    If Google offered a 10 Star option I would be using that. If you are in need of a kitchen or bathroom renovation this is the company to use. From expertise in design, attention to details by all the staff, the workers that came to the house were professional, punctual, cleaned up daily, worked hard and were extremely kind and respectful. We had both a kitchen and then an bathroom redone. We are so happy with the work we are going to move on to the next bathroom. Highly recommend.

    When a leak in our upstairs bathroom threw a curveball our Memorial Day weekend, we decided to turn lemons into lemonade and remodel! We got several quotes and decided on Virginia Kitchen and Bath because they had beautiful, luxury-level results at our price point and did not sacrifice quality. It was a great choice!The design process with Burak was smooth from start to finish. He had the perfect balance of expertise and willingness to incorporate our ideas. I didn’t feel steered into a cookie cutter remodel. I felt like I had an experienced guide who knew what worked based on years of working in our community.Once we got started, Emin was professional and responsive. We always knew what was happening with our project, and when we had questions the answers were only a text away. Our day to day team, headed by Angel, were clearly the best in the business. They worked hard through the whole contract, often stopping to get our opinions to make sure everything was just right.The result speaks for itself. Our once dated bathroom with a broken toilet is now our serene oasis. The whole team at Virginia Kitchen and Bath made what could have been a tough summer easy!

    We recently renovated our master & hallway bathrooms and had a positive experience with Virginia Kitchen & Bath.. Burak was patient with me as I was overwhelmed with all the different design options available and he helped me narrow down the choices. The crew worked 6 days a week and they addressed any issues I saw during the project in a timely manner. Oscar, crew manager and Sera, project manager kept me informed of every step of the project. The only hiccup was that they ordered the wrong size vanity which added an extra week.

    When we decided to redo our master bath, i wanted a steam shower and my wife wanted a new tub. Virginia Kitchen and Bath was recommended by a friend so we called Burak who had us come into the showroom. There he laid out a design to incorporate both our wishes and come up with a look that matched our modern theme with classic look. As we moved into the implementation phase, our project manager Chris listened to our vision and also helped us refine some things “in practice” beyond the drawings. These recommendations were NOT made to add more cost, but to get the best finished product so we never got nickel and dimed. I can’t say enough about the work ethic the onsite team had to make sure the project moved with pace. We were at home for the project so we looked daily and the quality and attention to detail was there throughout. The wait was worth it and the end product is amazing, with the steam shower a hit for everyone. We’d gladly recommend Virginia Kitchen & Bath to anyone doing an important renovation project. They will also treat it as such.

    Excellent service from start to finish. Burak was very attentive and easy to work with from the consultation to the design of the entire project. The prep for the work was top notch and transparent about costs and keeping our budget in mind. Emin was our project manager who helped coordinate the work and the construction staff. Easy to communicate, attentive and understanding for the questions we had.Would highly recommend this site and staff. We had our counters redone, leveling and removing a post with plumbing inside it, along with a new sink with cabinet under lighting.We love it!

    Our experience with Va Kitchen and Bath was extremely positive! We had an unplanned bathroom remodel due to a leaky pipe. The set price helped us know from the start what we’d be paying. We enjoyed going to the showroom and having a selection to choose from within that price range and not being talked into adding more and more extras as they were all included in the initial estimate. The installation team was very professional and took great care to keep things neat and contained. The quality of work was high and we love our new bathroom! Highly recommend this business:)

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with Virginia kitchen and bath for a recent home remodel which included a full kitchen remodel, master bathroom, guest bathroom , office / library room and dry bar , and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.     Beautiful, precise work. The crew starting with the project manager, Chris, and Oscar the crew leader were indispensable to the success of this remodel.     Virginia Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job with the remodel of our kitchen from the design process to the demo and installation. Barak was a wonderful designer with great ideas. He listened to what we were trying to accomplish (easy maintenance, more cabinet & counter space, and updated color scheme) and made it happen. In their design studio, Barak walked us through the layout, materials, and made changes when requested. He was super flexible and communicative.Miguel and the installation crew were equally as terrific. Miguel was always on time and his workmanship was top notch. He ensured our satisfaction and answered any/all questions. If there was ever an issue or concern (which always arises during large projects), he and the PM Emin addressed it in a timely manner.I would highly recommend them to any of my friends/colleagues/neighbors for any future kitchen and bath projects.

