He extracted our old round toilet with a new Kohler elongated style with ease and cleaned up very well. A spotless and excellent visit. Would recommend and use Water Wise again.     I’ve used Water Wise a few times and I have always appreciated their cost effectiveness and good service. I have an issue with my water heater, and I feel like they are honest and helpful. Ricky took his time running tests to know the exact problem and what parts were needed. He even called the company to see what was under warranty. I think this company is run well, but also I appreciate true repair technicians and not salesman to just try to sell me new things. Use Water Wise, that’s all I can say!

    Ricky was friendly and efficient. I appreciated his time and making sure he can come back on Friday to complete the job once the part arrives over night.     I owe this company a improve excellent review as I once said that a company that is trustworthy and good is when you have a problem with them backing their workmanship and in this case last month with Water Wise Plumbing rose to excellence. Ryan Carl, the owner, rose to the level to ensure that a repair that required to be redone were made and he went up above and beyond the call of duty to stand by the warranty and workmanship of his plumbers. The repair was done in the most professional and efficient manner requiring opening up the wall, repairing the part, and building back the wall at no cost. This superbly demonstrates an excellence in customer service and commitment. Along with this repair, I learned that Water Wise Plumbing has more experience and does more extensive plumbing repairs then any other plumbing company in Vegas. As a matter of fact, we had two previous plumbing companies that was very limited in plumbing repairs whereas Water Water does more extensive plumbing work. Water Wise Plumbing is also much more reasonably affordable then any other companies around. I give this plumbing company exceptionally high marks and their willingness to keep improving customer satisfaction is this company ultimate quest. I highly recommend this company in every expect of your plumbing needs from basics to extensive.

    When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful. After describing my problem, she set up an appointment for the next day. I then received a text, stating when the plumber would arrive. The day of the appointment, got another text with picture of the plumber and also received a call telling me he would be here within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with their service and am planning on using them again

    I have a brand new Rheem water heater that the pilot light keeps going out on. WTer Wise Plumbing is an authorized Rheem repair shop. Got my appointment scheduled and found out the furnace cap is missing. Problem solved. On my way to the store to go get one. The technician was so very helpful. I got a business card so i can call this shop if i need help for my water heater. You have no idea how cold the water gets here when the water heater doesnt work. Hope you never have to find out!!! The pipe on the left is where the cap is missing from.

    Our Rinnai tankless hot water heater stopped working and we called Water Wise as they are an authorized service provider.They were able to dispatch Ricky first thing the next morning - Ricky was very thorough with testing and cleaning the system and we were extremely happy to have hot water when he left.First time using Water Wise and we will use them again!

    Our technician was Bo. Prior to showing up Bo let me know he would be on his way. He showed up just shortly after. Bo came to our house to set up our dryer that we purchased though Costco. Bo was very friendly and polite he answered our questions and gave us helpful suggestions. We are satisfied with the service provided by Bo. He was quick and efficient.     I would like to complement water wise and one of their employees. Mr. Peoples assisted me with a repair of my toilet. He provided excellent customer support and personally took care of my needs. Mr. Peoples allowed me to upload photos of my bathroom to ensure that toilet matched our bathroom decor. Mr. Peoples searched locally for replacement but was unable to locate one but special ordered one for me. Though out this entire process, Mr. Peoples continually communicated with me. Mr. Peoples is an excellent employee and asset to Water Wise. I have used Water Wise in the past and all service techs are very friendly and courteous.

    Had Water Wise Plumbing replace my water pressure regulator. Had Miguel as my plumber awesome listen to my concerns and was able to diagnose and fix my plumbing issues.     There is not enough I can say about my experience with Water Wise Plumbing. It was all positive and one of the main reasons is Roshon. My water heater broke and the company who installed it absolutely refused to even touch it. I was without hot water for five weeks. As a matter of fact the owner of the company who initially installed the water heater screamed and slammed the phone on me and refused to help me. Roshon was absolutely fabulous. He was patient and kind. He explained everything and spoke with the warranty company. On the day he replaced the water heater he stayed in contact with me throughout the day letting me know when he would be at my house and when it was finally completed. When people are in this situation without water, he is the example of how to handle customers. Thank you again Water Wise. I truly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

