I would highly recommend this company. The process from beginning to completion was smooth and professional. I was emailed an estimate quickly. The appointment scheduling was quick. The electrician arrived between the designated time window. The tech was knowledgeable and professional in his work. The owner showed up while the electrician was working and gave me an estimate on a few electric jobs I was interested in having done. He also made a couple good suggestions. I will be calling them up to make another appointment to have this work done.

In Charge Electric has done work on my mom’s house twice now. Both times were stellar. But, I have to mention Alex. He came out to fix the well pump. He thought it would be an easy fix. Unfortunately, the wiring from the house to the pump needed replaced. I could hear him speaking with his company asking if he could fix the issue now. My mom had been without water for a bit. They allowed him to do the job right then and he started digging a trench, pulling up old wiring and replacing it. He worked so hard and went above and beyond to help my mom. Thank you so much.

I scheduled an appointment and Alex arrived at the scheduled time. I explained to Alex the issue I was having and he thoroughly explained the problem I was having, he diagnosed the problem and he explained the option to correct the problem. I needed a new circuit for charging my EV. Randy arrived early and did a quick check of the situation and gave me an estimate. As it was an involved job, running new wiring thru the attic, he had to reschedule to a better time.He arrived on time, was very cordial and friendly, and explained what he needed to do. He and his associate were very efficient and fast, performing the service quickly. When finished, they cleaned up the work place and debris, and even vacuumed.Randy and his associate were top notch electricians. I was very happy with the work they performed.

The work at my home was done right, on time, and skillfully. I would use their services again.

In a word: WOW! From the moment we met Brad for an estimate of three lighting installations, we knew we’d found the right company. Brad’s analysis of the work was extremely thorough, breaking down each task to its components to give a perfect understanding of everything involved. He considered multiple options for things like fixture and switch placement. The pricing seemed very fair and we immediately booked Family’s services. But that’s just where the praise begins. The real 5-star service took place while doing the work. Brad and Jeremy had to hang a large chandelier with close to 200 strands of crystal beads of varying lengths and an artist’s eye was needed to do it beautifully. The care and precision they used cannot be overstated. They brought the same attention to each of the other tasks. I would award bonus stars if I could for their friendly and helpful demeanor. Thank you for your excellent workmanship!!

Mike was fantastic, explains everything each step of the way. I had a couple others from the team come out for the first 2 visits but neither were as great as Mike -I value how he communicated, as all the electrical issues were new to me, so it’s important it all makes sense as a new homeowner. Late in the evening on July 2nd I began hearing frequent popping noises in the kitchen which concerned me. Moments later a very strong smell followed by light plumes of smoke passed right before my eyes. I immediately was concerned of a house fire, therefore I shut the breakers off to the whole house. No air conditioning in the heat of summer with a refrigerator full of food waiting, in charge electric had Matt enroute! Matt from the start impressed me! I received a text message that he was on his way with some details regarding who he was with a professional picture, nice touch! Within minutes of his arrival he identified the problem, educated me and explained how he is going to resolve it. I feel confident knowing my appliances all work now and I have no concerns of a potential fire anymore! For less than $150 my 4th of July was saved and I can’t wait to see in charge electric again for something less severe!

Very Professional, prompt, and very attentive to the property. Replaced a 1978 Electric Panel that had the thin Sylvania breakers (fire hazard) for updated panel. They also rand new leads from the service mast to the panel box (opposite sides of the house) as well as replaced the meter box. The coordinated with Duke Energy and Lake County Building inspector so the power was off at 9:30am and back on at 3:30 pm. Two electricians did all this in 6 hours. Very Impressive....Thanks.

This is the fourth time Ive used their services. This was a major job: replacement of a rusted out meter box and breaker panel at my well (and a bitter cold morning today for Florida, with a nasty wind chill). They pulled the permit, arranged for inspection, and coordinated with the power company to have the service disconnected and restored the same day they did the work to minimize down time. Their electricians are always courteous and professional, and they do a thorough job. May not be the cheapest but Ive had plenty of poor quality jobs done by cheaper companies. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them.

Thomas and Robert installed a crystal chandelier in our 22-foot foyer today. Thomas was able to come give us a quote the day after we called and installation was done less than a week later. He and Robert did a great job! The chandelier had a million crystals so it took some time and a lot of patience to install. Thomas and Robert were friendly and professional and we could not be happier with their work! They were also able to hang up a large metal clock frame for us that was too high to reach. If you need lighting installation, go with In Charge Electric!

How refreshing to see a class van arrive in my driveway and have Robert step out with a smile and greeting. We discussed my problem and had cost and a plan in short order. I am super pleased with the price charged and the work done. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and its employees to my neighbors and friends. Phone experience equally pleasant...yes folks a real live scheduler gives you a prompt service time.This is my second review..this time for Robert and Ryan. They installed a flood light at the back of my house on the golf course so that I no longer have to go out there with my dog in the dark. Liked this company so much the first time that I had them back and was just as happy with todays service. They discovered a faulty switch in the course of the installation and gave me the option of replacing it which I accepted. These techs are skilled, thoughtful men who know their trade.

Robert was awesome. On Time, early in fact. Courteous, accommodating and solved the issue. He was thorough, explaining the process and checking out was fast and easy! The invoice was clear and easy to pay. There is a reason this company has a lot of five star reviews and excellent feedback. Guys like Robert are hard to find and its nice to do business with good people. From my call to the office to working with Robert, A+! As a realtor, these folks are priceless to have! Thank you for picking up the phone, showing up at the job sight, and making it easy to call you first the next time I need you! Robert gave me several business cards and a magnet to put on the kitchen appliances. Ill be handing them out!!

Robert B and Alex came to our house to install outside lights and fix outside outlets. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. Willing to do the job the way I asked for with no complaints. I’ve used inCharge electric 3 times now, and they have been great every time. Twice for ceiling fan installation, and once for a garbage disposal electrical work. They have always been very prompt and professional, and reasonable. Very nice people! This last time Alex came back out to help me with an issue after the ceiling fan installation. I would highly recommend!
