Mr. Williams installed a new bathroom ventilation fan and it was a little difficult, however Mr. Williams experience and dedication showed as he accomplished the job. Donovan & Chant came to our home and completely put my husband and I at ease about the repairs that needed to be completed on our unit and air ducts. They were professional and personable at the same time! I’m confident that the work they recommended will put an end to the moisture from our unit. I hope I don’t require these services again in the future but if so I would definitely contact Midlands Air Services because of the customer service experience and quick turn around for repairs.

Needed a plumber to fix what I thought was a leaking pipe under the house. Dakota Tierce arrived right on time as scheduled and found that the problem wasnt nearly as bad as I feared but did spot several other things while looking around the property. He was very concise in explaining what was wrong and offering solutions, overall very great service!

Midland Air Service Experts did a fantastic job. Our ac unit went down overnight. We put in the call early this morning. The scheduler was professional and sympathetic to our distress. Our appointment was scheduled for an unexpectedly prompt response. Steven was our technician. He conducted the diagnostics and repairs in around an hour. The entire time he was very professional and efficient. The price was more than reasonable and I can’t say enough good things about the experience.

He noticed the unit looked new(2024) and suggested it may still be under warranty and suggested we try to contact the installer to see if they would cover the repair. Dylan was professional, friendly, and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend him and the company to anyone requiring service.

We are long-time customers of Midland Air and have been happy with their service. Recently we were in need of a new HVAC system for our home and purchased a Lennox unit from them. Robert and Randy were our installers and they did a very good job of removing the old unit and setting up the new one. Both gentlemen were friendly and very helpful in addressing all of the questions we had. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend both of these individuals to do the job when you find yourself in need of similar services.

Our air conditioning went out during the hottest week of the summer. Midlands Air Service was the ONLY one who promised to visit same day. During this visit Byron quickly diagnosed the issue with my husband and unfortunately we had to have a replacement. Zach was very open and honest about our options and never pressured during the sale. He even delivered a portable AC unit after his last client since it was 100 degrees out after 6pm. Bryan and Randy were very thorough and pleasant during the entire installation process. They answered any questions I had and worked swiftly. I can’t recommend using Midlands enough for your heating/air needs.

I was happy to get a time slot for today for an appointment. Dylan and Donny were on time and worked for several hours to clear the pipes and get me back up and running. They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained well each step they took which finally involved cutting off the elbow pipes as the stubborn clog took awhile to clear!

2024 Update - Byron came by for our annual maintenance and did a great job.—First and foremost, Tevan was great. He took the time to truly inspect and identify the issues.That said, he was the third tech to be sent out in less than two weeks because the other techs either didnt identify or only partially fixed the issues. The attached video is after the first tech told us that our system was fine and before the second tech fixed the cracked pipe.Tevan saved the day and we will use Midlands again because of him.

Marcello and Kendall came out the very next day to install the new system...finished around 5:00pm. After the installation, it was too cold downstairs so Lee came out the next day and found a minor wiring glitch, which was repaired quickly. The speed and responsiveness of the company was remarkable...they even left a portable A/C I could use while working from home during the one day I had without A/C. The most incredible part of all this is that the crew did not leave so much as a single fingerprint anywhere...quite remarkable given all the heavy equipment that was coming and going through the house!
