John Key and his team just finished my dock and were extremely pleased with the service, attention to detail and the quality of workmanship. Their design suggestions and focus creadted a dock that not only is functional but captures the beauty of the surroundings and enhances the environment. Were lucky to have a property that has a large wooded conservation area and a quaint cove on Lake Dora. The Dock is beautiful in this setting. His foreman, Alex Belton, spent days on-site through the winter cold and was extremely personable with me and my family. His workmanship is outstanding.

As a result of hurricane Irma , we had 3 broken dock pilings which caused our dock to sag heavily on 3 different sides . Joanne and John Key came out and inspected our dock shortly after the storm . They told me what was needed and what it would cost . I was pleasantly surprised at the cost . As you can imagine , they were very busy as many docks were damaged during the storm . They told me they would do their best to get the repairs done before Jan. 1, 2018 . I figured it was at least a 2 day job . They had two of their employees here who completed the repair in one day ! The work was done on December 1, 2017 . There employees were knowledgeable , friendly , efficient and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done . They are a very professional company .I would not hesitate to call them for help again if needed .

We recently had a dock and boat house completed by Dock masters, and are extremely satisfied with their work! Professional, timely, pleasant people...and excellent detailed craftsmanship in all aspects of the job. We highly recommend John and Joanne, and their crew, Alex and Victor...thank you for the beautiful addition to our lakefront!

Our dock was in need of serious repair after years of neglect. We made several inquiries for recommendations to do this work and we were consistently referred to DockMasters of Lake County. We do not live in the area so trust in who we selected for the job was a big factor in our decision. After a few calls and discussions it became clear to us that DockMasters was the firm we wanted to do business with. We described what we wanted our new dock to look like and John Keys of DockMasters converted that discussion into a rendering which captured exactly what we wanted. The dock is now complete and we could not be happier with the results. The quality of construction is spectacular, attention to detail impeccable and customer service topflight. Now we know first hand why we were consistently referred to DockMasters. We are now among the happy customers who without question recommend DockMasters of Lake County to anyone seeking a new dock or repairs to an existing one.

5 Stars isnt enough for John, Joanne and thier team. We could not be happier with the dock they built for our home. Dockmasters was on time, on budget and great communicators in a world where that is the not the case with other contractors. I have had so many bad experiences with other trades but Dockmasters will not let you down. It is the nicest dock on our canal and my wife said it best it was so much nicer than she could have imagined. The finishing touches are unbelievable and the crew treated like it was thier own home, clean, courteous and professional. Thanks for a great job!!!!!

HONESTY AT A FAIR PRICE!!From start to finish the process of having Dockmasters of Lake County quote and Build our new Boathouse and Deck was a smooth transaction.
