Fat Flow technician Will was very courteous during the visit to our home! We had problem with water appearing on the floor in the kitchen. He checked under the sink, the dishwasher and the refrigerator with no leaks found. He then went to the basement where he checked under the kitchens crawl space. Again there were no leaks! He left with no solution but we now knew where it wasn’t leaking. I will call Fast Flow again for any water problem we might have.

Very nice, explained everything thoroughly. Came out the same day I called. Wore shoe protectors and gloves to maintain cleanliness. Had a clean out installed a couple days later. I couldnt be more pleased with the service and the short amount of time it took for them to figure out the issue and fix it. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Was pleasantly surprised by the company’s speed to get me booked on their calendar during the holiday season, but I was blown away by the care, professionalism, and thoroughness of the technician, TJ. He was detailed in his explanation, and he explained the issue, correction, and timeframe all in a manner a non-plumber could easily understand. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Allen Fitzpatrick was very professional and thorough in determining our plumbing issues. I also really appreciated their leaving the job clean, since they had to dig in freezing muddy weather to get us up and running.Terry Smallwood was also so thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous not only with our plumbing issues, but with our demolition of our 1/2 bath after they found leaks from upstairs down to our basement & had to remove 6 layers of flooring. Fast Flow recently replaced my main drain under my front yard. Very responsive. Scheduled quickly. Nice people! My old drain was made of Orangeburg material and had flattened out. My plumbers had quoted 5 figures to dig a huge trench (approx 5w x 50l x 10d) in my front yard to replace it. Fast Flow used their Pipe Bursting process to replace it with a hole at each end, sparing most of the yard. The hole beside the house was quite large and deep, but was in a flower bed, so no real problems restoring it. The hole by the street was smaller... needs to be graded and grass seeded as expected. I absolutely recommend Fast Flow and agree that their process spares your yard a lot of damage. They are all very nice and professional people. (Try to schedule during dry weather if you can.) UPDATE: 7 months later, youd never know they were in my yard.

Sean Murphy reviewed the situation and had it all fixed in about an hour (which included getting the parts). Capable, polite and efficient, and 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Very satisfied! This is the second time I’ve called Fast Flow. The first time was several years ago and they did an excellent job of replacing the sewer line from my house to the city sewer line. Today’s job was much smaller; just a clogged toilet. After plunging for an hour I gave up and called Fast flow. Within an hour Will showed up. Within 30 minutes the problem was fixed. Will was very friendly, cautious, and left no mess. Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend Fast Flow for any plumbing job.

The plumber Matthew Sheppard did an outstanding job and at a fair price. He was thorough, professional and left the job site clean. Matthew gets a 10 out of 10 score. I wish I could say the same for the office staff. Because I paid with a credit card there was an additional 3% charge which was not a big deal . The fact that I had to make several calls for an email receipt which I still don’t have gives them a score of 4. A customer should not have to follow up with the office to get a receipt! And yes I gave them the right email address. Matthew 10 out of 10

Terry and Kamron were very kind and fast! I called due to my water heater leaking. They came over, assessed it, spoke with the home warranty people to confirm it needed replaced, then replaced it. Unfortunately my 24+ yo HVAC decided it had enough as well that same week. Southern Comfort replaced that.Anyway, both times Ive called on Fast Flow they have been quick to respond.Today, (Dec. 9, 24) Cody Sharp came to the rescue. I drove 2 nailgun nails into a copper pipe while replacing baseboard in my kitchen. Folks, when you decide to diy a project, be careful and consider all potential unforseen issues.So, Cody showed up and got me back in the h20 business. I was desperate. I had mad the stupid mistake of cutting into a copper supply line while working on a project for a drain for an unfinished room. I have sweated many copper joints, but due to the inaccessibility of this one, it was clearly beyond my expertise. I of course had to turn off water to the house, so at 4:30pn, we had no! water! I called Fast Flow, and was told I’d have a technician at my house between 5 and 7. Shortly after, I was called and told he would be there at 6:30. Shaun was here a little ahead of that. He worked quickly and efficiently, and we had water by 7:30. Nice guy as well! He gets my 5 stars!

We had a water heater that leaked and my wife found Fast Flow Plumbing from a Google search. I’ve never been through anything like this before, so I had no idea what to expect, but I’ve heard horror stories. The next day, they sent Kyle Short and an apprentice out here and I wish I remembered his name, but I’m horrible with names. Both of them were absolutely incredible in every way. Didn’t try to upsell me, didn’t give me a sales pitch every other minute and made the whole process so much easier than I thought possible. Kyle knew I was nervous about what it had done below the house, so he went down and looked at it for me and found a few small things that had corroded and other issues then showed them to me. This wasn’t an upsell in any way because he said there were a few small other things, but they were things he wouldn’t even worry about so he didn’t want to bring them up to stress me further. He contacted dispatch and within minutes I was able to do financing so they could go ahead and get the job done the same day. So Kyle replaced my water heater, and replaced everything under the house to give me peace of mind at a great price. The whole floor is ruined, so he even gave me a recommendation to get the balling rolling on that and the other party showed up within a few hours. This is going to be a process of fixing the floors, but it has already gone better than I dreamed it would and it’s all because I chose to start by calling Fast Flow. I hope no one needs them for the same reason I did, but if you do find yourself in the same situation I am, honestly, just call them and don’t even worry about looking elsewhere. This is the company you should call and I hope you get Kyle because he is simply a great guy and amazing at his job!
