    The guys from West Shore arrived at 8am. James and his teammate was absolutely terrific! They was professional, courteous and proficient. They did such a terrific job tearing down my old doors and rebuilding the new ones. James went above and beyond to make sure my doors were perfect in every way possible. And he did! The hard job was my basement door. But he ran through it like a seasoned pro. My doors absolutely makes it all worth the price!! Plus a lifetime warranty!! And the cleanup!! My goodness. The house, inside and out, looked just as clean when they left as it did when they arrived! These 2 guys deserve a definite raise and promotion if possible!! 15 out of 10 ⭐. I definitely refer West Shore for your doors!!

    Ryan and his crew did a great job getting right to work and were easily done in 2 days as they promised! They were also very easy to work with when it came to making our decisions on where corner shelves, grab bar and the placement and height of the shower seat were concerned. The colors we chose turned out to match perfectly, ( which are sometimes different from a computer screen to real life.)

    I had my back door replaced and the bathtub in the guest bathroom replaced with a step in tub with sliding glass doors and new water fixtures. The men did a fantastic job. My husband and I were very pleased with the results. The me were very professional and kept us informed on what they were doing. When they were finished with the work they cleaned up the mess and even took the old door and old tub away as well.I highly recommend West Shore Home.     The front door was installed by a very competent and professional team who had to first demolish the old 1970s construction. Took them 6 hours and a lot of careful sawing around a 12 inch oak threshold. We like everything about the door but we are not sure that the frost pattern we choose was the right one.

    Pleasant experience from start to finish. Extremely fast and very good craftsmanship. Very professional. Not the least expensive way to go but it was incredibly efficient and didnt leave us under construction for days, fully replaced in a single day and was ready for use after 24hours. Highly recommend in the Lexington area.

    Matt and Zane were the two young men who installed our new shower package. We couldnt be more pleased with the result. They worked hard and almost non-stop. They knew what they were doing and despite having to deal with a horrendous mess removing the old bathtub and wall, youd never know there was a mess. No dust, no dirt, just continuous hard work until the job was done. Lots of interaction with my husband and I as to the placement of bars, chair etc. Good advice on maintenance.Polite, courteous and professional.

    The folks at West Shore Bath are super friendly, they are knowledgeable of the product that they are selling and believe in that product. Sophia, our design consultant listened to what we wanted didnt try to talk us into more than what was needed or wanted and made it happen, just as we asked. The day of installation they were due to arrive between 8am and 10am and was there at 9a. David and Koko were the installers and they did a wonderful job. Very polite and efficient. They went over my service order before they started and made sure that we were on the same page before starting the job. I would definitely recommend WSB to do your bath remodel

    Great product. Workers showed up early in the day, got right to work. Whatever challenges they discovered, they quickly adapted to the circumstances. The greatest effort they did was during the afternoon, when there was a question about if they would finish in a single day like promised. BINGO, a quick call and the two man crew had the cavalry arrive so now there was five workers finishing the work. It was done in a day and now I have a wonderful shower to start each and every day. Absolutely perfect!

    We are very happy with our experience with West Shore. Our techs Matt W and Matt H did a very professional job of installing our new shower.I let them know that we have a dog of special needs that has issues with seeing/ depth perception and the went out of their way not to startle her in any way. I would recommend West Shore if someone is looking to have the same thing done. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because we were not called prior to them arriving.

    Michael & Justin done a awesome job! Professionals. They took out the old jet tub, took out the wrap around tile that went to the ceiling and even removed the header and replaced with a beautiful walk in shower. They arrived early and stayed til it was complete in one day. Were completely satisfied. And it all comes with a life time warranty.

    Sam and Griffin did an excellent job changing our tub/shower to a walk-in shower conversion. They advised better placement on the grab bars for us and we agreed. Their work was pure perfection. Kodi L. helped us pick through all possible design choices until we found the best set up for our needs and artistic desires. All questions were completely answered and the entire process was well understood. We are thrilled with the final results.

    Peter and Lakota did beautiful work on our new walk in shower.This is mainly for my 93 year old mother but I love it. As my husband and I age it will become a big help for us.     Thomas S. and Hayden B. were the installers on my new walk in shower. They showed up on time and ready to work. They explained what they would be doing and got right to it. They ran into a couple of issues with this being and older house but didn’t stop and completed the job in a timely manner. They explained everything they did and cleaned up after. They were both professional and very hard workers. I would definitely recommend this crew and West Shore to anyone wanting a bathroom refresh.

