Justin was great! He replaced my 19 year old water heater, replaced two shut-off valves (hot water heater and main water line), replaced the washer gate valves with ball valves, and replaced a p-trap that had been glued together by someone. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself when the work was done.He was not able to fix the hammering when the water filled the washer or dishwasher, but suggested I contact the city to have them check the water meter. My water meter was replaced by the city and the hammer sound is gone!Just is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him. He will be the first one I call the next time I need plumbing work done!

Justin did a great job for us replacing our hot water heater, the toilet in our master bathroom and an outside water faucet on the house. Being a master plumber, Justin had a lot of great suggestions and his pricing was very competitive. We will be using Justin for any future plumbing repairs and I would recommend him to everyone.

Justin was very responsive and professional. I had an old three-valve shower fixture that needed to be replaced same day, as it is our only shower. The fixture was difficult to access, but Justin implemented some creative problem solving and was able to complete the work same day. He also did a great job cleaning up and keeping me informed the entire way. I would absolutely recommend Redtail Plumbing to friends and family!

I had a drain back up in the basement. Contacted Redtail via text. Justin responded immediately answering all of my upfront questions. He gave me his next availability over text and a time frame he would be able to show up. I booked the appointment. NOT only did he show up on time but texted me telling me he was headed my way. He was extremely respectful. Great customer service. Very reasonably priced. Advised what and why he was taking the steps he did along the way. Very personable. Was careful to not track gunk on the carpet. Its obvious he cares about and for his customers. He was focused on the job he was here to do. Highly recommend. Its hard now days to find such caring people so I will keep him in my back pocket for my next plumbing need!

Justin reset one of our toilets because of a broken flange and repaired a slow flushing toilet. He was clear about pricing and communicates well on the options and what hes going to do. Justin spotted that our water pressure was too high [40 psi over recommended]. We called him back the following week to replace our water pressure regulator. He is honest, professional, and does good work.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I called Justin about a broken barn spigot and he came out same day and was able to get water restored to the main house in no time! I had a recurring problem with a drain under my kitchen sink. Whoever installed the drain originally did not line it up correctly and that caused the fittings to not sit right and would occasionally come apart and leak if they got bumped. Justin was able to come out and put in some rigid pipe to fix the alignment and put in a new fitting connection. It was a quick job, but worth it to have a pro come out and do it right. Now I don’t have to worry about it anymore!Justin is friendly, professional and affordable. RedTail Plumbing, Highly recommended!

I am extremely pleased with Redtail plumbing. Justin responded to my call quickly, made time for us in his schedule and most importantly to me, he was fair and reasonable. Earlier the same day I had a different company come out and they were trying to pull a fast one including a bunch of things that I didnt ask for in the quote. The other guys didnt listen to me at all and seemed like a real crook. Justin with Redtail is the exact opposite. He explains everything you need to know to make an informed decision. During the very first call her said he wont upsell me but he wont downsrll me either and he wants things done right and it sure shows. We still have more to get done but what hes already finished is great! And I only paid for whats already done, he didnt try to charge me for everything up front like some iffy placs do. Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber, but if we ever do, we will be using Redtail Plumbing. Oh, and Justin is super nice too so that helps as well. If you are going to have someone working in your home, you want it to be someone personable.

Amazing service! I called and they got me an appointment then next day, as well as the guy was quick thinking on his feet and tried a few things before finding the best solution. The pipes downstairs made a mess on my white wall, he even stayed to clean it all up. Would hands down use this company again and would refer them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Theres no one better. Having a professional plumber you can trust is invaluable. We saw Justin (Redtail Plumbing owner) in the woodstock parade a year ago and my wife and I have since used him twice. The most recent was for a ejection pump that had failed in our basement causing backup into our mechanical room. Justin was out of town so I used someone else who diagnosed a failed pump resulting in a proposed $1300 solution. I held off until Justin was back in town to get a second opinion. He found the pump was just jammed with wipes. He had the pump back up and running plus he redid the piping setup to better standards than the original. His work standard and professionalism is noticeably higher than anyone we have ever used.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful. I had a concern about my sewer line (I could smell sewage inside my house, and one of my toilets and shower made a strange noise). I called Redtail Plumbing, and he arrived within an hour after I called. He walked me through essentially my entire sewage system and all of the plumbing in my house, and helped me resolve the issue, while also looking over other areas of potential concern (even some that were completely unrelated to the original purpose of my call). Rather than trying to sell me on a bunch of unneccesary plumbing work (which other plumbers have done to me in the recent past), he simply told me what had happened, assured me that we were good to go, and even gave me a few pointers/things I can do if it happens again. I will definitely use Redtail Plumbing for my plumbing needs from now on!!! Thank you!

I met Justin through a networking club where he had made a good reputation for himself as a reliable and well-priced plumber. I needed to have my hot water heater moved from our basement to our garage and have a washer/dryer combo unit installed in its place. The first quote I received was just ridiculously expensive, and so I reached out to Justin. Not only was he very reasonable on the pricing, but he also gave me suggestions on what to do differently that would work better with our basement sump pump. He was pleasant to work with, showed up on time, and was able to get the work done quickly. He has now earned our business for any future needs for our rental homes and our personal home.
