Joe was awesome. I had a major sewer line repair that included descaling and hydro-jetting the line. There were also hardware replacements in the bath. It had snowed heavily the day before. Joe was very respectful of my wood floors even removing his snow covered boots when entering the home. He answered my questions and he was obviously knowledgeable and experienced. Ladies take note: Joe did not talk down to me, did not ignore my questions, and went above and beyond.

Stan arrived about N hour after I received notification that he was on his way. He was very polite. Did not have the correct part on truck, he drove to a plumbing shop to retrieve and install correct part. No leaks or concerns at this point. Josh is excellent! He is very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me several repair options. He answered all my questions and fixed the issue the same day! When I called the company, the operator was very nice and accommodating. They were able to come the same day I called to fix my door. They also will text updates, so I was able to know exactly when they would be arriving at my home. I highly recommend!

Impressed by honest and fast garage door repair service I got today. Respectful gentleman in marked truck with company shirt came down same day and repaired the door. He could’ve charged me for new parts, but he took mangled metal and repaired it instead requiring more time and allowing for same day repair. I will definitely use them again for home repair needs.

We called Absolute Services to install a kitchen faucet. Lucky for us, they sent Will. The faucet we had purchased was unusual to say the least. Neither I nor Will had ever seen one like it. Will had to really reach into his bag of tricks to figure out all the little oddities, but he never gave up and, in the end, he got it installed perfectly. If you want it done cheap, look somewhere else. If you want done right, call Will.

I was never exactly sure which business I was dealing with. It is a little confusing to deal with a company in 3 company locations along with Lowes. The installation of the heat pump system is completely installed in one very long workday for the installers. Samuel Swan and Preston Pearl worked diligently to get it installed. It was up and running by the evening. So far so good. Thanks to all those who helped us. Have a nice day.

Early this morning, the wire cable that held our garage door snapped. I, quickly, research several companies on-line and found that Absolute Services had many 5 star ratings.I contacted Absolute Services. They were able to dispatch a service technician earlier, this afternoon. A very quick turn around.Josh Mitchell was the technician. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He knew his trade well. He was able to remove the old broken parts and installed a new garage door system with lots of new modern features, such as WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity, an App and a camera to see whats going in the garage.

From beginning to end my experience with Absolute was great. Aaron salesman was very helpful and patient in helping me choose the right door and equipment for my needs and budget. Very professional and knowledgable.Derrick the installation was nothing short of awesome. Very polite and professional, a workman and a craftsman. He explained everything before he got started and made sure to give me time to ask question before during and after. The door is beautiful and insulated, nice new motor. Derrick clean up after he was done and had on his PPE while we were conversing as well as Aaron.The pricing for the door was reasonable as well. The whole process from beginning to end was great both Aaron and Derrick were awesome to work with. I highly recommend them.The color of my door is Bronze.*UPDATE*I was having trouble connecting my garage door opener to the MyQ app and I called Absolute. They sent Aaron out, just a great guy, he called before he came to let me know he was on his way and wanted to know if I wanted anything a cup of coffee or something. When I say this company has great customer service skills, the get a trip A rating from me. Werent able to get it connected, so they changed out the opener, got connected with Spectrum and did a couple more things, now when I leave the garage door open and I am already down the street I can just hit a button....Thanks Aaron, Thanks Absolute.......

The crew from Absolute services came out and installed a Generac generator for us.Everything was done on time and to perfection. They showed up when they said they were going to be here and when they left It was as if they hadn’t been here. They did a fantastic cleanup and excellent install. Absolute Services handled all the logistics with Columbia gas as well as Bluegrass energy to turn off the power. They organized the inspector to certify the job as well.I would highly recommend Aden and Adam, who installed the generator as well as their helpers.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! My technician Nathan Wilson was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had a same day appointment for the afternoon but Nathan was able to arrive over an hour sooner. He thoroughly explained all the options for the garage door repair as well as the club membership perks. Nathan got the door repaired and running within an hour. I have been a member of Absolute for over two years and I must say the follow up program is impressive. I receive a phone call whenever it’s time for service. This week I had service on my HVAC system which had been “checked” last fall by a different company- I didn’t realize when you move the membership goes with the person who bought it - however my furnace had not REALLY been checked! I discovered that my furnace was old and full of mold around the coils walls and motor. Rust had started to grow on important surfaces - and because of age I would no longer be able to get Freon. The services were very thorough! I chose to go with the Three star system and it was installed the next day. I now have warm air and for the first time can say “it’s too warm in here”! The system works wonderfully.

