I have a carpet installation scheduled for my condo, and recieved the confirmation phone call just a few minutes ago. The woman on the phone, who I regrettably did not get the name of, was so incredibly kind, helpful and informative. If the rest of their service lives up to the standard she set I cannot wait for my carpet installation

I love my new carpet! The installers were a bit careless. They scratched up the walls and hand painted outlet plates in our newly remodled rooms. They cleaned up for the most part, but I still had to clean dust and carpet fuzzies when they left. I have also been finding glue on our newly painted walls and doors. Each day I find more careless mistakes.

The Lexington office is amazing. They worked me in and are working overtime to get my install. I cannot wait for my new carpet. Their scheduling customer service is more than five stars! Today my carpet was installed, the guys were early, very professional, and friendly. You can tell they take pride in their work and enjoy working as a team. I had carpet put down in every room and the hall upstairs except in the Master bedroom this month. The guy from Romanoff Renovations was very professional and nice. My spouse and I love the outcome of Romanoff Renovations. I would recommend this company to anyone.
