Called on a Friday at 4:00 pm. They had a very nice guy Kent come out and they caped off a shower so we could have water for the Weekend! They were there Monday morning and had to tare some tile out to get in the wall to fix the leak. Repaired leak , cleaned up alll the tile, cleaned up very nice and wiped everything down!! I couldn’t say anything negative about Stormy Plumbing. We had an issue at one of the rentals we manage and Stormy got to it within the hour. I have found that rain water is not draining out quickly through a pipe in the center of my backyard (see attached pic) and a huge pool of water threatens the floor with every rain. I appealed to experts from Stormy Plumbing (the first name of one of them is Winston) and they resolved my problem very fast. I understand that this pipe is supposed to move water through/under the wall to a ditch behind the wall. 35 years ago the outlet of this pipe laid on the surface. The layer of organics (leaves, debris, etc) fallen down during the elapsed time buried the outlet of the pipe under ground. Winston let the water go through the pipe using a simple shovel. Rare to find businesses that are straight honest and wont take advantage of a situation to make money. This company I never used but had an emergency and the owner is the only one that called me back and helped me fix the frozen pipe issues for our tankless water heater by being honest and not charging me a penny. They have all my plumbing business from now on and I have already sent their info to all our friends. I appreciate what you stand for and pray that God blesses you guys.

The only plumbing company I recommend to others. I contacted the company about a leak in the bathroom that was not an emergency. Within a day or two they had a service tech there who was prepared to replace the leaking valve. Repair was done in a timely and professional manner. Keep up the good work!

Mr. Mason has been our plumber for several years. His pricing is always in line and quite often less expensive than other estimates we’ve gotten on jobs. When you place a call, you get help right away. Employees are courteous, timely and knowledgeable. Best plumber we’ve had after living in the area over 40 years.

Excellent all the way around. We had an issue at our daughters house with sewage overflow. They placed us on the schedule first thing for the very next day. They called us when they were about 25 minutes away from the appointment time and showed up right on time. They located the issue and fixed it immediately. Will definitely be my go to plumber.

This morning I had an emergency plumbing issue. I bought my house back in 2016 at 23 years old. I’ve had random plumbing issues ever since moving in. I’ve had multiple people in and out fixing a couple of the same random problems over and over telling me nothing was really wrong and never really listening to me when I felt like the same thing shouldn’t be a problem year after year. I’m a single female and for the most part have lived alone since buying the house. So recently I was having plumbing issue and decided to call stormy plumbing. They sent out Winston and Kent. Kent called to let me know when they were on their way (get this, they showed up on time!! I swear that never happened with service calls but it did today!) and winston had the most important problem diagnosed within two minutes of being there. They listened to my every request and issue and were SO respectful. As a single female, sometimes it’s hard to feel heard when it comes to matters like this. I’ve had some rough experiences with services needing done. But I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing and respectful these gentlemen were. I absolutely recommend this company to ANYONE. If I ever have plumbing questions or necessities in the future, you can guarantee I am calling stormy!! Thank you so much!!!
