Was very knowledgeable, however when finished he quoted me the price of $179. Including my comfort club! I told him I had already been quoted a price of I think $40.00 so he called Fayette I ended up paying $49. I think.Only thing he did was to press the button and let me know it starts because I didn’t hear it do it’s testing Monday, however my neighbor said she heard it start testing and I didn’t want to cancel. I do plan a maintenance but he quoted almost $500.00! I’m a widow now and have to pay more attention to where my income goes. I would like to have Mr. Knight back for my maintenance since he seems knowledgeable whenever I can afford it. Have a blessed day

The technicians who came and replaced my furnace were super nice and polite. They got it done really fast and cleaned up any mess that they made. I believe their names were Edward and Charles? They even made sure to look out for my cat who went into hiding before I could put her in another room.

Both arrived in a timely manner to help us understand what had gone wrong with our furnace and our options for repair/replacement. They were sent out/ scheduled SAME DAY. We had no heat and it was in the teens at night. Very impressed with office staffs quick scheduling to help with our needs. Would highly recommend this company!

This is a 5 star review for tech Adam Gibbs. On 12/06/24 Fayette Heating installed a heat pump at my residence. There was a problem with the thermostat not working properly. Three different techs came and and none were able to correct the problem. Instead it seemed the perception was I didnt understand how to operate a thermastat. When Adam Gibbs came out he actually referenced all the set-up codes on the thermostat with the product manual. There were several codes entered correctly. Adam replaced the thermostat and took the time to stay and monitor the system to ensure it was working properly. Adam is very professional, knowledgeable and an asset to Fayette Heating. Thank you.

The tech was very good. I was pleased with his inspection and recommendation.Only 4stars because the final cost was significantly higher than the initial estimate, even tho he did the exact work he described initially.

This was a newly installed furnace that stopped functioning properly about a month after its installation,. The set temperature to 72 in the furnace would stop heating the house at 66°.The technician was very knowledgeable and had experienced this problem before which would’ve taken most people multiple visits to assess and fix.The original installation Of the furnace needed to be corrected, which he did and even saw to replace an exhaust pipe, which also was part of the problem.This is an example of where experience came through For both the customer and the technician

They are fast to respond and friendly. I called early Sunday morning for an issue and they were able to schedule me for later that day. I then had the technician call and say he was done early with an earlier call and wanted to come over 3 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Technician was able to quickly assess the issue and had a new part installed in less than an hour. He then waited a bit to make sure the system was working properly after the fix. They have been great and worth being a part of their comfy club.

They worked diligently until 9 PM, which was after dark.Please know that my four star rating in no way diminishes how pleased I am with their service and quality of work.

He was knowledgable, amazingly friendly, and completed the inspection with top professionalism combined with a warm and comforting personality, which is a rare but welcomed combo. Jesse, an extremely kind and personable young man, came by to check why I had no heat, and one look at my thermostat and he knew the problem immediately: the batteries had not been changed by me. I was so embarrassed, especially since I have 20/20 vision and should have seen the batteries needed to be changed. I gave him new batteries to put in, and he showed me what to look for when batteries need to be changed next time, and he showed me how to put them in the thermostat. He also went upstairs and checked the unit. If I should ever need heating or cooling help again, I will call Fayette Heating and Air and ask for this outstanding young man. THANK YOU JESSEE, YOU ARE A CREDIT TO THIS COMPANY!!

Joseph aka Joe was our technician. He came out to do the plumbing inspection that they do yearly. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to oversell us or sell us stuff we didn’t need. As of right now everything is up to standards and is in working order. He did adjust my toilet due to it moving away from little, I definitely would recommend Joe to anyone who needs a plumber!! Thanks again Joe for all your assistance and hard work! 😄

Fayette Heating and Air/H2O Maestro came out to repair an outdoor faucet that had frozen and cracked. This also involved cutting an interior wall to gain access. Ted, our technician, was exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient and performed stellar work. The repair was done quickly, triple checked, and the work area cleaned thoroughly when done. Pricing was in line with current plumbing costs, and the estimate was to the penny. Very highly recommended! 10/10

Most recently, the electric work was performed by Spencer Harrod, and he was great! He explained things very well and helped me to feel confident I was paying for things that were necessary and would keep me safe, warm, and comfortable in my 70+ year old home. He was very patient and skilled - could not ask for better!

Casey and Cameron were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. They took care of my home, worked neatly, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They didn’t come prepared with the supplies they needed even though when today’s visit was scheduled last Wednesday. Due to the required supply run they didn’t actually start their work until two hours after I was told they would start work today.Also, our hose faucet on the outside no longer works after their job and it worked completely fine before they completed their work at my house. They tried to tell me it has never worked but I corrected them. I was told they would have to come back another day to fix the hose but didn’t schedule that with me, tell me I wouldn’t be charged for them fixing it, apologize to me, etc. I work from home but it’s still difficult for me to rearrange my work schedule to be available to them for yet another day.

Nate Isaacs was dispatched and assessed the problem within minutes and then checked the whole system for any additional problems. He provided me with estimates for the repairs and everything was back to normal in no more than 60-90 minutes. Nate was very courteous and professional and overall friendly and easy to work with. He is an ideal technician and I am staying loyal to Fayette Heating and Air because of techs like him!! Thank You to Fayette Heating and Air for restoring the families AC during an extremely hot time of year. Due to lack of help and support from our former AC company I called other companies for help. Fayette came out that day, fixed the AC when the other company wasnt going to return for three more days, and were very nice, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. The technician that came out, Ammar was very educational and did not push sales items to exhaustion rather informed us of the facts and lets us make a decision. After that we became loyal members to Fayette Heating and Air. From day one the people I spoke to in the office on the phone were all very helpful, they checked to make sure they carried a part the other company had to order even though we ended up not needing that part after all. My only reason for the four star instead of 5 is due to the fact the tech changed the air filter without being asked then wanted to charge us for it, if we didnt agree to fix anything else even though there was already a service fees to come to the house to check for issues. If I had asked that would have been okay but I didnt. Other than that all was good! The AC still works!!

I had 2 different issues on different AC units and they resolved both.One of those issues was with a dysfunctional mini-split unit, which I initially thought was going to require a whole new line set that I’d have to have strapped outside my house requiring new holes, contractors, and an eternal eyesore.Luckily, that wasn’t the case and George was able to keep my house looking nice and tidy while getting my unit back up and running. The guy drove an hour and a half because a light switch i didnt know existed that controlled the furnace got flipped. He Handled the situation with grace and showed me where and how to change my filter after. Please unlist your northern kentucky location it doesnt make sense to send a tech to cincinnati area if you are based in lexington Thats an unreasonable commute.