We had a great experience working with Nathan Wilson. He arrived on time at the earliest spot for the time range given and was very professional. He gave us all our options and did not pressure us for anything we didnt need. He worked quickly and had my garage door back up and in working order quickly and correctly. He made sure my motor sensor was reset from the failure and fixed everything that was needed. I will definitely give Absolute Services a call in the future if I have any other garage door issues. Josh from Absolute Services in Lexington, replaced the garage door opener as it was going bad. The door would only partially open most times. Josh provided 4 options with pricing for me to select from and did a 42 point inspection. He answered all questions that I had. The new opener was installed in approximately 45 minutes. Absolute was easy to work with, scheduling a day to fit my schedule, providing a 2 hour window, sending me an email that he was coming that included his photo and also calling before arrival. I highly recommend Absolute Services to work on your garage door or opener.

However, there was a few confusions on scheduling our appointment. It got postponed a few times, which made it difficult on us trying to arrange our schedule.

Brian was very knowledgeable about my HVAC demo needs. He explained the environmental needs regarding my 40 year old r2 refrigerant. Due to EPA Mandates and regulations, HVAC demo is expensive but I was glad to have a quality person in charge of the job. He explained the law regarding disposal of r2, and the new law about copper coil recycling which required official certification in order to be done at all. He did forget to enroll me in the frequent customer plan, but, whatever; I can remind other people on a budget. For @$179, you can enroll and get free estimates and 10% off all jobs. He did not know I am using Absolute for all their services: HVAC, garage door, plumbing and electrical, so his omission is understandable. I also let my farm become a total eye sore, so he subconsciously thought that was my one job for the decade. The phone operators also should have informed me about the club since I called them over and over. But thats the only imperfection I have found so far in my extensive contac5 with them. Also happy with present and future jobs of electric and plan to be happy with garage doors tomorrow and plumbing the day after. Black electrician dude was the most practical and asked whats up with not joining the club?; perhaps its a cultural thing. Hope they inform future customers about the club which pays for itself in one $1800 job... Even smaller jobs save money, and then you can get free estimates for 4 services which equate to quality advice from the best team in Kentucky...

Im sure you all have noticed that I have posted a lot of reviews; all of them good. And no, I am not paid to do so. I am just so impressed with this company. We bought our 34 year old house that came with a bunch of issues. We were clueless, and started with needing a new garage door.They offered an extended warranty and we bought it because it was fair and provided the security we needed, knowing there was more work on the way.We have had numerous issues and all have been completely handled through Absolute Services. All of the technicians that have been here have been extremely knowledgeable and have answered every question we have had. And a shout out to Danny Mattingly who diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue just today!This company is honest and stands behind their work. There is no other company I would use. Nathan and Isaac came out to check my old garage door to determine if it would be better to fix it or get a whole new system. There was no pressure. My door was very old, remotes did not work, it leaked…… you get the idea. So, I decided it was time to get a new door. The price was quoted and they were kind enough to provide a discount and Isaac mentioned a little bit better door they had in stock with nice looking hardware. Nathan said they could install that one in for no extra charge. The technician, Logan came out 2 days later and installed the door with the new system, new remotes, and keyless entry. He added the new hardware which really gave it that extra nice look. The door worked well and was so quiet. Logan was very kind, worked very hard and did a good job. After he left, I did notice water was coming in at the bottom corners and under the bottom seal. So, I called them back to ask if they could provide a solution. Katie scheduled an appointment right away and was very friendly and professional. Isaac, who was very easy going and kind, came out and moved the trim a bit lower to decrease the gaps and added a storm shield on the bottom to help decrease the water leakage. I really appreciated all of the work completed from the estimate, install, scheduling, and call back appointment by all involved. I would definitely recommend Absolute Services for repairs or a new garage door installation.

