    I recently called Dr Rooter plumbing services, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Erica and Cathy were absolutely fantastic! Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions and explaining everything thoroughly.On top of that, they provided clear and transparent pricing, which made the whole process stress-free.     I just used Dr Rooter for the second time. First on my rental property and then since they did such a great job, I called them to clear a drain on my house. Dan was very polite and knowledgeable.     Called for general questions regarding some plumbing work I want to have done in the New Year and spoke with Erica. She was so pleasant and delightful to speak with. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns and even informed me that financing is a option with them. She transferred to me Cathy who explained the process in depth.     Daniel is super awesome! Did the best job. He has his work cut out for him but did an amazing job and was super nice. He was even nice to my kids which is a huge plus. Did his job and made sure it was done right then got out of our hair! If you see this Daniel thank you!!!

    Our water heater went out and I called so many plumbers yesterday and even had multiple out. They all gave me the run around and said that you cant get a water heater like we had anymore and that we would have to go tankless or electric. I found Dr. Rooter and all the reviews were amazing. So, I called and they had Daniel out within 30 minutes. He spent 3 hours here trying to fix our existing water heater. He said he always tries to fix whats there before going straight to replacement. So, he busted his but replacing parts and cleaning it. Unfortunately it wasnt fixable. But, I dealt with another night of no hot water just because of how please I was with the company and especially Daniel. He came this morning and in just a few hours had a new water heater(comparable to what we had) installed(neatly and properly I might add) and even checked my faucets and cleared them of sediment and debris. We ran into a bank issue with payment and it held him up and not once did his smile fade. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. And will use them for any future work.

    Issac Knox & Cole Prat are amazing, they were prompt and courteous. Additionally, they communicated constantly and informed me of all the repairs in real time. They also informed me of all of the site conditions and issues that arose. The best part was that they were extremely helpful in guiding me resolve issues that arose from unforeseen conditions. They even went above and beyond to make sure that my property was taken care of as if it were their own. Truly great will highly recommend.

    We had a blockage from the house to the septic tank. I called Dr Rooter and they came out right away. Daniel sent text that he was on the way. Showed up on time. Very professional. He Explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He took his time to make sure the blockage was gone. Cleaned out the pipe and went from the clean out to the house to make sure everything was flowing as it should. No one likes to have plumping issues but I highly recommend Daniel and Dr Rooter plumping.

    Tim, Cole, and Isaac were all great to work with! They were friendly and were able to easily source my leak and give me several fair price estimates. When the leak was fixed with my toilet, the fill valve got thrown off, and they sent me help with it the same day. Would do business with again.

    I just had Daniel from Dr.Rooter OK, I told Trevor it was come out to service my apartment. He’s made sure that he fixed my tubs my sinks my toilets and he did not leave until it was finished. I am so happy for the service that he has rendered to us. Highly recommend him 🙂

    I moved into a new apt and had issues with the tub and both bathroom sinks backing up. Its a pretty complex setup (double sink, shower/tub and retro-fitted washer/dryer unit) in a building with OLD plumbing. For the first month I was here, I had some serious issues. My landlord called Dr Rooter and Daniel came out and got me right! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and performed the work in a timely fashion. No issues since he visited about a month ago! Im definitely a happy tenant now.

    Holy smokes! When you talk about quick, friendly, reliable service this company is a shining example.Daniel came by on a Saturday within just a few hours of calling him. He is incredibly kind, honoring, & very knowledgeable.We had a corroded adapter to our washer that we couldnt get off. I was afraid that we would have to cut through the wall to replace the whole pipe - and we would have if we didnt have Daniel.He spent 30 minutes cranking and turning on the corroded adapter to save us having to tear open our wall.Needless to say, I will ALWAYS call Dr. Rooter from here on out for our plumbing needs.(Please give Daniel more responsibility and leadership, if he wants it, - hes got the heart for it!)

    EDIT: I still have nothing but good things to say! After 2 months, we were still having issues with our septic system with no answers! The septic company continuously told us it was a leak so we kept calling out Dr. Rooter. Today, I believe the problem was finally fixed! Isaac was dispatched to our home. He couldnt find a leak, and even dug up our septic tank. He then began checking the pump system. He dug and dug until he reached the pump tank. He came to the conclusion that there was a wire that needed to be fixed. After almost of 2 months of going back and forth between the septic company and the plumbing company, Isaac at Dr. Rooters was able to diagnose the problem. Thank you Isaac, Tim, and the staff at Dr. Rooters!Original Review: I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our toilets began backing up on the same night and we had to call a plumber during off hours. We called about 6 companies that advertised 24/7 service but Dr. Rooter was the ONLY company to send out a technician.Tim was dispatched and arrived to our home at 10:20pm and stayed till about 11:30pm. He worked for an hour but came to the conclusion that it was a septic issue, not a clogging issue.The next day a septic company came out to check out our septic system and their large truck ran over our irrigation system and sprinkler head. Water was flowing without stop. I called up Dr. Rooter again and immediately they had Tim call me. I told him what had happened and he came out straight away. They don’t specialize in irrigation but he was able to come out and shut off our water. For over and hour, he attempted to find an irrigation shut off system but no luck. He had to turn off our main water supply but he put me in touch with an irrigation company that will be out later today.Tim also called his boss, and because they felt sorry for us at this point, they gave us a discount and only charged us the off hours fee!I’m a pregnant, stay-at-home mom of 3 small children, and Tim really showed me kindness and courtesy. Because of Tim’s kindness and professionalism, Dr. Rooter has won my business for any future plumbing issues!

