    It was great working with Smooth Waters from start to finish. Tyler introduced himself at the start of the appointment. We ended up having to get a new water heater and they were able to do it same day. I really like how they give multiple options for repair and replacement. A good, better and best option. Tyler was a trooper dealing with my hubby’s requests and questions about pricing. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends if they need work.

    This was my first time using Smooth Waters Plumbing, I had an excellent experience. I had a bursted water pipe in my backyard. They were able to come out the same day in less than an hour. Talon was the plumber. He did an excellent job repairing the pipe. I noticed how clean he stayed repairing the water leak. Talon has a great personality and gave me wonderful customer service. He did his job quickly but efficiently! I would definitely use Smooth Waters Plumbing Service again. Also, I received a gift, a rubber duckie on a keychain. It is too cute!

    Luke was great. Arrived on time. Very professional and courteous, respectful, and a joy to be around. They always do quality work and treat your home as if it was theirs. Luke went the extra mile during the holiday period to complete work to get our final inspection. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

    Called to have our water heater flushed. The appointment was scheduled and I received a text and a call prior to the tech (Luke) coming out. There is also a tracking component so you can see where the tech is while he is en route. Everything was fully explained up front, so no surprises. The service was efficient and the tech was polite and friendly. Not only did the tech explain everything, but he had multiple photos to illustrate the process and to show what needed attention. I read online reviews before calling Smooth Waters and I was not disappointed. We will call them for future plumbing needs.

    I called Smooth Waters Plumbing to look at my leaking tankless water heater. They were able to schedule an appointment for that same day. Tyler arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me several options with estimates. Tyler was friendly, professional and very good at what he does. He took the job on very late in the day on a Friday and stayed until the job was complete. I now have a new tankless water heater that works perfect and much better than the old one. I would highly recommend Smooth Waters Plumbing for any plumbing job.

    Smooth waters plumbing is where I go for all my plumbing needs. Within the last year, they have installed all new plumbing for an Upstairs addition, to include a kitchenette sink, a toilet, and a bathroom vanity. Everything was handled very professionally and works fantastically. Most recently I called them for a leak from existing plumbing elsewhere in my home. Someone showed up as promised, the next business day. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to repair the problem. he took great care to clean up after himself and left everything better than he found it.     Smooth Waters is the best plumbing experience weve had. They were prompt and professional. Weve used them for 3 different projects (including removing our CPVC and re-piping our whole house!) They were always on time, professional and very reasonably priced. They didnt sell us extras (or tell us we needed a new water heater when we didnt like other companies did to us in the past).     A couple months ago I came home from travelling to find that my 10-year-old hot water heater was leaking. I called Smooth Waters because of the reputation that they have for taking care of you quickly. The next day I had a brand new hot water heater installed by 2 very courteous, kind, men who patiently explained everything to me in great detail. I was pleased to see that when they entered my house they even went the extra mile by putting special slippers on over their boots rather than track in dirt! But they didn’t tell me that they don’t work on pools until they arrived. They should have told me that up front. It’s fine that they don’t work on pools, but now I’m delayed in getting that fixed.

    Smooth Waters Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing my entire drain system under my house. They guarantee their work for a year. 5 months after they completed they returned to reseat a toilet that had a rock to it. Totally free of charge. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber.

    Called Smooth Waters plumbing because my water heater needed replacing. The technician Kenny was at my house same day and 4 hours later I had a new water heater installed.     The company came at the time and the date promised. We had to have the sewer lines replaced due to roots and the age of the lines (70 years). Luke and his crew also replaced the drain lines under the house and installed two new cleanouts. They leveled the area where they had dug and removed all the old pipes.
