I contacted GreenBox regarding an issue with my gas fireplace. They were incredibly upfront and honest, explaining that it was a specialized repair outside their expertise. Instead of taking on the job and potentially doing it incorrectly, they immediately referred me to a company that specializes in gas fireplace repairs. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help, even though they couldnt do the work themselves. I wouldnt hesitate to contact GreenBox again for other home services.

He came well within our expected time window, was careful and respectful of our property, quickly and thoroughly completed the repairs for our bathrooms, and willingly completed another job, that I had previously failed to mention. The quoted price was very reasonable. Caddo graciously took the time needed, to answer all questions and concerns, carefully explaining follow up procedures. These folks care about you as a person, and I really appreciate their work.

I had a kitchen faucet to install and a really stubborn slow draining/ stopped up drain in bathroom that required multiple snake attempts. Matt Tyler and the other technician eventually had to cut through the drain pipe in the basement and run the snake up to the sink. After several attempts they successfully conquered the problem. Both Technicians were super nice and persistent to solve the issue. Excellent Service!

Robert is the technician that usually comes to my property. He is very thorough and explains whats going on in detail. I have dealt with companies that will just charge a unit with freon(its not cheap either), having you to believe that the issue is resolved only to have the freon leak out and waste your money. This doesnt happen with GreenBox, they will be honest and upfront with you... I have reached out to them several times this year for help and over the past year we have built a strong rapport together. About a month ago on the hottest day or the year so far, I had a compressor go bad. I contacted Tristan right away because I needed that unit up and running within a day. Understandable they were booked all the way into the following week and getting a compressor on short notice was wishful thinking as well. But somehow they managed to get a replacement and Paul the Service Manager, actually came out himself the next day and replaced the compressor. Paul is phenomenal!! I was desperate to have that unit repaired immediately; he knew this too and personally took care of the issue himself. Even the guest was impressed that it was repaired so quickly. That moment meant a lot to me personally and professionally and it solidified the already growing trust, they pulled through when I thought it would be impossible. My experience with GreenBox was nothing but positive. They said they would be at the house between 12-2 and showed up right at 12 which impressed me from the start. Brian Wilson (no, he wouldnt sing any Beach Boys tunes) was the representative that worked at my house. He was there to give an inspection of the heating system and I felt he gave it his full attention. He told me that my system was in good shape but that there were a couple of concerns for the future and even took pics of the interior of the heat pump showing some examples of mold, rust and deterioration from moisture were beginning to show up. He also replaced a thermostat that I had been having trouble with and all is now fine. Brian was a very friendly person to deal with and answered all my questions and explained things in a very understandable and professional manner. I had an Amazon Local Deal for GreenBox which prompted me to try them out and Im glad I did. I will be going back to them for future service in the Spring and Fall for sure and feel confident that they will do a good job and give me fair recommendations. Highly recommend GreenBox. Ive read some customer reviews of other similar companies in the area and GreenBox seems to beat them all and I can see why, from my own personal experience.

I signed up for their Club Green maintenance plan after reading reviews on here. They dispatched Brian to look at my HVAC system and he did a great job checking up on everything, fixing mistakes the company who installed it made, and telling me what I should be watching out for. He also informed me of a few fixes and improvements that could be made to bring the system up to code. Very glad I chose them!

The plumbers who serviced our water heater provided excellent service, and didnt mind answering any questions I had throughout the process.
