Best plumbing service, from phone rep Michelle who was kind and sympathetic to my frustration of possible pipe leak. My tech John Bryan, was knowledgeable, efficient. He went above and beyond, great service! Diagnostic fee is $49.00 if they arent able to fix/solve the issue you do not have to pay the fee! Who does that?! STOP SCROLLING and call them! you wont regret it.

Matt did an excellent job and was very professional throughout his visit in our home. He dealt thoroughly with our problem with the bathroom shower in our master bath. He explained everything clearly as he remedied the situation. He also discussed how he could help us with follow-up by obtaining a part that would provide even more reliable service for the foreseeable future. And through it all, he was very personable and pleasant. We were also delighted and pleasantly surprised that he arrived within an hour of our call to Meetze. Mike arrived a few minutes before he was estimated to be at the house. He was very nice and professional, he worked quickly to help us determine what was going on. He was able to give our pipes some pressure relief until we can get the next team out to get a clean out installed. Unfortunately, unknown to us our house was not built with one (early 70s). Mike stayed to make sure that the water coming from the pipe did not over flow from the hole that was dug around it.Looking forward to hearing back from Meetze to get everything functioning.

James arrived ahead of time and was able to target all the gas log problems. He cleaned, dismantled, cleaned again, vacuumed, and put the logs back together in a painstaking manner. He was polite, professional, and he showed great compassion to my husband who suffers from Alzheimer’s. James is an amazing man who worked until 8:00 and lives more than an hour away. Thank you for the excellent service. I will be happy to use this service again.

Owen and his apprentice were great. I was out of the house at the time so my wife let them in. They were very nice and made eye contact with my wife as she explained what was going on, which meant a lot to her. They went to inspect the problem and came back with photos of what was going on. They fixed the problem and were on their way. The communication with Meetze is great from the beginning, never left wondering what’s going to happen next. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.

Cant say enough good things about Jan and Codys visit. They were quickly able to diagnose the problem and offer me some options for repair. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free plumbing inspection including looking under my house for any potential issues I was not aware of. Great customer service and friendly competent service reps can be hard to find but if you are looking for both, I strongly recommend Meetze plumbing.

I called early in the morning after my old water heater failed in the night and flooded a few rooms. Andrew and his coworker (Im sorry I didnt get his name) arrived quickly and identified the issue immediately. They recommended the best way forward while explaining why and keeping me updated for the duration. It took all day but they stuck with it and did an amazing job. My new water heater is working great and Im comfortable that it wont be flooding my house again. Will be calling Meetze again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Kayla was very professional and very concerned to fix the issue. She took the time to explain everything to me and how she was going to resolve the problem. I was pleased that Meetze understood my situation and did their best to get someone out as soon as possible, I had called several other plumbing companies and it didn’t concern them about the issue and was not willing to send anyone out until the next afternoon, so I really appreciated that Meetze could see my issue and send someone out as fast as they did. Matt and James arrived when expected, they both were courteous and put on boot coverings each time that they entered my home; which was a blessing to me. They were polite and professional when they spoke to me. They were knowledgeable about the equipment and answered all of my questions immediately. The work performed on my guest restroom toilet was phenomenal and it now operates like brand new. Jarret C. was amazing! He came in and assessed the problem, analyzed our options and quickly determined the right course of action. He was knowledgeable and understanding as well as courteous and respectful. The problem took longer than expected and he did not stop until the problem was fixed! A total of 10 hours and not once did he complain. He informed us step by step of his process and work; also tested the water flow before he left to make sure it was running well and didnt leave until we were happy. I was so impressed with the service that I received today. In the midst of a move, my husband was recently hospitalized and of course we had a Spicket break and needed. The water turned off until it was repaired. Meetze plumbing came the next day and repaired the problem which required going underneath the house. the project was completed in a timely manner. When the water was turned back on, we had forgotten to turn off the water behind the washing machine and the refrigerator when we moved them for the wall fir the movers. When the water was turned back on nativity gushed into the house.😬 both Logan and his trainee quickly stepped in, brought in the shop vac, and cleaned up all the water, even though it was not due to their negligence. They were pleasant, professional, and in my situation, very compassionate. Would highly recommend them.

Each staff member we dealt with during our homes total pipe and drain replacement was kind, understanding, professional, and likeable; even our pets thought so, and they dont like anyone! In less than three days, the team was able to bring our older home into the 21st century without issue (despite most past home improvement projects done by others becoming arduous based solely on the homes age). We had full water functionality each evening while the project was ongoing, and it feels like a new home now that the works complete! Special shout-outs to Amber, Gonzo, and Cheech for their attention to detail and humanity. We have no reason to use any other plumbing company in town. Who knew their memorable jingle was just the cherry on top of their superior service?!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the only ones that could come out TODAY (Monday) after we called everyone within our area that was showing on Google. They drove TWO hours to get to us and their kindness never fell short when they were on the job. The staff with Meetze plumbing is the best! My toilets would not drain and began backing up into my bathtubs (yuck!). While they could not send someone that night, we got on an early ticket the next morning. MJ and his assistant were very friendly, fast, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service or emergency you have.

One of our Airbnb house bathroom’s pedestal sink has been broken on the Saturday afternoon a guest supposed to be checking in. I called to Meetze Plumbing with not too much hope since it is a weekend. But they immediately scheduled a technician named Todd Smith and he changed the sink without any problems. I was amazed how fast they can come and replace the sink perfectly. It was really reliable and convenient to use them since it was related to the business. I used them several times before but this one was perfect timing for the guest!

Amber was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and intelligent, as well as informative. Excellent conversation- her visit was delightful! Her quote was far less than I expected, but with a fixed income and other things to pay off, I need to wait for a while before proceeding.

Well let me just say before I called Meetze Plumbing I had called 4 other plumbing companies I left msg no one called back and I had waited 5 days before I called meetze plumbing they answered my first call they listened to my problem and gave me an appointment the very same day and Mr.Tim and Mr.Shay introduced themselves and spoke with my husband and went under in the crawl space of my home found the problem took pictures and presented them to us explained everything they would do to repair the problem and how much the dollar amount would be we approved and they repaired the problem and showed us new pictures and they are so efficient and very professional and polite thank you MEETZE a very very happy customer we will only be calling MEETZE.Greens

Alonzo is an excellent plumber. He came in with the idea of making sure that I was pleased with his work and I was! I have been using Meetze for the past five years and I will continue to use them as they are professional on time and do quality work. The best thing I love about Meetz is that they have an apprenticeship program which is out of this world. Brian is one of the best trainers that I have seen a master plumber.

Had trouble with my toilets so they did an overhaul. They were responsive, came on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. Had called another plumbing company twice left a message, at 8AM and then at 8:45 and as of 1:30 i left a message and told them I had a leak and couldn’t turn off water. I still haven’t heard from them. Mr Rooter, needless to say but I won’t be using them anytime soon.
