I tried this company based on neighborhood reviews. He was a godsend. He fixed the sink fast, charged less than we expected, and kept me laughing the whole time. No affiliation. I’ll definitely use this company again. He made an awful situation bearable, even enjoyable. Very positive attitude. He was as sure he’d fix it as I was sure it’d be a bigger job. He was right.

My family has been using John Estes Plumbing & Heating for 40 years. They have always given us perfect service--always! My father and mother always called on them, my husband and I always call on them, and now our daughter and her husband call on them. (Theyre funny, too: Our little schnauzer used to bark at them and they called him Killer.) John Wigglesworth, who owns the company, just saved us again today from a water leak. He diagnosed and repaired a plugged-up condensation drain on our AC in 15 minutes! Theyre the best.

I have known Mr. Wigglesworth for approximately 20 years. Mr. Wigglesworth is a good hard- working family man. I have used his services many times and have recommended his services to many.Mr. Wigglesworth has helped me out in desperate situations--and has NEVER taken advantage of me financially. On one occasion I had an appointment with him--and I was coordinating his services around the granite installers. The granite installers broke the piece of granite that went around the kitchen sink-which is what Mr Wigglesworth was to hook up. Mr. Wigglesworth was very understanding and rescheduled me promptly.Approximately three months ago, he installed a water heater for me. I have a very large water heater. They had my old one out and the new one up and running in about 3-4 hours.My most recent scare was a section of drywall became wet on my ceiling in the basement. I thought the absolute worst. Mr Wigglesworth came out and advised me that a hard rain had blew my vent pipe open and the rain came in through my vent pipe and that it would probably never happen again. Hes probably right. The house is almost 20 years old,and thats the only time its ever happened. He put my mind to ease.Mr Wigglesworth is the BEST plumber in town. Many times my bill has been less than he quoted. He knows plumbing inside and out. He wiil not do you wrong!I dont write a lot of reviews, but John and his crew deserve good ratings.I rate John Estes Plumbing a 5 star and would give them 10 if I could!

I called them after another company couldnt fix the clog in my kitchen sink. They came quickly and resolved the problem. Very friendly and great with my puppy and cats. After discovering my water heater had started leaking I made the call to John Estes. He was able to come out assess the situation and told me he would have a tech here the next day. The techs Sean and his assistant Brandon did a great job. They were friendly, professional and thorough. I know if I have any issues with my homes plumbing this is my one call.
