Dustin was the only one to respond to my inquiry late on a Saturday. We lost AC when it was 95+ degrees outside. He responded to my request for service within 15 minutes and then made time later that evening to come by our house and get us back up and running…after having been out with his family for dinner. He went well above and beyond the call of duty and it was the best service I’ve had in a long time.He didn’t have the exact parts on hand to replace the failed part but he made an alternate solution to get us cooled back down and then did a great job communicating when he would have the actual part and when his crew could get it installed.Because of his approach to running a business and really caring about his clients, he will get all of our HVAC-related business going forward. I highly recommend Hoffman to anyone needing HVAC help and will direct all my family and friends to use Hoffman.

Hoffman Heating and Cooling serviced my 2 sisters houses. My A/C stopped working on this 85° day. They came out after hours when I said air wasnt working. Dustin thought it may just be a capacitor and he might be able to get it running. He came out and was able to get the A/C working as he didnt want us to wait. I have 2 larger dogs so keeping them cool was important especially with the humidity. Thanks Hoffman Heating and Cooling.

Dustin and his crew were great. Our AC went out on a Friday during the hottest part of summer and Hoffman was recommended by a friend of ours so we called. By Monday we had a new AC system and $4000 less than on of the big local corporate companies I won’t name. There was one small issue and Dustin came right out to correct it. Great service, quick, good pricing. I would recommend and use again.

Highly recommend Hoffman Heating! Sunday afternoon our furnace quit working, I texted them and had a phone call from Dustin within minutes. We discussed my problem and he said he would be on the way over. Problem fixed in less than an hour. Dustin is extremely professional and his rate for a Sunday afternoon was extremely reasonable. We will be calling him to handle all of future heating and cooling needs.

Dustin came out on a Sunday to diagnose an a/c unit that quit blowing cold. He had it figured out within minutes and had it back up and running. The best part was he didnt have the exact part we needed, but had one that would get us up and running and cooled down, which saved us $200 from having the parts store open for us on a Sunday. Since our unit was so new, he was able to get the replacement part under warranty, and came back today to get us all fixed up. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I now know who will be doing all of my a/c work from now on!!

Just had Dustin and James replace the HVAC system. AC and furnace. They also repaired some duct work and ran new thermostat wiring. Both guys are professional and personable.The price was good and I got outstanding workmanship. All the work they did got finished in a day in pouring rain and slick mud in my yard. They absolutely did a fantastic job.The new system is less than half as loud as the old one and works so much better. Definitely happy with everything.

He was able to replace a furnace quickly and for a fair price and bent over backwards to fix a wiring issue that stemmed from the original HVAC wiring in my very old house. Some of THE nicest people you could come across. James was very helpful and super nice to deal with. So many other companies kept telling me that that they were too busy, or I wasnt an existing customer so they could not help me. It was a wonderful experience after a stressful time with no AC during a hot part of the month!

Dustin and company were amazing! I called on a Monday and they came out 3 hours later. They have done more to diagnose and dig into our issue than the service we previously used. Especially on a week where we hit 100 degrees. They scheduled to come replace our AC unit on a Friday, then called to say they were able to get us in a day earlier! They have been very quick to communicate and stay in contact and even after the install, they follow up the next day to make sure everything is working well.
