    We had a small leak pop up in our copper pipes. Called Bill Fry around 10:00am, they were able to get us in that afternoon. They were able to show up earlier than promised. Kyle was very friendly and helpful. He replaced the bad section in about 15 minutes and we were good to go. Appreciate how quickly they responded and how quickly they were able to resolve the issue

    Had the galvanized old pipe in my wall behind my kitchen sink start leaking where it was threaded together on Monday Dec 2nd. Had call 3 other plumbers. Without them looking at it was told 5k minimum to fix it, and they couldnt come out till Tuesday. Jeremy showed up told me my options he relocated in to through the back of the floor in the cabinet to the basement insteadof into the wall behindthe cabinets, replacing all the pipe to the basement floor. All new PCV pipe. Total time was 2 an a half hours work.Its not that big of an issue but i will mention he snaked the pipe into the floor of the basement, when asked the answer I got was vague. Didnt say how far he went into the pipe.It was 5:45 when he was done and started at 3pm. He was very nice and professional.Over all Id give him a 10 or 100 percent on the work preformed.And I will be using them for all my new issues in the future.Thanks to the team. You all rock.

    Called from HOA recommendation. Had a blocked hot water line and bathroom drain leak. Jeremy was very professional and thoroughly addressed all of our issues including water heater and shut-off valve replacement. Very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable pricing.     Best experience. I called because after I dropped an earring into our bathroom sink, we figured out something was wrong with our pipes. Got scheduled right away due to an opening and Tyler figured out the missing piece, fixed it, and answered some questions I had about our shower and main water line. Super professional and friendly.     After the last big thunder storm the power went out and the estimate was that it was going to be out for 24 hours. This caused me to search out a company to install an automatic battery backup system for each of two sump pumps. A neighbor recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. Today, Bill Fry sent his team over on my very tight time schedule and they arrived at 7:30 am and in two hours the 2 systems were expertly installed. The guys were super professional and made sure that everything was clean and operating before they left. In my estimation they went well beyond my expectations. They have made a new friend and a loyal customer. I highly recommend Bill Fry and his company for any plumbing need- you will not be disappointed!

    Reached out in regards to a few different issues. The company was very responsive for scheduling. Very up front with expectations and cost.     I called Bill Fry on a Sunday. Received an immediate call back from them. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Tyler the technician was very prompt, showed up and assessed a main sewer back up I was having. After going over a couple options, he started work. He ran into a problem in which Bill immediately showed up to help. The two of them were successful in clearing a root system. Saving me potentially thousands. Tyler followed up with a root treatment.     We had a 13 year old Water heater that began to leak early morning. I contacted Bill Fry. The young lady that answered was so pleasant and understanding of our immediate need for a fix. She scheduled Jeremy, one of their techs, to come out right away to appraise the situation. Jeremy gave us options on repair or replace. He was so accommodating, friendly and very professional. We decided to replace the heater. He removed the old one, installed the new one and left the area clean. He made sure we had no other needs or questions before he left.     I highly recommend Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy to anyone with plumbing needs. I called to set up an appointment to have my toilet repaired and he came out immediately! He was super professional and on-time.Also, rather than having me spend unnecessary money on fixing the old toilet, he provided a quote that was far less than I had expected for a brand new toilet!     We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. Weve now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. If you need plumbing help - Give Bill Fry, the Plumbing Guy, A Try! 😄. I believe you will be glad you did.

    Tyler Dearing and Bill Fry are exceptionally knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!We purchased a home in March 2024 and found that all but the kitchen sink and lower level entertaining room faucet fixtures needed to be replaced. Every bathroom has new and working fixtures. The sump pump had no backup battery (we do now). Exterior faucets had faulty freeze-proof faucets (they work now). Bill and Tyler quickly assessed our needs and worked us into their schedule. They are a very responsive team of professionals and the office staff is always pleasant and accommodating. This is a first class company.
