Over the past six weeks I dealt with four different plumbing firms to fix a backing-up septic system, where the problem was in the main line going from the clean-out to the tank. None of these four showed up when promised or followed-through with a fix. I had estimates ranging from $750 to $6,000, from one day to 1.5 days to do the fix. Miller and Sons was the fifth I called based on reviews. Stacey answered after 5pm and promised an inspector would be out about 8:30am the next morning. He, Cody, was knocking on my door at 8:30. Having been told I probably had a belly problem and needed the main line replaced (~15 feet total), Cody explained what a belly problem was, gave me an estimate which I accepted. He grabbed his shovel and started digging, while his partner Joshua went to get the proper pipe. They finished the job in 1.5 hours, including awesome cleanup, showing me the problem pipe they replaced, and waiting for my check. Miller and Sons is now my go-to plumbing company. I hope All Yall use them and that your experience is as good as mine.

We had an awesome experience. We were very pleased with Ted Miller, as our plumber. He was prompt, very friendly and cleaned his area. He replaced our kitchen faucet and took the old one for me to depose of it so I didn’t have too. He is one of the Miller sons and did fantastic. So for price and customer service and great work we will be doing more work with them. And soon will replace our bathroom faucets next. Being new to the area calling for plumbing and electrical work is like taking a chance. I’m glad I took a chance on Miller & Son’s. They squeezed me in and sent a crew out in a few hours. The gentleman we’re professional, honest and very polite. They pointed out cracks in the original garbage disposal that we did not know were there we went with a new system they got the equipment and had it hooked up within 15 minutes. Excellent service at affordable pricing!! Their employees are knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. All appointments were made on time. A 50-year-old house is always full of surprises but they worked around those and completed the job for the amount estimated at the start. I highly recommend you use Miller & Sons!!

We needed our water heater replaced, so we went with Miller and Sons. Its no easy task replacing a water heater when its up in a cramped townhouse attic, but Larry and Jacob did a fantastic job! We also had a situation where the boards under the old heater were starting to bend from the weight, so Larry helped us get in contact with someone to reinforce the wood and build a stand so that it could be leveled. We really appreciate their hard work, and dedication to doing the job right the first time!

My shower drain was leaking and it was outside my skill set to fix. I’d seen their trucks around town and called to see when they could come out. They dispatched a technician immediately. The problem was fixed quickly.I asked for a quote to replace a toilet that had a crack in the bowl. I decided to have them do it. Their work was excellent.I’ve got their card on my fridge to call if I have any problems with plumbing in the future.

I used Miller and Sons to remove and install a new hot water heater. They were very responsive, and even managed same day service. The technicians were personable, and seemed very interested in doing a good job. The new water heater was a Ruud, and seemed to be a good quality replacement. The owner, Don, was reasonable with his pricing. He actually price matched a second opinion.This seems to be a small newer business (3-4 years), I like supporting our smaller local businesses when I can. I would recommend.

They did a quick and amazing job of fixing my shower, which was not turning on due to a worn ring of some sort. They explained the issue, replaced it quickly, and now not only is my shower working again, but the pressure is back to the way it should be. I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs

Mr. Miller provided friendly professional service in a very prompt manner. I unfortunately had a plumbing emergency outside our home just as a heavy rain storm was moving into our area. Mr. Miller arrived in a very short period of time and started work on my plumbing issue in the storm, no problem. He was knowledgeable in his trade, well prepaid with all his supplies and through. His pricing is reasonable, fair and honest. I will recommend his services to my friends and call him again the next time I need a plumber!

Miller and Sons plumbing was selected by my warranty company to replace my hot water heater. While the warranty company was less than helpful, Don, with the plumbing company, stayed in constant contact and was very adaptable to my crazy schedule. They were prompt and courteous and did a great install. Would recommend for future jobs.

We had them out at Christmastime to fix out broken faucet. It was a quick fix, but super necessary! Great work!I contacted them late at night for a non-emergency and they were able to have someone out the next day. They quickly and efficiently fixed our toilet and replaced the broken part with one of better quality. He was professional and wore booties and a mask the entire time he was in my home. Absolutely wonderful experience-- as wonderful as your toilet breaking can be.

Don Miller of Miller and Sons Plumbing did wonderful work on numerous plumbing issues I had at my home. He was courteous,knowledgeable,and explained everything he found and how he would make the repairs.He even was willing to show me where the main water shut off is to my home and how to shut the water off should I ever have a need to do that,and what to look for on the actual meter if there was a water leak. He fixed everything that was wrong with the plumbing in my house in one visit. I would highly recommend him as he a very knowledgeable professional.How refreshing to find an honest professional such as him.

Ive never wrote a review for any service before but I feel the need to write one for Miller and sons plumbing. I had the supply lines underneath my sink replaced and I wanted to say how great of a job Don did. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and had the job done within less than two hours. I see why all of his reviews are stellar he does great work for a good price. I recommend him for any plumbing needs great or small. Ive been looking for a plumber that I could trust for future jobs and I believe I found him. I wanted to write this review for others who are in the same situation as I was and to let you know that Miller and sons plumbing did a great job.

The technicians, Larry and Jackson, were amazing and very polite. You could tell they cared about the customers. No fault to the technicians, but I was shocked at the high prices set by the company. We had a toilet flange replaced and toilet reset (we already had it removed when they arrived).

Miller and Sons Plumbing was assigned to me through a home warranty claim I initiated. Im very glad they were. Don was courteous, professional and very receptive to the many questions I had about my issue. He scoured my home found all the gas leaks, corrected them and conducted a pressure test. He was even willing to remain in the area until SCE&G came out to verify the test and turn the gas back on. Very convenient. I was able to get the whole issue resolved in 1 day. I will be calling them for plumbing problems in the future.

I highly recommend Don Miller and Sons Plumbing. I had a leak in my shower upstairs. Don came out very quickly and repaired the leak. He also did the plumbing repairs and installation in a bathroom at a vacation-home for me. I broke my water pipe to my hose and had to shut off the water to my entire house in order to make it stop gushing water. I called them and explained my problem, they were able to find someone to come out within the hour to help me! The men fixed my pipe and replaced the faucet in under an hour and were extremely nice and professional. All of this happened before my toddler even woke up from her nap and we are now outside playing on her splash pad with the newly fixed faucet. Thank you for fixing my mistake and allowing my toddler to cool off (and take a bath tonight now that my water is back on) on this very hot summer day!

Excellent Service, reasonable price, and knowledgeable in his craft of plumbing and gas services. The use of technology--Appointment Scheduling, reminder notifications through text message and letting us know when he was on his way was a plus! Don Miller went out of his way to accommodate a last minute request for a kitchen renovation project, where he worked around other contractors without any issues or concerns in order to meet our project timelines and goals. In addition, he was able to provide us with a new 20 foot pipe (Not Flexible Hose type) gas line run to our new gas stove, relocation of refrigerator water line, re-install food disposal unit, sink faucet, and drainage install for 40% less than your big business competitors and the quality of his work was only but superb! Don was able to come on the day that we had a diy disaster. He fixed what we all thought was the problem and was very reasonable in the price. What we didnt realize was that we had another problem with the connection in the wall. We had water leaking overnight through the ceiling onto the dining room table which was set up for a graduation party. We had graduation at 8 a.m. that morning. We called Don and he came while we were at the graduation ceremony and he fixed everything. The day was saved!!