    Hiring Dr. Rooter was the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company and I’ve been a homeowner for more than 30 years and have had lots of work done on my homes with many different contractors, but this was above and beyond the best. My service technician Daniel Welch was professional, extremely skilled and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I had a new water heater install and some associated plumbing to go with it and the job was done to perfection and at a very fair and competitive rate.     We just built a new house and we’re having some pressure issues with our faucets. I called and spoke with Cathy and she was very helpful and super nice! She had Zayne call me and ask some questions and he knew immediately what our problem most likely was. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Tim called on his way there to make sure he could get access to the house. Once there he called and explained what all he would need to do and what the price was. He was extremely nice and explained in detail what would be done. By the time we got to the house Tim had all our faucets and showers working great. He took great care of our new home and cleaned up everything. Tim was great and we couldn’t be more thankful! We will definitely be recommending anyone needing a plumber to call Dr Rooter!

    I needed a tankless water heater installed in my attic (where my old water heater was). Router Rooter showed up on time and got right to work. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They mounted the water heater and even successfully troubleshot a previous plumbing issue (done by a contractor while remodeling) that was causing a decrease in hot water pressure. Without them, we’d still be pulling our hair out trying to find the problem. They are worth every penny and then some.

    I came home around noon on a Friday to a plumbing emergency in progress - garden spigot connection had broken and water was spewing all over the inside of my crawl space. I called my HVAC provider, who also does plumbing and electrical, and they said they had no availability that day. When I asked them who they would be willing to recommend in an emergency, they steered me to Dr. Rooter. Thank goodness! Dan W arrived maybe 20 minutes later, sized up the problem right away and explained my options. He was friendly and professional, he did the work fast and right, and the repair also fixed the chronic leak at the wall that Id thought for years I would just have to live with. This week I had another plumbing problem, and Dr. Rooter sent technicians Tim and Cody to fix a leaky pipe in the wall behind the kitchen sink and leaking water into the garage ceiling, below. They arrived promptly, were very friendly and got right to work. They identified the problem and resolved it quickly. I’m very pleased with service from Dr. Rooter, having experience with three of their technicians and while I hope I don’t need any more plumbing repairs anytime soon, I’ll certainly call Dr. Rooter next time I need a plumber.     This is my first experience using Dr Rooter and they were great working with me on a small water leak starting to come up through my driveway over the past 2 weeks. I was not sure if it was a water or sewer leak. They came right on time as scheduled. I even got a text about them being on their way and then a phone call a few minutes later from Tim giving an ETA.When Tim and Devante arrived we reviewed my situation. They were very courteous, upbeat and professional throughout the meeting. They pointed out that the location of the leak was most likely with the city water and sewer lines coming through my property before they are connected my my house lines. So they suggested that I contact Columbia Water and Sewer first vs having them run their cameras through the sewer pipe (saving me a good chunk of money).So yes, I had to pay them for coming out and doing the evaluation ($185) but paid it happily so knowing that the costs may now be on the city to fix the line (and repair/replace my driveway given they have to tear up to get the issue).Also a big thumbs up to Tim and Dr Rooter for repairing/replacing my sewer cleanout cap at no charge which broke when attempting to remove the cap to initially perform the inspection. It took about an hour for them to get parts and replace it. I definitely will be using them again in the future!

    Very impressed with the service they provided. We called mid- morning and they were at the house by noon. They brought a new garbage disposal with them so we didnt have to go to the store to buy one. They ended up changing us less than we expected.     Dr. Rooter came out to the rental house where I stay to fix a leak beneath the kitchen sink (couldn’t wash dishes or use the sink) and a backup in the washer drain that was preventing me from using my washer.     Jacob from Dr. Rooter was awesome. Had to have my maintenance call in plumbers on a Saturday morning because a burst pipe had flooded our entire lower level. Jacob came to our condo quickly and fixed the pipe. We needed large repairs that couldn’t be done without replacement items and more plumbers, but he made it so that we would be safe from any flooding until they can do those on a weekday. Jacob was friendly, understanding, and super helpful.

    I had a problem with Garbage Disposal leaking on the bottom. My wife called 10 different plumbers and none of them could come out in the same week (we called on Tuesday). Then we called Dr. Rooter, they were able to send someone out the next day. Toshi was very friendly and professional. He asked me whats the problem with the Garbage Disposal and he gave me an estimated replacement cost. The price was very reasonable and he replaced it within 15 minutes.
