We have had Advanced Plumbing handle a range of plumbing projects around our house over the last ten years. Always professional. On time and efficient. Its very easy to communicate with them and I always feel confident things will get handled the right way.

Had Advanced Plumbing come to my house twice this week for 2 separate issues. Both times my issue was resolved quickly and the lady that scheduled my appointments was very pleasant!

While response times can be an issue sometimes (Ive had them respond to a phone message within an hour and other times respond not at all), but when they the job, it is very competent, prompt and reasonably priced.

After finding a gas leak in our basement yesterday, Black Hills shut our gas off until we could get it repaired. I called Advanced late afternoon, and was told everyone was booked up for the day but they would get someone out first thing in the morning. Sure enough, he was there right at 8am and was able to get the line fixed, along with capping off some pipes from decades ago that are no longer in use. We had our gas service back on by 10am! Both the woman on the phone and the plumber who came to the house were friendly and easy to talk to. On top of that it was more affordable than I expected! They made a stressful situation easy and I’d definitely recommend them.
