My master bath tub upstairs suddenly was draining into my basement! Called The Sunny Plumber and they had a plumbing tech out within hours the same day! They did a top to bottom inspection of our home and went over the list of issues they noted. They were honest and told me which were the MUST DO NOW items. Which need done but doesn’t have to be now and explained the differences between the price and quality of the different products they had available. They even offered financing if we need it. Our Technician was Jesse. I can’t say enough of him! Great communication skills, explained everything he was doing as he moved from one issue to the next. He was on time. Was very attention to detail and took pride in his work! Love him!! Will definitely be calling the Sunny Plumber for ALL our future plumbing needs.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The call center staff were friendly and kept me informed on when the plumbers would be out. The plumbers arrived within the prescribed 2 hour window. The truck and technicians were professional appearing. I was having a leaking pipe repaired, they gave me their best advise on how to proceed, gave me an exact cost and worked within the budget. No hassle, or troubles at all. Both Elvis and his colleague did great and I would recommend Sunny plumber to anyone. This place lived up to all the hype their radio commercial project.

Tech came out they were courteous, quick and able to meet the arrival window that they originally quoted me. I felt they did a solid job on three valve replacements that had been leaking. I have not used plumbers in quite some time and first impression was that the price was much higher than what I expected but I was able to use a coupon I found online. That would be my only feedback that perhaps the cost could have been a little bit lower. Would use them again but will research others to see if more competitive pricing in the market without sacrificing quality.

This is my second need for the Sunny Plumber to do repairs in my home. My experience was even better than the first and the first was fantastic!! Ivan repaired the garden faucet on the front of my home and even showed me pictures because I was unable to leave the inside of my home to go outside. (had an accident and fractured 3 ribs!) Very courteous, patient with my many questions because the past repairs on the same faucet havent lasted more than a year or so. I have had to replace this same unit 3 times in 4 years. He says I have a two year warranty parts and labor and says this is a permanent fix and I will probably not need a future repair like I have in the past. I will DEFINITELY use Sunny Plumber for any of my plumbing needs. Kudos to all of the staff and techs they are wonderful!!!

I love that we got a phone call to let us know our plumber was on his way. Ben checked everything out, and as we suspected we needed a new kitchen faucet. Since I wanted to purchase it myself, Ben and I met at the Home Depot and he was very helpful in picking out the best faucet for us. We met back at my house, and Ben proceeded to do an efficient and competent install, explaining and showing us all the new features of the faucet. Thanks Ben for making this process go so smooth!!!!

My first visit from them didnt start off so well with the time for the plumber who was to do an inspection passing and me having to call them to find out what was up. The second looked like it almost was going to go the same way because when they called to let me know the A/C guys were not going to make it they said they couldnt find the appointment. They got it though and I had two plumbers out on a sales call not long after. They gave me my options and we discussed what would be best for what I really wanted to do and then set up the install. I never felt pressured to do any other work or that I had to pick one of the options. The third time for the installation went off without a hitch.I got a call shortly after the start of my time window and David showed up quickly after. He broke down again what he would be doing and installing and how long the water would be off. It took a little less time then estimated to get the old softener out, a new conditioner in and the descaler installed along with new connections to the hot water heater. Everything was cleaned up and he walked me through how the system worked and set the timer on the conditioner. I got the warranty card that he filled out for me and I just need to drop in the mail and the manufacturers information for the equipment. Now I have a no salt virtual maintenance free system.

I met with Chris and he was very helpful in walking me through the house and pointing things out or commenting about various things that I might want to consider. Ended the meeting with some estimates for a few minor things but no major work needed, luckily. I felt that I could trust his judgment and opinion regarding the things we went over. Id be glad to call them again for services.Update 02/19/18 - Had some minor services scheduled and they were easy to work with. Had to push the original date back and it was no trouble, on the day of everything was done fast and I have some piece of mind now not having to worry about future problems. Great service!

I wish I had known about the Sunny Plumber sooner. Their representatives are friendly and knowledgeable about plumbing and the products in our home.Our other plumber represented themselves as having experience with our system, and we were constantly having issues with call backs. The other plumber said they checked out our system and apparently did not know we had problems.The Sunny Plumber checked out all the plumbing in the home, gave us suggestions on upkeep and made sure all our drains were clear. We had new product installed along with a guarantee that they will come out free of charge if we have any issues with the products. In addition they will come out twice a year, once before the summer and once before the winter to check out the systems. They were fair in their pricing, did a great job and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend them.

