    Rob from Freedom Plumbing put a whole house water filtration system in for us plus he replaced a pressure valve and flushed our tankless water system. He was extremely professional, polite, experienced and explained in detail what he needed to do. I received a couple outrageous quotes for the job…I mean outrageous! Freedom Plumbing’s price was fair. They are going in my contacts and we will be using Freedom Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

    I have been very pleased with the service provided by Freedom Plumbing. Rob and his assistant techs are professional and take time to explain the problems as part of the repair. I have used them since 2017 for toilet repair and electric water heater replacement. On each job they were prompt in arrival and thorough in their work and cleanup. I highly recommend this company.

    ***Note*** below was my original posted comment with a 1 star rating. Please also read my Update below for a more positive outlook that raised my review to 4 stars.I would give 0 stars if I could. We tried to get help with a broken pipe and was given a confirmation txt letting us know that a we were scheduled between 1-3 that day. (I can add screenshots of txt for proof if needed) When 3 came and went, we called for an update and were told they were running late with no other info. We called back again right at 5 and were told no one was on call and the 1st availability was in 2 days. We probably could have found another plumber in the time we waited for no one to show and gotten our problem fixed, but due to the lack of communication and customer service, my home is still without water due to a broken pipe as it was so late in the day and all 8 plumbers I tried calling after 5 were also booked.The worst part is that even the shift supervisor didnt seem like they were willing to make things right. Horrible customer service and communication. Will never look for help from Freedom Plumbing ever again!***Update:***The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right so I let them try. I really hope he does what he says and replaces the 3rd party after hours answering service he is currently using with a better one as I was told that the 3rd party service never contacted Freedom Plumbing to handle the call when my original appointment was set.After talking to the owner, he rescheduled other work to make my issue a priority and a technician showed up 15 mins ahead of the new scheduled time. They worked quickly and efficiently to fix my issue. Other than the communication and scheduling mistakes in the beginning, they did good work.     A valve broke in my bathroom and I couldnt get the valve turned off on the outside water main. Rob Tager, and his assistant, from Freedom Plumbing arrived very quickly and turned off the water main for me. They cleaned up all the water in my house and replaced the bathroom valve. I am so grateful they could respond so quickly and did a great job!! I highly recommend them.

    Thank you Freedom Plumbing for finding and repairing the leak in my crawl space. Your crew arrived on time and were courteous and careful as they searched all the plumbing inside and outside the house. The leak was found to be in the crawl space under the house and your guy explained what was involved in repairing the leak and what is would cost. Once I gave the okay to repair the leak the repair was completed and tested in a timely manner. I also asked them to check a loose faucet in my bathroom while they were here and they repaired it as well, after finishing the job they cleaned up behind themselves and did not leave a mess . I am happy to give 5 stars and recommend Freedom Plumbing. I will certainly use them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

    Scheduled an appt with Freedom Plumbing to check out my Pressure Relief Valve. James arrived right on time and quickly assessed everything. Within 2 hrs the whole thing was replaced and good to go. No more squealing ice maker noise or hard stopping washer water. Definitely saved me from having a future burst pipe because of high pressures since the town water likes keep pressures very high. James was fair in pricing and did a great job. I dont like using national chains and am glad to have found Freedom Plumbing!

    Freedom Plumbing did a great job fixing the issue with our tankless hot water heater. Within minutes, they figured out what was wrong and were able to fix it quickly with a part they had on hand; this was in stark contrast to the plumber (who misdiagnosed the problem) sent by our home warranty company. Highly recommend this company!

    It was the Friday before Christmas, pretty close to quitting time, and our toilets wouldn’t flush. My husband started calling around to get someone to come help, and Freedom Plumbing was the only company that answered the phone. The guy came out about 30 minutes after we called.     Let me start by saying that we called one of the larger companies in the area to help us with an error code on our rinnai tankless water heater. Not only did they lie to my wife about what was wrong with our heater they definitively stated that we needed a new heater so I called freedom plumbing for a second opinion. James showed up and immediately started explaining to us how the tankless heater worked and the things that you needed to check before you determined whether a replacement was needed or not. He determined very quickly that we did not need a new heater and explained what services we need. He did provide estimates for a replacement which were about half of what the larger company estimated us but well end up spending a lot less doing the recommended services then it would have cost to replace it and will hopefully get a few more years out of our unit before it needs to be replaced. I wont make the same mistake again in the future. My first call will be to freedom plumbing and hopefully well get James as our service tech.