We will use VA Kitchen & Bath for our next project.

    We were very happy with the experience. Burak got us off to a good start with his design and proposed price, which was significantly less than others we had received. We went through a couple of iterations with him before we signed, but those changes were worth the extra effort and price. Aykut managed the project and stayed in touch with us but left the day-to-day activities to the crew (2-3 guys). The crew did a good job with all phases of the project and were able to overcome any challenges with no change in scope or price. The project was substantially complete a week ahead of schedule which was good because I wanted my dishwasher back :-)The only challenge was passing the electrical inspection. Our inspector was strict but I dont think he was asking for anything that wasnt in the code. It took two attempts to pass the rough-in and three attempts to pass the final. That required some attention on our part and is why we didnt give them five stars.Overall, we felt Virginia Kitchen & Bath provided good value for the money and will certainly consider them for future projects.

The whole process was very efficient and professional from the initial meeting and design (with Burak) through the renovation itself with the project lead (Aykut) and onsite team led by Oscar. The team was helpful with answering questions, and kept me informed of status and expected completion time. The work was excellent and I’ll be using them again for future renovations.

    We were absolutely THRILLED with the primary bathroom upgrade provided by Virginia Kitchen and Bath, and the end result is simply stunning. Edison was our installation supervisor whose workmanship was second to none, and he and Tuani (sp?) worked a full day every day until the job was completed. Aykut was our project manager and he was simply the best from the project’s beginning to end. He kept us informed every step of the way and pushed hard on getting material delivered quickly and all components of the job executing on time. Aykut even volunteered to help complete residual followup items from a previous project which was not even assigned to him. Burak was our account rep and he is truly an expert who designed our dream bathroom and clearly explained in detail exactly what was to be installed.We can’t say enough great things about the quality of work and the commitment to satisfaction of the entire team. They have now done 4 jobs for us, our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and our upstairs flooring.

VK&B may not be the least expensive option, but I cannot fault the selection of materials or quality of the craftsmanship. Their crews are very diligent, and always asked for guidance to make sure we were happy with the work.

    The team of Burak, Aykut and William (and his crew) exceeded our expectations in all ways.Burak (design & sales) walked us through their large showroom to show us their wide range of cabinets, fixtures, tile, flooring, etc. He did a great job helping us identify our requirements and provided very helpful suggestions on how to make our design even better. The design for our Master and Hall bathrooms is both beautiful and functional.Aykut (project manager) did a great job overseeing the process, coordinating supply deliveries, and answering any questions we had.William and his crew provided excellent craftsmanship when installing the bathrooms. They were courteous/congenial and checked with us frequently to ensure everything was fitted and placed just as we preferred. They ensured everything was cleaned up every night and were very professional in all they did.We interviewed several contractors, but we are glad we chose Virginia Kitchen & Bath. The team worked well together, and we are very happy with the remodeled bathrooms. We intend to use them again in our future home improvements.

    I recently hired VA Kitchen and Bath to do a full remodel of a full hallway bath. We wanted to go from a tub with shower curtain to walk in shower and basically update the entire bathroom. After getting quotes from two other companies and hearing the “you can only get this price today” pitch a few too many times, I saw an advertisement in the local newspaper and gave the Leesburg location for VA Kitchen and Bath a call. After speaking with Akin (Senior Designer), I was feeling great. My wife and I went into the design center the next day and we had our entire remodel picked out within an hour. Akin was extremely helpful and extremely transparent with pricing. The price was fair and stable and he put us under no pressure to sign on the spot. We signed a contract and within a few weeks I was introduced to a very nice project manager, Emin, and lead technician Johnny as the project got started. Johnny and his crew were always very courteous and kind and they did a really fantastic job cleaning up each day after the work day ended. We are enjoying our completely remodeled bathroom and it looks really great too! Many thanks to VA Kitchen and Bath for a job well done.

