I just wanted to thank you for your prompt response to my plumbing issues. Dylan and Jacob were great. They arrived when they said they would. They explained all viable options to address my problems and after I accepted the price quoted, they got right to work replacing our leaking water heater and repairing a constantly running toilet. Update: Be ware if you have a perceived issue with your service you will be charged a service fee for them to come back out even if they are unable to resolve the issue. I was not told about this $200 fee in advance so I want to warn future customers.I was recommended to Jake’s company by a friend of mine and she was right, he is the best! I have never had to wait for them to come out and help me. I love the fact that I am given a price before any work is done and they start right away. As a woman sometimes I feel uncomfortable dealing with repair men because I am afraid of being taken advantage of. I have always received great service from this business and I will continue to use them for my salons in the future.

Our tankless water heater failed in the spring and they were able to come onsite, review and replace all in the same day! This time we needed a water shutoff valve installed. A crew of four (4) hand dug under the dwelling along the side of the building and around the back to connect new bathtub drain pipes to the sewer. Love this company. Second time I have used them. They have fixed many major plumbing problems in my 1960 home. They recently replaced my sewer line to the street and did an awesome job. The main water line to our house was leaking so my husband got online and started looking for someone to replace it. After reading the reviews for Pipe Surgeons and talking to Jake he decided they were the ones. Hank had an issue with the Bobcat the first day and got started later than planned but Jake and Sherry showed up to help and stayed until after dark finishing installing the new line so we would have water, great teamwork! Hank came back the next morning and finished up. We truly appreciate all their hard work and customer service and the price was fair. We will definitely keep their name and number for future plumbing needs!

We thought it was a small problem, our clogged toilet. We tried for days to plunge and read every Google remedy. No success. We called Pipe Surgeon Plumbing, and Hank Williams and Jacob Herrington showed up the next day! The “small problem” ended up being several pipes in our crawlspace completely backed up! Not only did Hank and Jacob tackle the problem on our main floor, they explored the crawlspace to make sure the entire set of pipes was professionally cleared with a professional auger. We have lived in this house for 26 years and this has never been done. Basically, our house was constipated, and these brave souls brought relief! Hank and Jacob were courteous, clean, careful and compassionate. These guys get a five star rating, and Jake Miller, owner, gets props for hiring quality workmen! We absolutely recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing for any plumbing dilemmas. Well done!! Just in time for house guests!

These gentlemen (Matt, Corbin, Jacob and Hank) did an amazing job hooking our water back up after an underground pipe failed during routine maintenance. They had to hand dig a trench from the street to the house, and go through a 20 inch stone foundation and run new pipe in the basement. All in the course of one evening. It was a Herculean endeavor, and they completed it with grace and calm. They were nice guys, to boot. Cant say enough good things. It was much appreciated!

Customer service was great! I had a leak in the line to my extendable kitchen faucet. I was able to reach someone that same morning and got on the same days schedule. Today, we had another great experience with Corbin & Hank from Pipe Surgeon Plumbing. Two days ago, our outdoor faucet would not shut off at the handle; we could only shut it off via the emergency shutoff. We werent going to be home the next day, but Jake got us on the schedule when we would be home. Corbin & Hank quickly installed a new outdoor faucet that is designed in a way that will be much easier to turn on & to attach a hose to the faucet. Great job!Several months ago, we had a great experience with Jared & Corbin from Pipe Surgeon Plumbing. We needed a new main water shutoff, a new cold water line run to our fridge (former owner had it connected to HOT water), and the kitchen sink was draining really slowly. Jared & Corbin arrived on time, were highly professional, and got everything taken care of efficiently. Highly recommend!

Had Pipe Surgeon replace original 55 year old galvanized water supply line from meter to house. What should have been straight forward turned into an ordeal for them because 811 marked the line incorrectly, causing two days of extra work for them. They kept me informed all along and dealt with the water company about the problem. Through it all, Matt, Hank, Jake and Corbin kept their sunny dispositions and spared many of my flowers in the bed than ran over top of the pipe, for which I am very happy. Jake was able to come and check out our water heater at almost 1:00 a.m. I realize late night calls aren’t ideal, but I’d spoken with two other “all-night” plumbers before calling Pipe Surgeon Plumbing, and both had said it would an hour or more before they could find someone to come out. IF they could find someone to take a late night call, at all. Jake was here working within 15-20 minutes, and despite the late hour, was super thorough and definitely put my mind at ease. We had a leak from our upstairs toilet into our garage ceiling and Josh came out quickly and was super thorough! He even helped me find a company to help repair my drywall and replace my insulation. After the ceiling job was completed, Dylan and Jacob came by and reseated my toilet and answered all of my questions! Very grateful to have found them, will most assuredly use in the future for any plumbing issues we may have.
