    If we could wed give them a 10 Star rating! They removed and replaced our Hot Water Heater. They were: Professional/On time/Charged a Fair Price/Used Quality Parts/and actually cleaned up after themselves. Oh, and also, they didnt look for reasons to upcharge us!!!     I had Joe from Corum out to install a waterline to our new refrigerator. They were so helpful and friendly from the initial phone call to the installation. Joe put in a T line to make it easier and quicker to turn off the water if we were to ever have a leak. I could not be happier.

    I can’t recommend Corum enough. We made an “educated wish” on who to call (based on reviews), and made a call early this morning when we noticed a leaky moldy mess in our basement. A few short hours later, Joe already fixed the problem, assessed our need for cleanup/repair from mold/damage, and made the call to his recommendation for the cleanup crew (since I had no idea who to call). We have the cleanup crew coming within the hour already. Joe’s price for his repair was so much better than we were expecting. He made our nightmare so much better. He was great at explaining things to me. He didn’t charge us for the assessment and gave his estimate before proceeding with repair. Thank you Joe! We were freaking out and lost on how to proceed. All we did was make one phonecall to Corum, and you’ve got us sorted out.

    As far as your employees concerned, he did a wonderful job very respectful and honest. The company stayed in contact with me up until the plumber was here. Their employee took time to visit with me and then went to work. Successfully got my drain open and made sure I didn’t need anything else. I will definitely use Corum again, before calling another company.

    Corum plumbing did an exceptional job quickly determining the root cause and resolving my leaking shower. Remington was very professional and polite, and took time to explain the process and options with me. He wore booty shoe coverings to protect the carpet as well which I appreciated. He also helped answer my questions about other potential plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

    Dominic was early, polite and got us a new hot water heater up and running in less than 2 hours. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Mind you this was the day before Thanksgiving so expect to get a quote , faint and search for something better. The price wasnt dirt cheap like a friend of the family that takes all day and has to run to home Depot 5 times, but it wasnt sky high. Things are very tight and we happily paid the reasonable price to have in done less than 24 hour of the water heater dying. The tech was clean concise and made the stressful situation less so. Thank you.

    Hands down the best plumbing and service company I’ve ever encountered. Jody was a true professional and the service I received was above and beyond what I could have expected. Identified our problem right away (sewer stack), quoted me and adjusted based on this not being our forever home, presented a plan, executed it on the day they said they would (this was a messy job), and cleaned up everything and the new stack was perfect. Also signed up for their maintenance program (they don’t try to oversell you stuff which is a breath of fresh air), and they cleaned our furnace out while doing the plumbing and works better than ever. Price was fair beyond the private equity backed corporations and the service was exceptional. If you like good service and like to be treated like a normal human being then call this group. You won’t be disappointed. We will use them for all services we can going forward.

    Update:They came back out and got the drain straightened out and changed the drain/stopper type out. No more lever style like the attached vid. Also made sure I knew the ins & outs of the drain style, and how to remove the plug if it gets clogged. A+ for that!(original)Called them out to fix a leaking tub, and adjusting a sink drain plug that wasnt letting enough water through.My fault for not thoroughly checking everything before he left. I saw a shiny new drain and thought it would be good. Went to use the tub this morning and the stopper no longer works. No bath for me 😭. (This my only working bathroom). So I also went down to triple check the leak. It still leaks ever so slightly. They also didnt reattach the sink drain popper. But at least the water flow was better. 😓

    Bottom Line Up Front, I would recommend Corum to anyone who prefers top quality service and results that last. I requested service through Angies and Corum called within minutes of submission. They set up a time to diagnose the next day. Caleb saved me over $6000 by helping me not have to replace my tub and he addressed a hot water issue as well. He is a true teacher in both patience and subject matter expertise. Corum ties their work to value. Instead of throwing parts and repairs at you, they will walk you through exactly why it needs repairing and demonstrate to you the importance of the repair prior to beginning any work. This should be your first call. When they roll out Heating and Air Conditioning, hope to be their first customer.

    5 star all day. Had the hotwater feed to my kitchen sink spring a leak. I tried to fix it but it was very corroded and snapped off with water shooting everywhere. I got the water shut off and called Corum and Jody got here in under an hour from my call on a Saturday. He was done even faster than he got here. It wasnt cheap by any stretch, after hours work never is, but since it was so easy for him he didnt over charge me. Nobody wants to spend money on after hours work but I could not be more satisfied. Great service at a fair after hours price.

    I needed someone to come out quickly to replace my shower faucet because it continued to drip after I had turned it off. I called Corum for the first time and was pleasantly surprised when he called me back and said they could come out in about 30-45 minutes. I was extremely happy!Dominic came and replaced everything and did a great job!! He was very pleasant and didnt leave a mess when he left! Im happy I took a chance on this company. I highly recommend!

    LOVED working with Caleb and his crew! He replaced my water heater and installed an expansion tank, water softener, water pressure regulating valve, and all of the piping required for these additions. At the last minute, he also replaced some leaky valves to the washing machine.His left the space clean, all of piping work was pristine, he did everything he promised hed do during the estimate process (and then some), and he was in an out in 4.5 hrs! And best of all, he explained everything Id need to know about maintaining the equipment ... without talking down to me. As a woman, thats a rare find in a male contractor and I highly respect it. I would 1,000% hire him again!

    I cant say ENOUGH about this company. You can tell its family owned. They are honest and helpful in explaining the problemThey have been to our house a couple times. The one that stands out the most is our sump pump went out DURING A DOWNPOUR!They got to our house within 45 min. & came prepared to install a new pump if needed. THEY ARE THE BEST !!!

    Our sump pump went out at 9:30 on Sunday November 3, it was raining.I called Corum Plumbing. We had just used them for first time 1 week before. They were at our house within an hour. Completed replacing pump in about hour. We wont be using any other company. THEY ARE THE BEST.

    Everyones kitchen sink faucet/spray attachment and food disposal unit goes bad eventually. Both of mine went bad at the same time. Corum Plumbing fixed both issues in one service call, and as a result I saved significantly by combining the jobs and providing the replacement units.

    Great experience. Fixed the very complicated main line drain issue within a couple of days for something I thought would easily take a few weeks.     Both My Husband & Me are so very pleased with Corum Plumbing!!! Just moved in, into a older home that had an old leaky toilet, which leaked into our family room, from the ceiling... I thought for sure this would be an all day project. Not even 2 hours, and Joe was done, with not a drop of water since.     I awoke this morning to a leaking hot water tank. The company I have a warranty with on another home put me on their emergency list for Saturday.     Highly recommended! I had ongoing issues with my basement drain backing up including my washer discharge line occasionally backing up.     Not even 24 hours after we called them and they replaced a large section of our sewage line. Corum worked with our budget, got the job done in a day, offered to come back out to trim the pipe down once the ground settles and were amazing to work with. Integrity like they have is hard to come by. We will definitely use Corum Plumbing again. Cannot recommend them enough.