    This is our second experience with VK&B. They did a great job with our bathrooms, so we came back for our kitchen remodel and replacement of carpet throughout our condo unit with luxury vinyl tile. Once again they did an outstanding job. We live in a retirement community where there are lots of rules about access, elevator use etc. They worked well with our management to ensure a smooth process. Burak came up with a cabinet design that really met our needs and fit in our kitchen’s rather odd space. I can’t say enough about Miguel and his assistant who did such a great job on the kitchen. Their workmanship is excellent and done with care. Likewise, Gloria and the flooring crew were amazing—not just putting down a beautiful floor, but having to move all the furniture around too. Yakut kept in contact throughout the whole process and was always responsive to my questions or requests. To a person, these folks are a great group of people—very hardworking, respectful and polite, excellent craftsmen who do their jobs well. Thanks again, VK&B!

    Virginia Kitchen & Bath did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Burak made the design process easy. The construction team did beautiful work and were a pleasure to have in our home. (Our dog misses them.) Our new appliances have been damaged and delayed, and Virginia Kitchen & Bath has been VERY patient while we have waited weeks for things to arrive so we can schedule install. We had some confusion on day 1 due to communication gaps, but Burak and Aykut got the right information to the team that day, and things ran smoothly after that.

    After our great experience with this company on our bathroom remodel earlier this year (review below), we have now just completed our kitchen remodel with them. Burak was again our designer and again did a great job, patiently walking us through all the different options. While there were plenty of choices for the countertop (Burak referred us to the supplier, MSI), for the backsplash tile/glass, and for the hardware (door handles), I felt that the choices for cabinets were quite limited in both style and color. We are still happy with what we got but would have liked more variety to choose from (to be fair, more options were available if we were to step up to the custom line but that is way, way more expensive).Our crew, primarily Miguel and Roberto, were excellent. Always on time, polite, and most importantly, exceptionally skilled and diligent. We communicated with Miguel directly most of the time, while our project manager, Aykut, was prompt in collecting our checks but otherwise not much involved. The minor complaint I have is being charged for very minor changes. I understand the need to charge for upgrades (for example, we decided to get deco panels on the sides of our cabinets and those had not initially been included in our contract). But others seemed very petty. The best example is we decided to changed the white outlet switches and covers to black. I bought all the materials myself and the crew was going to be working anyway (the project was not complete) but Aykut insisted on charging an additional $650. Given the many, many tens of thousands of dollars we paid, this additional payment only served to aggravate.Still, overall, I highly recommend Virginia Kitchen & Bath.We had a wonderful experience with Virginia Kitchen & Bath for our master bathroom remodeling project.Our designer, Burak, visited our home a couple of times for discussions and measurements and then hosted us at the companys large Leesburg showroom to make all the detailed selections. I really appreciated his helpful, light touch -- he respected us as customers and gave us all the freedom to make our choices but would chime in with very helpful advice when asked.Our project manager, Emin, was also very good and attentive to our requests. And finally, our crew was outstanding. Very thorough and detailed, always careful about preparing (drop cloths, plastic sheeting, etc.) and cleaning-up every day. They went out of their way to help us out on various requests that popped up throughout. Whether we communicated with them directly or through Emin, they were always responsive.Everyone involved was great about replying to e-mails and texts throughout so we never felt out of touch.In the end, our bathroom is beautiful, functional, and a great testament to this companys work. We are already proceeding with a kitchen remodeling project as our next step.

    Virginia Kitchen and Bath did a wonderful job remodeling our master bathroom. Burak was our designer and he made the process so easy. We gave basic requirements for what we were looking for and he made sure that it all fit together and we would come out with a nice product. Omar and his team did frequent walk throughs with us and no ask to change or fix something was too big. Would certainly hire again. The price was also very reasonable.

    We just finished a kitchen renovation with Virginia Kitchen & Bath. We replaced a peninsula with a large island, and reconfigured the appliances. Our designer, Burak Akin did an amazing job in creating a new kitchen with a completely different layout. He has a lot of experience and had a great feel for what would work for our kitchen. Burak was always very responsive when we reached out to him with questions or changes/additions. Our Project Manager, Aykut would stop by just about every day to check on progress and update us as to the next steps. Once we were placed on the schedule, we were assigned a dedicated construction team. Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job with putting all of the plans together - he came up with creative solutions to several issues we encountered along the way. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, Miguel summarized what they did and were planning on doing the following day and when they would arrive the next morning. Once they started the project, they worked every day without fail and it took about 6 weeks from start to finish - we were extremely happy with this timeline. Pricing was fair - the contract amount did not change, except for items we added in later on.

