We had been having some problems with our heat following a recent renovation. Our technician, Tom, was a pleasure to have assisting us. He personally called to check and make sure the system was working the way we wanted it to, and came out to make adjustments and make sure we were satisfied. He explained everything he was doing so we understood what work was done. He made sure our family was comfortable, and was courteous throughout the process. We will continue to call on Tom and Green Energy for our heating needs.

I cant recommend Tom enough! He is an excellent plumber who truly goes above and beyond. My heat went out, and even though it was well after hours, Tom came right over to fix it. He was professional, thorough, and really took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their craft and to customer service. If you need a reliable, skilled plumber, Tom is your guy!

Tom Stinchfield from Green Energy did an outstanding job fixing our kitchen radiator and installing a new cover and end pieces. He bled the rest of the radiators and made sure that everything was in working order before the xmas holiday. He was pleasant, professional and answered all of our questions. Green Energy installed a new furnace earlier this year and they did an amazing job as well. Company is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Today Tom came out to replace some shut off valves underneath two of my bathroom sinks. He was efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Pleasant and friendly to deal with and I would highly recommend him!

Excellent service. For the 3rd time. Today we had Tom who meticulously worked on the furnace. A full boiler cleaning, replacing valves, re cementing the wall. Excellent job. Highly recommend.

Today Arthur and Vincent came to check the water pressure and quality and to flush the water heater. They were excellent. Clean and thorough. Steven came by to check that the work was satisfactory and proper. He retested the water. All good her. Great guys and great service.

Tom Stinchfield was amazing. He diagnosed and fixed a problem that several technicians were unable to. It took half a day to figure it out, that’s how covert the problem was. He nailed it. He knows his stuff and it shows.On the same day, we had annual maintenance on AC’s done by Gabriel. Very professional and a good job.
