Highly recommend Slate Septic. Ive used another company twice to pump my tank but we kept having problems. Slate came out and found the problem and fixed it. They went above and beyond and were professional and quick. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

This team was great! I used another company, that gave me the run around. These guys were very knowledgeable, they kept me informed all through the process As they located and pumped my septic. Mine was located almost 4 feet down, which I understand that is unusual. They were able to get out next day even though one worker was scheduled off. I can not say enough about there customer service. They kept me on schedule with the sale of my house. Totally plan to use them for installation of my new build. Recommend them highly!

Called them to to come out and pump septic tank. They were at my house in less than an hour after I called them. Mike and Russell did a great job. My husband even wanted me to write a good review for them. Very friendly people to talk to and work with. Would highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced also.

Slate is the Best!! Great customer service and their pricing is wonderful !!! We called them this morning around 7:45am and they said they would be here this morning, showed up around 9:00 am the guys were so kind and helpful with educating us about our septic tank. They were very neat and clean with everything they did and they got the work done in no time at all. I just really appreciated them how hard they worked and that they were willing to make sure everything was in working order before they left. Hard to find companies that care anymore I truly believe they do thank you slate for coming out and helping our family today 😊👍🏻

Being stuck at home our septic tank started to back up. No washing hands or laundry not good at this time. Called Slates Septic and they were here in an hour. Not the first time they have helped us out. Great company and everyone who comes out is always friendly and professional.

Slate sent someone out to my house within a couple hours of the time I called. They were quick and knew what they were doing. I was charged the same price as 6 years ago. I dont know how they could have done any better.

Moved down from wisconsin about a year and a half ago. Had nothing but septic problems. I finally call slate septic and now all the problems have been fixed. It seems like they are the only ones that know anything about septic systems around here. Thank god for billy slate and his crew. I would recommend them to everyone