    Great experience from start to finish on our Jack and Jill bathroom. Full replacement of floor and shower/tub tiles, double vanities and sinks, mirrors, light fixtures, toilet, exhaust fan, new recessed lights, tub, towel bars, faucets...the works. They removed a hinged door to the water closet/tub and prepped the walls above it for a sliding barn door support system by installing backer wood and replacing the drywall. I also requested the Schluter system for water proofing the floors and shower which they accommodated for a little extra cost.I truly appreciated the showroom experience. My family had the run of the place with Burak our designer while we picked out all the finishes. For nearly all elements required for our bathroom, there were no up charges for higher end materials. The quoted price allowed us to pick exactly what we wanted including high end quartz countertops that look like marble.Install started about when 3-4 weeks after choosing materials, and the job was finished one week after start, all as promised. Project manager stopped by nearly every day to check on progress and any concerns we may have. Crew worked from about 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Saturday, finishing the next Monday. They used plenty of tarps for dust control and cleaned up before leaving everyday.Very happy with the results, and the crew came out to complete our punch list of final touchups in a timely fashion.We plan on using Virginia Kitchen & Bath again soon.

    The design experience was very good. The prices were as competitive as you’ll find in the Northern Virginia area. We had a lot of work done by VKB and the crews were pretty consistently good. A few mistakes that I wouldn’t have expected from experienced contractors. Our biggest issue throughout the process was with the project management. We experienced a number of times where the crew might not show up to work one day and I would reach out to the PM and would find out then that they knew they weren’t coming that day. So just a lot of things that could have been solved with a text message. This was consistent across projects. So, overall it was a good experience and we’re happy with the outcome. Stronger PMs and communication would make for a 5 star review.

    We just had our 1950s galley kitchen, breakfast room, & 1st floor bath brought into the 21st century. Our designer, Burak, gave us a design that fit the feeling of our 1917s home filled with 21st Century amenities. He listened to our wants & needs and worked with us all through the project to get maximum function with great design into a limited & odd shaped space in an older home. VA Kitchen & Baths Leesburg Showroom is filled with a wonderful assortment of high end products that are very helpful in the design process. Our Project Lead, Ethan, had a challenge to execute the design as some products due to Covid-19 were not available; he worked very hard to find replacements that would meet our design and durability requirements. The construction crew lead by Oscar were hard & exacting workers who took pride in their work. To say we are happy with our homes transformation is an understatement! We had such a positive experience that we have hired the same team to turn our TV room bar into a full bathroom.The overall project gets a 5 star review; there was a communications breakdown with the Project Lead that near the end was resolved.

    Three years ago we purchased a home in a Leesburg Development that had been built in 2007. We loved everything about our home except the master bath which, built over the garage, turned out to very cold in the winter months. Over time we felt the fixtures were outdated and that large jetted tub that we thought we would use sat empty except for dirty laundry! We procrastinated about a redo knowing it would cost quite a bit but last fall when a large water mark caused by a leak in the shower drain showed up on our garage ceiling it was definitely time.We knew we wanted to support a local company and work with one with a good reputation.Virginia Kitchen and Bath was our choice. We met with a designer who came to the house measured and talked to us about a design that would meet our needs. Because Peter and I are in our seventies and he has Parkinson’s we knew we needed to think about changes that would accommodate a wheel chair should we need one in the future.Omar was so easy to work with not only because he was so knowledgeable but because he listened to what we envisioned and worked to make it happen. He helped us choose the new fixtures and we couldn’t be more pleased with the choices.The work crew led by Cesar was amazing always masking, always distancing themselves, using plastic drapes to enclose the area and cleaning up after each work day. Cesar was friendly and not only good at updating their progress but listening to questions about changes and helping us communicate with Omar to make them happen.The specialty install people were great to work with explaining each product and answering questions.We are thrilled with the final result! The room looks like something out of a magazine and we are proud to say that we did most of the design with Omar’s input.     At first glance, our refinished bathroom is a wonderful design and a beautifully finished product. We have really enjoyed the new space. However on closer inspection we did have a couple of things throughout the process that made this project not go as smoothly.During the project, there were some things that were unexpected like shopping for a window and doorknobs ourselves. After the project, we had to have VKB come back to fix cracked grout, tighten faucets, and replace the shower sweeper. They did respond right away. Other things we just did ourselves, like rehanging the water closet door that didnt close and adjusting the soft close cabinets.Some of these are minor details, so it might not matter to most. VKB did respond quickly when we needed something done that we couldnt do ourselves. We are still happy with the finished product!

