Jewell Nixon with Benjamin Franklin did a great job. We had a cruddy old rusted main drain, a drippy sink, a leak in the tub and even an issue with the kitchen sink (no joke). Jewell worked fast, fixed it all in a day and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable all the way. We were glad to learn from him and grateful for the outcome. Everything looks and works so much better now.Ben Franklin made themselves available to help with our issues quickly and showed up when they said they would. they really are ounctual plumbers. I would recommend!

Great start on a three day job, I can use my kitchen sink again. Dominic explained everything and that there was a slight change to the plan, but everything looks good so far.Follow up, I am very happy with the job that Dominic and Wyatt did on my plumbing, changing all the plumbing from cast iron to PVC has been needed for a long time. Thanks again for all the wonderful work and now I can relax about back ups.Dec. 3, 2024I had a leak in one of the toilet Dominic put in. Once I let them know about it they were very prompt about getting me scheduled and repairing the toilet. I will be using Benjamin Franklin for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Dominic!!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Heather was incredibly bright and polite on the phone, very responsive scheduling and much faster than I expected. Mason came out and looked at the problem as I laid out what I knew, within minutes he confirmed what the issue was. He was polite, professional, and frank about the issue. The price was reasonable, I emailed them that evening to confirm their service and they were able to get me in the very next morning to replace my entire main line connection, backhoe and everything. The crew that pulled the line (Dom and Wyatt) were fast and clean, had our water back on within the hour. I was very impressed. They were even super courteous to my elderly neighbor who wanted to know what was going on.I will definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin for my next plumbing job

Mason ensured Randall and Jonathan knew what pipes needed to be completely replaced and Randall and Jonathan did an incredible amount of hard work and they did a tremendous job!The quality of work and craftsmanship performed could not have been better. My husband and I found both Randall and Jonathan to be very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with about the complexity of our complex plumbing issue.I am so amazed at how clean the basement floor is after such an incredibly dirty job of busting up concrete, digging out all of the dirt, removing the old corroded pipes and replacing with new pipes. The brand new concrete looks perfect!We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Randall and Jonathan and appreciate everything they did for us! We also appreciated the responsiveness of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s scheduling team, as Heather called two days before the scheduled date and offered to send Randall and Jonathan a day early with Mason’s guidance, since Mason previously worked in our basement, replaced a different pipe when our kitchen issue occurred and he diagnosed and recommended the job in which Randall and Jonathan completed today. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and commend them on their professional staff.

Thought I was going to have an easy time with a toilet replacement as part of a small bathroom remodel. Kyle found issues from the original install back in the 70’s with the flooring. He helped me worked through next steps in the process with great advice. I need to do the remodel in a different order and he’ll be back out to finish the new toilet install. I appreciate his knowledge!

Terry came out to my property to help out after the initial repair didn’t work. The work that needed to be done ended up being significantly more than what I had initially thought. Terry walked me through my options very well. I’m always hesitant with anyone that is doing any sort of work so I called one of my plumber friends to see if the price sounded fair. He told me it was a very fair price and actually less than he would’ve charged. I was skeptical of a big company like Ben Franklin plumbing but I was pleasantly surprised!

I cant rave about Mason at Ben Franklin enough. I called to have a plumber look at some leaky PVC pipes that are connected to my HVAC. As someone who admitted knows nothing about plumbing, I always get a bit paranoid that Im going to be taken advantage of when I call a plumber. Mason not only didnt upsell me, he actually took the time to explain/walk me through what the problem was, and what would need to be done if I wanted to get it fixed. I asked him about a hundred questions, and not once did he seem put out by it. When he said that this visit would cost only $59, I actually felt bad considering I got a full education while he was here! Anyway, Mason and Ben Franklin will be my go to from here on out. 11/10 would recommend.

I’m very impressed by Ben Franklin Plumbers, and their receptionist, Heather!! Heather was so helpful, concerned, professional, nice, friendly, I could go on and on, but u get how I feel about how helpful Heather was to me. She made phone calls to me and their employee, to keep us updated as to who’s coming, and time. She has great PR!! I had water coming up from my basement drain and I needed someone THAT day, Heather got someone out about 4:30! I was so appreciative! The first guy that came to snake the drain, did a good job, but I couldn’t be home when he came, so a neighbor came over to let him in. I thought, “great, I’m good now”. They offer a free service to put a camera down the drain to get a better idea of what’s going on. So I wanted to let them come over, the next day to look further into my drain. That gentleman’s name is Terry J. And he was kind, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and explained the process to me, and gave me options, which I appreciated. I didn’t have much choice, my drain had to be fixed asap. I enjoyed Terry’s personality, patience and knowledge of what needed to be done. So now my yard will need to be dug up to repair the outside pipe. Definitely not cheap, but it could get worse. Dealing with BF so far has been a great experience. To the Drain Technician: Brian , was on time, was very informative with the process of my drains and drainage. And I learned something new about liquid draino, do not use them for cast iron pipes, use septic enzyme for regular maintenance on your pipes. Mr. Brian also is very nice and polite person. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their drain issue fixed and also I will recommend him for myself again. Have a good evening with your family.