    Josh was awesome! I cant wait to see the finished product.edited: absolutely wonderful work. the installers were awesome, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly - very important to me. the job took two days, and that was fine as the job was custom, the pan was a special fit and had to sit overnight. absolutely worth the wait and more than worth the price. its already paid for itself in the comfort and safety its given me. even my small grandson loves it!

    We decided to remodel our master bath to a walk-in shower. A friend referred us to West Shore Home who was very satisfied with their walk-in shower. We contacted Jordan, West Shore Home salesman, who was very professional and helpful. Their company staff contacted us immediately, made an installation appointment and kept us up to date of any changes. Brad and Cory, the installers, were prompt, friendly, explaining all the features we had ordered, took extreme care in protecting our property, as well as detailed-oriented as to the installation location and height of all the features in our shower we desired. After installation, they cleaned up thoroughly, explained the best future care and the lifetime guarantee. The custom finished project was beyond our expectation and was beautiful. One of our future projects will be window replacement and we will contact West Shore Home when we are ready. All employees were very knowledgeable, prompt, professional and a real asset to West Shore Home.

    Great job. They cleaned up after themselves better than I expected. They made our bathroom look so much better. They asked us along the way how we wanted things. In particular, they confirmed with us how high we wanted the shower head. They showed up on time and got right to work. I asked them mid morning about when they thought they would be done. On installation Jeremy and his crew (sorry don’t remember their names) did an awesome job. They came at 8 sharp and job was completed at 430. They were all patient with me with my questions.     Jeremy and Griffen were super nice and friendly . They are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They showed us all features and how everything worked. They went over all of the paperwork. They were very respectful when speaking to us and respectful of our home. They used drop cloths from the door to the bathroom and cleaned up everything.     Today 2021-09-27, we had the pleasure of meeting Justice an installer from Lexington Kentucky WestShore Homes Bath remodeling. His job today was finish trim work on our extra large shower. We had him do some extra work, we thought was necessary to our liking and enjoyment of our new shower. Justice was very polite, funny and professional at his work. For an installer, we actually enjoyed his company. The trim work took less than two hours from the time he pulled up and we signed off on his work. 5 stars to Justice.We had two bathrooms remodeled with West Shore Homes showers. Install took two teams. Tyler P. and Ryan did the guest bath. The guest bath/ shower is a standard size. They did a professional job and project looks wonderful. Joseph K., Cory N., and Jacob B. finished the master bedroom shower remodel. The master bath/shower was large and we had the shower installed larger for a wheelchair use. These men also were professional and courteous from start to finish. Their work also was outstanding and looks great.. We enjoyed watching these team members work and did a great job cleaning up. Attached are photos of each shower, these pictures dont even show the great work and how they look.

    We are very happy with our new walk in shower! Casey, our design consultant, was very pleasant and patient with us while we were trying to decide on our design and she stayed even longer for our scheduled appointment so that we didn’t feel rushed. Camron M. and Thomas K. did an exceptional job with the installation. They both worked so hard all day long and kept me informed throughout the whole process. These guys do a lot of heavy lifting and a lot of bending and working on their knees all day long and I hope they know how much they are appreciated for their hard work. Thank you all!

    We recently had two exterior doors (plus storms doors) installed by West Shore Homes. I would like to concentrate my review not on the initial installation that did not go so well for a variety of reasons but, rather, on the follow-up that proved to be outstanding and very much a relief to us since, as a consumer, you are never quite sure that a company will stand behind their product to the extent they promise. Chad F., who fixed the problems with the initial installation of our doors was so great to work with. He was capable and engaging and fixed our doors beyond what we thought might be possible. Now, the doors are gorgeous and they appear worthy of the high-end price that we paid for them. Many thanks to Chad, as well as Josh, our salesman, for making everything perfect for us!

    Had a very rotted and nasty shower (grout failure) replaced with an acrylic one and am so happy with the results! The installation team was amazing (Jon, Justin, Matt H., and Thomas)... very down to earth, personable, and communicative during the 2 days they were here. Everything went according to the time table and will definitely be using West Shore Home again when its time for new windows.Only downside is cost, but you get what you pay for and I wanted this project to be done right!

    Our experience with West Shore Home was excellent! All personnel that we spoke to were professional. Starting from the sales representative to the installation team (Tyler and his team). They arrived at 8:30 am and went straight to work, installing 13 windows. At 1:30 pm, our new windows were in. When the project was complete, Tyler sat down with my husband and me to go over the care of the windows, and the warranty, and then showed us the fiction of our new windows. They left no inside or outside mess to clean. Excellent job!