    We had a stopped-up toilet that could not be “unstopped” by a home plunger!I called Freedom Plumbing and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful.     The Saturday after Thanksgiving, with a house full of family, our sewer backed up, flooding our downstairs bathroom (urghh!). I called Freedom at 2:00 and by 3:30 Jacob was onsite. He worked for almost four hours on a cold Saturday afternoon and resolved our clogged pipe. Additionally, Freedoms owner, James was on the phone with Jacob and me several times. Throughout the afternoon, Jacob kept me up to date and then meticulously worked to clean up our bathroom and his work area outside before leaving.We have been using Freedom Plumbing for over two years and Jacob reinforced why we selected them and why we will continue to use and refer Freedom to our friends.     I called Freedom Plumbing on a holiday weekend (labor day) due to a clogged drain line. The owner, James, called me back and said they werent able to come out right away but he was super friendly and helpful in giving me tips to hold me over until he could get out. On our scheduled day, the office staff communicated with me, and they actually were able to arrive earlier than originally planned, which was great!Once James arrived, he quickly resolved the clog issue we were having, used his camera system to inspect the exterior drain line, and was able to diagnose the problem with certainty.I would highly recommend anyone give Freedom Plumbing a call when you need plumbing help or advice.     Ive used the services of Freedom Plumbing twice this year and they have been exceptional. The first time was due to a plumbing emergency. It was a weekend right before I was going out of town and I needed someone ASAP. Since I am new to the area and wasnt familiar with many plumbers, I Googled and called about 7 places to find out which one would be able to come out to my home the quickest. Many did not answer nor return my messages at all. James at Freedom Plumbing answered right away and was extremely willing to help. He called me back within 5 minutes to let me know that someone was already on the way! Daniel arrived shortly and was able to fix the issue quickly and effectively. Their emergency dispatch fee was not even as high as I thought it would be and I was so pleased with their service that I saved their information for a later time. Today Daniel came to my home a second time to work on a non-emergency replacement of some kitchen sink supply lines. Once again, they were on time (actually, they called to say they had freed up an earlier time slot and wanted to know if they could come earlier) and Daniel was extremely courteous, thorough, and neat with his work. The pricing was again very reasonable. I am already planning on calling them again soon so that they can install a water pressure regulator outside of my home. I would absolutely recommend Freedom Plumbing to anyone in the area they service!

    James from Freedom plumbing arrived promptly at 2pm and was very professional and courteous! He located the 2 issues we had In question with a leak under a kitchen sink and bathroom sink. He explained what he assessed the problem to be and what caused it. He was there about 1.5 hour to fix both leaks and install a new kitchen faucet.     James and Matthew are the Greatest. They replaced a faucet with a similar one that had a handheld. The job was quoted and even though it took an extra 4 hours due to the original poor installation the job was billed at the original quote. They are super polite, explained everything, and are incredibly resourceful at taking what they have and making it work. When they left everything was put back in place and left super clean. So I called them to ask if they do free cost estimates, and the staff was very friendly and professional. He instructed me that he would provide me with 2 separate estimates, based on what the 2 course of actions (COA) that I was considering.At the moment I havent made a decision on the estimates that we received, but I did request another estimate for a 3rd COA before making a final decision. Im probably going to select this company to do the work that I decide on, simply because all the staff thus far have been very friendly and professional.

    Freedom Plumbing was a wonderful company to work with. We had a major issue with our drain line on a Friday. They worked us in to access the problem and gave us what was hoped to be a temporary fix until they could repair the issue at the beginning of the week. James was hopeful the temporary fix would enable us to get through the weekend but, if not, insisted that we call him if the backup occurred again. Unfortunately our problems did reoccur and, as promised, James came to our rescue over the weekend and got us “flowing” again. He moved his schedule around so that he could return early Monday morning and make the needed repair. The drain line was almost completely crushed by a root forcing it into our foundation (I am still amazed James was able to clear it enough to get us through the weekend!) The replacement drain was painstakingly placed after the evil root was removed. The brick in the foundation that had to be removed in order to replace the original drain was carefully re-cemented in place and the area in which they worked looked better than when they started. I highly recommend James and his company Freedom Plumbing!

    Freedom Plumbing has done all of our plumbing work since we found out about them over a year ago! They have fixed two of our toilets and came out and fixed one of our guest bathroom showers that three other plumbers looked at and said its just an old house. After using that shower for a year, with no problems, another unassociated leak popped up under the tub (our house is over 55 years old). They came out and were able to replace the pipe that was leaking by accessing the plumbing from the lower level. They showed up exactly on time when they said they would be here and they always clean up after themselves and keep the project tidy as they walk through the house. Both plumbers wore the proper PPE and even wore covers over their shoes as not to track things through the house. The technicians are always friendly and James even took the time to show my poodles some love in between tasks. 100% recommend and will use every time.

    Freedom plumbing is one of the most fair and customer oriented plumbers around. They came to fix a toilet in my store within a day of calling them.     After reluctantly trying to get our usual plumber to come and fix our hot water issue with our Rinnai he recommended that we contact Freedom Plumbing and what a blessing that was. Freedom Plumbing returned our call quickly and honestly informed us that it would take two days before they could come but they stayed in touch and came to our rescue in two days. James with Freedom Plumbing spent 7 hours at our house getting us set up and set up correctly with a new Rinnai system - our old one was 13 years old and due to the previous plumber things were not done by code - thank the Lord it lasted safely for 13 years. Being that we are not plumbers Freedom Plumbing could have sold us a unit bigger then we needed, the one originally delivered was bigger then we needed, but he had it returned and saved us money. He fixed the gas line so that it meet code and correctly regulated the temperature. I will be enjoying my hot shower tomorrow and feeling safe and secure in the process.
