    I needed a plumber to repair some leaks on a toilet. Two young men from the company Myles and Caleb were very respectful and theylisten to my questions and concerns. They were very skillful, and knowledgeable. They had the leaks repaired quickly. They also advise me on other services they offer. I will recommend this company also Myles and Caleb to my family and friends for their plumbing needs. We give the company 5 star 🌟 rating .

    Very happy with the plumbing repair from Simrel plumbing. Jayden was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Him and his partner completed the repair quickly and efficiently.     I spoke with Arthur, who was able to change my original service date to accommodate me. He sent a tech out to look at my problems. The tech discovered it was actually an HVAC issue and they didnt even charge me a service fee. Highly professional! Very courteous. And most importantly FAIR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!!

    Home Warranty assigned them to come fix the toilet shut off valve. We also had an outside spigot that had broken and I added it to the warranty claim. The employee that called me told me the warranty company would probably deny the claim because the hose spigot outside was not covered as it was outside. He arrived with a helper and said Choice Home Warranty did deny the claim due to one item being outside. He explained how to get the claim accepted. I asked him what it would cost for him to fix the issues since he was already here and the amount he quoted me was a decent quote and I told him to go ahead and fix it. I was already going to pay $85 if I refiled the claim and only had the toilet value fixed. I still needed the outside spigot fixed, They were professional and kind and had the issues fixed in 15 minutes. They also answered questions and checked the toilet we just installed ourselves to make sure we did it right. It is not on them that Choice Home Warranty denied the claim; it is on me as I should have not included the outside spigot. Lesson learned but the plumbers fixed the issue and I got a good deal on the repairs since they needed to be fixed anyway.

    Travis was great! They provided services to my home to repair a leaky water pipe in my garage. I was initially scheduled for Wednesday and I could not be home, so I called and they scheduled me the same day. Travis was at my home within an hour and did the repair!! Travis was totally honest about everything and cost. I appreciate a honest and professional company!! He was very personable and knowledgeable of his work! I will definitely utilize them again for any future plumbing issues! I highly recommend Simrel Plumbing!!!I had to call Simrel Plumbing again for a second issue with my plumbing. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at my home Wednesday! Mr. Simrel’s son and another young man came and did a rebuild of something in my daughter bathroom on the commode. They were literally in and out in about 30 minutes! As usual a great and very professional job. They explained and actually showed me where the commode was leaking. I will always use Simrel Plumbing! Your emergency is their emergency ‼️ They are also very reasonable priced! Some Plumbing you have a life long customer! Thank you for your professional service and work!!! I highly, highly recommend Simrel Plumbing!!! Another 5 star rating!!!

    Simrels Plumbing was sent out by Choice Home Warranty to fix a leak under my bathroom sink and a kitchen faucet that was loose and wobbly. They arrived promptly and completed the work quickly. The 2 gentleman were very courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

    Had a tiny leak that caused a big mess. Garland and Josiah came and got the leak fix this time...(had a different Plummer one time before), they are fast, experienced and they leave their shoes at the door 😊 I wasnt expecting that!! Would highly RECOMMEND.

    Weve used this company three times for basic, non-emergency repairs and hardware replacement and every experience was great! They are fast, courteous, professional, and exceptionally cheerful. Their prices were reasonable, too. Would definitely hire them again for similar.

    My electric water heater was leaking water and a a pipe was rusting out. My wife has AHS and was told it cost $1200to replace out of pocket not including the deductible. I contact CHW whom I had with a previous property and paid the $75 deductible to Simrels technician. Travon diagnosed the problem and CHW informed me that Simrel will replace the electric water way less than $1200 correctly. Arthur (Lead Plumber) and Xavier (Journeyman) installed water heater in 2 hrs. without making any messes and explained everything they were doing a long away. Would recommend Arthur and Xavier. SIMREL PLUMBING did a great job!

    We are in the process of a kitchen remodel. We replaced the countertop, sink and faucet. We needed all the plumbing reworked and connected under the sink for the new layout.I call Arthur at Simrel Plumbing in the morning. They had someone at our home the same day and completed the work. The cost was fair and reasonable.We would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    They were professional, on time and responsive to my questions and did qualitybwork without killing my pockets. I had a leak I discovered under my sink without too much damage done and was scheduled for Monday through my home warranty service, but they called me directly to let me know they could fit me in today, which was great news. They assessed the issue, completed the repair and replacement and cleaned up the area. I will definitely be using them again when needed and referring them to others.