    Sierra is great! She let me know what was happening and why every step of the way. She is very thorough, professional, and friendly.     Excellent! Excellent! Company & Customer Service. I bought my reverse osmosis system from Home Depot and they provided the name of 3 companies to come out free of charge to give a quote to install the system.1st Company quoted $363+2nd Company quoted me $800+ (I’m not kidding). He wanted me to buy insurance from him in case there was a problem with his work.3rd Company was Water Wise Plumbing. They quoted $187. The plumber also went to Hone Depot to purchase a part at no extra cost to me.I had also reviewed handymen on neighborhood website and no one was close to this price.A truly honest company. Amazing!!!

    This company was referred by our home warranty. They had us scheduled same day to look at our garbage disposal, and the technician, Mike, was very pleasant and professional. It needed to be replaced, and they ordered it immediately. They scheduled an appointment for the same day the part came in, and Mike returned during the scheduled appointment time and replaced the disposal in no time. Would definitely recommend this company!

    Water Wise Plumbing was dispatched to me through my Home Warranty Company. They quickly called to schedule an appointment and able to work around my schedule.     The two techs from Water Wise (Trainer/Trainee) arrived on the earlier side of the 4-hour window. I received a text & a call before they came. They replaced my leaking garbage disposal with one that has a little higher motor, for the same home warranty trade-call fee. They were both friendly & professional. I also asked if they could please replace the battery pack for the reverse osmosis alarm that had gone off when the disposal was leaking, while they were already under the sink, as it was hard for me to get to it. They graciously hooked it back up for me. Very pleased with everything!

They took out the water installed humidifiers and fans through out the house along with a lot of other things that needed to be done. They were very pleasant and walked me through everything.     I was worried when I saw the AHS-related reviews that we would get some sort of run around but so far this company has provided excellent service. They repaired the air gap that was spurting water when we ran the dishwasher and they fixed a faucet that was not quite right. We are waiting for them to install a new faucet in our bar sink as well. So far so good and I liked the plumber, Curtis, who has been handling our case. He has done a good job with what he has fixed so far. Hopefully the rest of the repair goes off without a hitch! We will definitely call this company when we ditch the AHS policy.

    I had Curtis as my tech and he was amazing. He communicated throughout the whole visit regarding what his plans were, what he did, and any follow-up actions I was going to have to take. He had a concern regarding a leak that I had and whether or not there was moisture in my wall so he arranged for another company to come out and take a look.     Water Wise Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. The shower head was leaking and needed replacement. Curtis was sent out and he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. A part was needed to be ordered and Curtis came back a few days later to complete the job. I would like to say that Curtis was professional, on-time, careful and very experienced with his trade. I would definitely request him the next time.

    Thank you so much to Eric and the Water wise plumbing team. We moved into our home over seventeen years ago, and after a year of moving in, we started having issues with our sewer when it came to our toilets.Everytime family would come down to visit, without fail, our toilets would clog. We eventually had someone come down and try to determine what the issue was, and we learned that it was a pipe heading towards the street.We didnt have the funds at the time to resolve the issue long term, so we had to wait. Now that we have the funds, we were directed to Water Wise through American Homeshield, and Im so thankful they recommended them.Eric and his team are professional, efficient, friendly, but most of all, affordable. They had estimated that it would take 3-4 days to fix everything, and they were right. It took a total of 4 days, and every night, they would put the pipe back in place so that we could use our bathroom and shower at night.Eric walked us through what would be done to our pipe, but as he dug further, he found the real culprit, and it was buildup from way before we even moved into our house. Eric explained the situation to us, and got the tools that were needed to finally fix our problem, and even though it would cost us a little extra, it was completely worth it. So, again, thank you so much, Eric and your team.We are definitely satisfied with your companys work, and we recommend them to anyone who needs help with their sewer. Also, we learned that they are 24/7 on call, so if you ever have issues at night during the weekday, and even the weekends, you can call them for help.
