was awesome! He came out in an emergency situation and was at our home within an hour. He fixed the immediate issue and we asked him to come back for several other plumbing problems we had been dealing with. The second time he came out he was extremely friendly and courteous like before. He fixed issues we have had for several years and that other plumbers weren’t able to diagnose. The prices were very reasonable too. We highly recommend him and Thoroughbred Plumbing!

Josh was early, professional, personable and got right to work. He examined each of needs, determined what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, got my approval and went right to work. No mess no fuss. Very satisfied with the price and workmanship. I will continue with Thoroughbred Plumbing from now on. 🙂🙂

Ben was great. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. Another plumbing company had indicated that they couldn’t repair the faucet due to a discontinued part. Ben kept checking and found that another part would work which saved replacing the entire faucet and the demolition it would have taken. The cost was reasonable considering the effort it took to find the correct part. I would highly recommend Ben and Thoroughbred Plumbing.

Thoroughbred plumbing just finished a bathroom remodel for me and they were outstanding. Ben was very knowledgeable and his work was excellent. Emily, the scheduler, was extremely responsive and made sure I got what I needed to keep the project moving. I am now using them again for a patio project! 10/10 recommend!

Great Service & Responsiveness! They came out the same day to inspect a gas hot water heater that stopped working. I was told by another company I needed to replace it without knowing the root cause of why it stopped working. However, Thoroughbred Plumbing found the root cause and fixed it within 15 minutes saving me over $2,000 quoted by the other company for full replacement. I really appreciate their honesty and the servicemans (Ben) professionalism. They have earned themselves a new customer! Would 100% recommend.