    It’s sad that I can only give 5 Stars for the exemplary, professional work and service that the salesman, Don Gordon and the two installers Thomas Saylor and Garrett Valentine provided my wife and I. Mr. Gordon provided a very detailed explanation of the new tub to shower renovation. I was a tough sale and questioned him on everything. I explained to him that my wife had an Achilles Tendon surgery coming within days and that we needed the job done ASAP. I don’t know how he did it but he made it happen. Everything he told us that would happen during and after the renovation did happen. He was spot on and truthful. This type of of person is hard to find these days especially with salespeople. Thank you Mr. Gordon.Now for the two installers, Thomas and Garrett. These two young men are two of the most talented and RESPECTABLE young people that I have met in a long time. First off, they arrived on the time. They immediately informed me of what they were going to do and that they would ask me any questions concerning where I wanted different things situated in the shower like the safety handles, shelves, and seat which they did throughout the process. They then started the job and didn’t stop. They covered the floors, the bathroom sink, and anything else that needed protected during construction. They HUSTLED and worked the whole day until the job was completed. Afterwards, they cleaned up and informed my wife and I how to clean the shower and what cleaning products to use and not to use. Thomas and Garrett worked well together. They were like Batman and Robin. Everything that that Mr. Don Gordon, the salesman, detailed to me prior to the renovation was followed exactly by Thomas and Garrett.If I could, I would give this experience with West Shore Home a 20 Star review. Because of my experience with them, my sister and brother in law, from Wilmington, NC will be contacting them after the Holidays. In ending I just want to say thank you to Don, Thomas and Garrett for your talent, respect, hustle, commitment, and thoughtfulness before my wife’s surgery.West Shore Rocks!

    West Shore Home just installed a walk in shower to my home. I had a bathtub and I became sick and am unable to bend my left leg and really needed a walk in shower because trying to get over the tub was so difficult. The installers Matt W. and Sam G. were awesome they worked tirelessly all day and did the install within 8 hrs. They were so very polite and walked ur way through everything u needed to know even how to clean it. They gave me a list of things that I can clean it with. So very nice I could not have asked for anything more.I also did not mention that when they got here they covered the carpet and they were very respectful of our furniture that we have they took extra care to make sure they didnt harm it and I really appreciated that because alot of workers do not care. I would give them a 10 star on a 5 star rating.

    The shelving units in my shower had come loose and fallen off the shower wall. Called West Shore Home to schedule an appointment for someone to come to my home and fix them.The receptionist was very courteous and very quick to offer me several available dates for me to choose from. I picked an available time the following week. I was given a curtesy call the day before my appointment as a reminder.The day of my appointment the service tech, Thomas Stewart, came on time and was very professional while in my home. I showed him what needed to be repaired and he went to work. When finished he showed me what all he had done.     We desperately needed to replace our doors. Americas WINDOWS came out and thanks to them I now know what a tremendous difference a good door can make! This was not a one two three sale. He spent a long time with us explaining our options and why certain products would be the best choice for our house. A month later our doors were ready for installation. The installers were fantastic. Great attention to detail. The doors are sooo quiet. No creaking which is a nice change lol. Im still amazed with how beautiful they are.     This is our second time using Westshore Homes...we were also former customers of Americas Best Windows which was absorbed into Westshore awhile back. Their customer service is fantastic...people are helpful over the phone, contact you back if needed and come to your house when they say they are going to. All of our installs for 20+ windows, rear slider door and front door with sidelights have been completed same day and their install crew is definitely experienced and considerate. Justin, the sales and support person weve worked with, has always come by to follow up and ensure satisfaction has been met. We recommend them whenever we receive compliments from neighbors which is often. You can easily spend money elsewhere and maybe save a few dollars but we will continue to use Westshore...the quality of their product and their service is more than worth their prices. Save yourself the future headaches and call them first.

    Tyler and Justin arrived at 9:00 am. They introduced themselves and stated they were with West Shore Bath. Tyler and Justin worked non-stop until the job was done. They left at 1:30 pm and left behind a gorgeous walk in shower. This shower has totally changed the way the bathroom looks and we just love it! There was no mess left behind. The process from sales to installation was easy.

    There were two bids to choose and we chose America’s Windows! Josh is an expert at answering our questions we had. We are very satisfied how the installers came on time, were very detailed how they removed the old windows and put in the new ones. They foamed with insulation around the windows and sliding door and they even neatly caulked at every edges of items. The installers came at 8:45 am and left about 6:30 pm for 11 windows and a sliding door. Their supervisor came to check on them and with us to see how everyone was doing. It is gorgeous and beautiful to look at and looking out. The heat seal glass on the windows does block out sun ray and not hurting my eyes like it does on old windows. We are pleased with our purchase.