I hired the services of this company after my top garage door panel started bowing inward. Also, the garage door was rubbing the rafters due to having a low ceiling. This was also a newly installed garage door, and the company that originally installed it refused to fix the issues, which were multiple.Absolute Overhead offered a reasonable price, and offered solutions that sounded reasonable. The technician, Dalton Parker worked on the new door for 8 hours straight, nearly until 8 pm. He came back the next day because he wanted to make sure it was installed correctly, the first time.Now theres plenty of clearance from the rafters, and the rails are secured firmly. They also installed support rails. Im very impressed with the quality of their work, and would 10/10 recommend them.I rarely review companies, but felt compelled to after how competent and professional my technician was.Its rare that you find a contractor that does what they say theyll do 100% and put a lot of pride into their work.

I have never been more pleased with a service company! Everyone Ive interacted with has been very pleasant, accommodating and professional and their work was excellent. I received email notification of when the technicians would arrive, and they were always on time. The technician who serviced my old garage door explained the problem with the motor and helped me select an appropriate new door. He explained the difference in the motor ( belt not a chain), and he told me I could call him anytime I had a question. The technician who installed the new door was also easy to work with and answered all my questions. About three months after the installation, the door rattled and squeaked very loudly. One phone call, explaining what was happening, and the service assistant suggested and made an appointment for a technician to come out and check the garage door. The technician found some small adjustments that needed to be made and corrected the problem. So, Ive interacted with with 4 different people at Absolute, and each one was stellar. If you need a new garage door or need a current one serviced, in my opinion, you cannot do better than Absolute Overhead Door Service.

I had Absolute install a 16x7 on my new garage in 2019. I had a small (self inflicted) issue that occurred last night. Had an emergency when my door broke. Called early Saturday morning and a tech was sent out by 11am. It is Thursday and Isaac Smoot installed the new door. I was dealing with an unknown fault on my garage door and found ABSOLUTE SERVICES on Google. They were very responsive and setup a visit within a couple of hours. Derrick came to our house and performed a full inspection of the system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. Derrick was attentive to what I was saying when explaining the issue and h resolved the issue and tuned up the system, too. Overall it was a quick and effective visit and my system is back up and running better than before.

The spring on our garage door broke, and we had a bit of an emergency. We need it fixed quick, because my folks new house was done & they were signing the papers in just a few days. Their truck was behind that broken door & was full of stuff they were about to move. I called Absolute Overhead Door Service because it was closest & had 5 stars, and they very much lived up to those 5 stars. Someone came out less then 2 hours later on a Friday afternoon. It was done really well, and Derrick saved the day!! Fantastic company!!

Travis King had great communication skills; called beforehand to let me know he was on way and showed up at scheduled time. He was very personable and after accessessing the situation he explained what needed to be done to repair the door. He was also able to fix the door in a timely manner. ***UPDATE...The general manager, James, contacted me shorty after leaving the original review and was out here the next morning to address our concerns. He had everything corrected within an hour and we couldn’t be happier! Going back to the original review, nothing was a complete deal breaker but we were somewhat disappointed. James took care of EVERYTHING! Very pleased! Highly recommend.Customer service was top notch, they showed up when they said they would both times we used them, a repair and a replacement. Pricing was fair but my husband was disappointed when he came home and saw that the electric cord on our replacement motor was not long enough to reach the outlet in our ceiling so as a temporary fix we are using an extension cord until WE can get one to connect to the outlet. WE will have to find the right cord and neatly tack it on the ceiling, personally he feels we paid for install there shouldn’t be anything left for us to do. Also they put the new opener next to the old one leaving a dime sized hole in our wall that you can see the wires through. Again neither are complete deal breakers but we aren’t 100% satisfied either.

Great experience from first call to completion. Got on their schedule just a couple of days after calling. Nathan arrived early after checking first to make sure it was OK. Explained options for repair, and got right down to business. The repair was a little more complex than anticipated, but he stuck with it. Everything now works well, including two new universal remotes he had with him. I love when techs come with parts, and can repair everything the same day. Very pleased with service.

For months I’ve put off calling to have my garage door repaired. This morning I finally Googled for a company and made the call to Absolute. Same day appointment. Not a 4 hour appointment window. Loads of communication from the company and the service tech for their arrival. Texted me w a photo and name is the tech. Jeff Morris gets here early and gets right to work. He saw the issue, explained the issue, and gave me my options including pros/cons. Once I made my decision, he was quick and thorough. He double checked his work, cleaned up everything and even made sure he didn’t leave any stray screws around for my tires to find. Kudos to Jeff for a job well done. Give the man a raise!! He obviously works very hard to make your clients happy. Thank you!