    Excellent company. Owner and apprentice were here to unclog plumbing pipe. While working they noticed a small leak. They took care of both problems with reasonable rates.I will definitely use this company again.Both gentlemen were very nice. They answered all my questions, I learned a lot about my house.At end of job they cleaned up everything including disinfecting floors, where sewage water had gotten, and my garbage can that they used for overflow.Excellent job all the way around.

    My gas water heater went out and the chaos I had to go through between the warranty company and 3 other contractors almost took me out. A friend recommended Simrels Plumbing because they quickly responded and fixed her water heater issue. I called, the owner responded immediately, very nice, solution oriented and he had a technician at the house first thing the next morning. The technician was great. He came in handled his business and gave me a full debrief on the things I needed to know. I received quotes from 3 plumbers that were ridiculously over priced. Simrels is fair, considerate, compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable. Mr. Arthur was a man of his word and his biggest concern was, Ms. Phyllis how many days have you been without hot water. I responded, 8 days. At that point he owned the responsibility to get me up and running in less than 24 hours after speaking with him. Saved me a ton!!! Not only financially but peace of mind. My Forever Plumber!!! Thank you with all of my heart! You went above and beyond. Mr. Arthur, you was very accurate about your Technician Jaden, he was great!! Very impressed!! Thank you!!

    Great service and great personality! They showed up on time for our appointment and worked very hard to get by hot water heater replaced. My issue was resolved within an hour and I had hot water again. I highly recommend this company!

    I placed a repair request for plumbing service with my home warranty company at 3:00am on Friday, May 25th. I received an immediate reply that Simrel Plumbing was chosen and would respond to my request on Monday, May 28th. Much to my surprise, Simrel Plumbing was ringing my doorbell at 8:00am on Friday, May 25th to effect repair. Garland came in assessed my problem and made repairs within 15 minutes. Thats superb service!

    Arthur et al replaced some of our bathrooms underground cast iron plumbing.They went through the extra effort to do the job right. They worked efficiently and didnt skip a day.     I called on a Sunday, and was in the process of leaving a message when a call beeped in. Somehow, when Davidson County flushed their water main leak, they blew one of my old lines under the house. I had not expected a return call before Monday, and was only trying to get put on the schedule. So many other plumbers were booked into the next week.I explained my problem...no water pressure and the meter dial spinning, and we cut the water off. Oh, and we couldnt wait a week and a half. He said they were full up for Sunday but would be out Monday by noon. They were. The gentleman that arrived found the problem, called it in, and another team came out to fix it. They also replaced an outside spigot. I was so glad I called them. The last plumbing group I called took me to the cleaners. This was a huge relief! Imagine that...FAST RESPONSE, REASONABLE PRICED, PLUMBING REPAIR. I will call them again.

    These people are awesome, and we will call every time we have a plumbing issue. We had a problem with out kitchen sink . They came to fix it, and after it clogged again within a week they promptly returned to fix it, with no charge. They always answer the phone- this is not the case with other companies in the area. Highly Recommend.

    Bill and Brian (two brothers; Brian has 10 years with Simrel) were awesome. The plan was for them to come to my home and give an estimate. They rearranged things to get all my plumbing needs met.     They were very professional and timely. We had a cloggage issue where everything was coming up through our tubs and showers. They was able to relieve the situation temporarily however more assistance was needed and instead of trying to rip us off they actually suggested a way cheaper option with another company. In the end it was just grease trapped in the pipes and needed to be cleared out!.. Although they didnt fix the issue personally they still helped by saving us 1000s by having integrity. THANK YOU SO MUCH!.. I will still be a returning customer😁😁😁

    Simrels Plumbing came this morning to repair my toilets. Based on the description of the problem that I gave them when they called, they came prepared with the correct materials and resolved the problem quickly. They were very professional. They immediately removed their shoes at the door before stepping on the carpet and they cleaned up after themselves when done. I would definitely recommend them.

    Had two gentleman come fix my garbage disposal, were very nice. Even took off their shoes to not bring in whatever their shoes had out of respect and fixed my garbage disposal fast and gave me great information to prevent any damage to it. Very great experience!