He was not a high-pressure guy at all, but when he showed us the calcium-caked heating element in our current water heater, which is just three years old, it went a long way toward selling us buying a water softener, which will benefit all of our appliances that use water. He was professional in every way and really represented Ben Franklin well!

Second time using them. Michael (same one as the last visit) was exceptional. I called on Thursday. Wa s told they could be there Friday between 10:00 and 12:00. He showed up promptly at 10:00. Found the problem immediately. Unfortunately we found them main water shutoff valve for the house was no good so I ended up having to replace it. But Michael did it quickly and it’s a perfect long term solution. Total job took 2 hours. I appreciate the military discount as well! I’ll continue to keep Ben Franklin at the top of my rolodex for plumbing issues. Great work!!!

Awesome experience! After a bad experience with the previous plumber I tried to use to install some new vanity tops led me to cancel their service Benjamin Franklin Plumbing got out really fast and managed to do more than I was expecting with such a short notice. I dug around on reddit to find their recommendations and reddit opinions seemed to say theyre good and they are. They were a bit pricey compared to the plumber I cancelled on but like I said they were fast and good.

My family was very impressed with Bruce’s knowledge of plumbing and vast experience with installation of plumbing.January 2022: I had Master Plumber Bruce Richardson return with Plumber Cooper to install a new faucet in the kitchen and repair two toilets with malfunctioning parts. Bruce installed a higher quality faucet than I can find. The install went fast and Bruce made adjusts for our sink’s unique space. The function, fit and finish of the Wolverine Brand faucet made it far superior to other faucets. Well worth the investment. Cooper’s repairs to our toilets used higher quality parts than what you find in the major hardware stores. I asked Bruce to write estimates for the future replacement of my water heater with a conventional water heater or a replacement tankless water heater. We would be very happy to have Bruce or Cooper return to work on our home.December 2021: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s scheduling team were professional and made me feel confident in doing business with them. Master Plumber Bruce Richardson arrived on time and looked over the work we needed done. Bruce gave us several options at different prices to choose. Bruce clearly answered our questions. Bruce got the work quickly done and answered our questions about reliability and quality of the work.We were very pleased Bruce used a Milwaukee Force Logic Press Tool to connect and seal pipe connections. Chance came out and checked all the drains first then got straight to cleaning the pipes. He was courteous and very easy to speak to. I Highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and now have saved their number as my go to place for plumbing issues. And their prices are easily affordable vs a.b may.59 dollars cash or ab mays rates of almost 600. Plus 140.00 for the camera inspection.BFP offered the camera inspection as a complimentary service. Thats what I call going above and beyond for your customers. Rob came today(the following day) with his camera and was extremely knowledgeable of his profession and was also very easy to speak with. Great job guys, customer for life here.

Mark showed up on time. He had shoe coverings on as soon as he came inside. Found the problem with my main line quickly and fixed it quickly. If all of their plumbers are as professional as Mark I’d 100% recommend all of the time. Benjamin Franklin gave me the price up front and it was reasonable! Will be calling these guys from now on.I had another plumbing company come out last year for a similar issue and they charged 5x the price and didn’t tell me how much until the job was done.

You should have let Brian comb his hair before you snapped his photo.But funny hair did not interrupt his professionalism and very polite. Went right to work and found the issue and got things flowing again as it shoud.Cleand up everything. Got packed up and done in about 30 minutes. He probably could have done it quicker if I wasnt talking his ear off.Then he took the time to set me up with someone to give me a estimate on removing cast iron pipe and installing new PVC Pipe before he left out on his next plumbing adventure. They called me back in just a few short minutes and had Brian on his way to me. He was very friendly and made quick work of my clogged drain. We are very satisfied with the work Benjamin Franklin has performed for us. Last year they replaced the sewer line from the house to the city main, and last week they installed a new sump pump w/ battery and a grinder pit for below grade laundry. Our technician Mason was incredibly professional, answered all of our questions very thoughtfully, and left us feeling very confident in our new systems. He also noticed and made us aware of a few other issues we will need to have looked at. He was never pushy or made us feel overwhelmed with our needs. Highly recommend!

Kyle attempted to repair a valve on my old water heater. Couldnt be repaired so he installed a new heater that I had purchased elsewhere. This guy is really a crackerjack at his trade.