    Summary: Virginia Kitchen and Bath was not the lowest price option based on estimates we received, but they did offer us the best value for the price. In the end, they completed the work well and rather quickly, including returning to address small issues once we lived with the new changes for a few days. We are happy with the results and are way too excited to use our new bathroom tomorrow!Detail:We had a leak inside our home that affected the master bathroom as well as the room below, which happened to be the kitchen. This means we had some coverage of costs from our home insurance provider. VKB was one of several companies we had out to look at the job and provide an estimate. They made the cut (down to 3 options) based on the written estimate we received and our initial impressions - responsiveness, attention to detail and demeanor of the representative - and that led us to a showroom visit. Wed opted to get estimates for additional work in the same rooms that was not covered by our insurance as well as some other rooms to potentially complete projects we were working toward, anyway. This landed the VKB project to a remodel of our master bath and repainting & reflooring of the kitchen.We worked with Burak for the initial estimate, design and contract signing. He had a great personal recall of what our home looked like when we visited the showroom. We never felt rushed to make choices, even when other customers came in behind us. Burak was very attentive to our preferences and was not afraid to make recommendations.VKB has some standard payment schedule information that is provided up front as well as a templated estimate process that they use. It should be noted that VKB does not provide paint, but did send us to a provider where we could have a discount. The payment schedule was nice to have for planning purposes. The templated estimate made it virtually impossible for VKB to meet the documentation requirements for the insurance company. This meant that justification for increasing the low-ball reimbursement we received from the adjustor could not be sufficiently provided and were unlikely to recoup the additional costs for the covered work. On the plus side, their approach is to offer a full package that trumps whatever you had previously. I feel like this is what we got with the master bath!The team that came to our home was efficient and friendly. The work was led by Alejandro and our project manager was Sertac. They completed all (lets say 95%) of the work in about 9-10 days, including a Saturday, which was impressive. (So many companies will not do projects on Saturday!) We did wait an additional week or so for the shower door to be created/installed and then we asked them to return for a small punch list of corrections. We expected the shower door delay because we were told that up front. No surprise there!During execution, we had some minor scheduling issues that generally amount to miscommunication or lack thereof. The largest consequence was that we lost access to the kitchen earlier than wed expected based on the plan laid out early on, causing us to purchase more restaurant meals than wed planned for previously (and lost opportunity to use some groceries).We had a close call when all of our kitchen was set outside for a couple of days and rain came up in the forecast. Alejandro and the team hustled to keep the work on track and spare ruining the displaced items in the process.Sertac was always attentive to our concerns and had a good attention to detail. He helped ensure some other parallel work we had going could be accommodated. Normally, we wouldnt have had multiple companies at the same time, but there was a scheduling hiccup that couldnt be avoided. This did not hamper VKB one bit.We will definitely consider VKB for future projects, possibly not bothering to go through the estimate process all over again!

    We have used Virginia Kitchen and Bath for three bathroom remodeling over the last year in two different homes. We received excellent advice from the designer Burak so that each one presented a clean, clear and crisp new look. The installation teams were excellent. The jobs were completed as scheduled, the workspace was kept separated from the rest of the house and the floor and carpets were protected. In all three cases some unexpected minor issues were uncovered and the teams repaired them promptly before proceeding.     Ihsan and Neco worked on my kitchen recently and completely remodeled it and did an amazing job! Not only was the work itself really well done and clean, but they were polite, quiet (within reason of course - hard to make power tools quiet), and kept the workspace very tidy. They were extremely communicative and very professional. Aykut was a communicative project manager and I loved Buraks initial design as well. They were also very upfront with price changes and the cost was extremely reasonable - the only time the first proposal price changed was when I wanted 2 extra recessed lights installed. I will be calling them again in 6 months to redo my master bath!