Hot water gave up on us, called The Sunny Plumber around 6:30 am, they scheduled their field guy Elvis to come out and diagnose the issue within an hour or 2. Determined it was time for the old hot water heater to be replaced. Explained in detail very knowledgeable. Set up the replacement for same day between 12-2. Tony their Tech arrived inside the window, and by 5:00 pm we are back in business. Efficient, courteous, awesome experience. Very happy we called The Sunny Plumber. Thank you for your service.😀

We reached out to the Sunny Plumber for a leaking water main, and I was given an appointment that day (Friday) and they were right on time. They Diagnosed the problem immediately and I was given two options and quotes. The following day (Saturday) they were unable to get the part so we were rescheduled for Monday at 0900. There was some trouble getting the parts and equipment to do the job so Plumber Ivan arrived around 12:20 and got started on the job. It took a few hours but he did a fantastic job. A little bit of miscommunication regarding which repair we had decided to do and the one completed resulted in a phone call to the store manager who ended up charging us for the lesser job and wishes of an early Merry Christmas. We will certainly recommend The Sunny Plumber without hesitation. A very fair and reliable company with very nice, polite and knowledgeable crew. Thank you!

We had to have our pipes power washed, and ran into a heckuva clog. The plumber that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He & his supervisor located the clog and we did the work ourselves. By doing this we saved thousands. We called to ask a question a couple days later and they happily obliged. When David arrived at the house he was very clean and neat. He explained what he was going to be doing the order he was gonna be doing it in NY that order would work the best for him. When he found a few issues that he found he explained why they were issues what should be fixed ASAP and what could wait. We had him fix all the issues. When he was done he showed us his work gave us tips to help things keep working well and answered all of our questions. Best experience with the plumbing company in Vegas so far.

I had a leaky hot water heater and and an outdated solar hot water heating system. Sunny Plumber came out and ripped all that out of the garage and put in a new tankless system with a pump to get us hot water in the kitchen faster. Jeff and Jeff did a great job and took care of everything. Im very pleased. I hear their commercials on the radio all the time, so I took a chance on them. Sunny Plumber did a wonderful job installing a new shower head for us today. The plumber, Elvis, arrived on time and was knowledgeable and efficient. We expected to have a faucet installed in the powder room, but it was only the aerator, which Elvis installed in no time. He also inspected our plumbing and made reasonable recommendations for upgrading and safety. We were very pleased with this visit, as well as a prior visit when a new kitchen faucet was installed.

I have to say that Jesse was awesome! A true professional that went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Our new faucet had a faulty part. Jesse got on the phone with Delta customer service as they walked him through a diagnostic (not everyone would have taken their time). When the part arrived days later, there was Jesse to finish what he started. If we ever have problems in the future, Ill call Sunny Plumber and ask for Jesse!

This would be my second contact with Sunny Plumber with them installing water heaters in both of my homes, both being very positive.Luckily I came to my senses after my home warranty, 2-10, a degenerate of a company sent out a contractor, who from the beginning kept wondering why they would send him to do my repair and complaining about the whole procedure. RED FLAGS were going up!After a week with no hot water or work being done by 2-10 warranty or the thin skinned contractor, I called Sunny Plumber again to replace that water heater and could not be happier. Fair price, great work of installation and not one complaint of how hard the job was, unlike the goober of a contractor 2-10 sent out.

I had to make an emergency decision. I had to decide to replace the leaking water heater with another 50 gallon tank or commit to a tankless water heater. I decided to go tankless. The team of plumbers were able to complete the job in a very reasonable time.The tech Jeff came by the next day and made some adjustments and the water heater is quick even when the recirculator is not on.It was such a great decision.I look forward to all that it promises. : )

My garage ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I contacted Sunny Plumber, and they sent over a serviceman promptly. He viewed the ceiling and then arranged for a demolition/construction company to come and tear out that portion of the water-damaged ceiling. They cleaned out and sanitized the area, and the Sunny Plumber serviceman returned to view and determine where the leak originated. It took us both standing and looking up...while all my inside faucets were running...and 15 minutes of patience to finally see a small leak in one of the water lines crossing inside the ceiling access. Thank goodness the serviceman didnt give up...it took a while for the leak to show...but it turned out to be a quick fix. Thank you, Sunny Plumber! Mary D.

The only reason Im not rating it at a 5 is because I waited around the business day before, and even called them to make sure they were still coming because they notified me they were running late. So, right after my call, where I said I was still waiting for them, they later said they couldnt reach me on the phone, and they just didnt show up without leaving a message or attempting to call again a few minutes later before they left the area. I had to call a couple hours later to find out they decided not to come. So I waited for nothing and had to schedule another day for them to visit. Second day, they showed up early, which was fine. Technicians seem to be knowledgeable, and told me what was wrong, and a second person called to talk about all the things going on in my house. They will be working on my house, but I told them they needed to be here in the designated time frame. The technicians appear to be more efficient than the customer service, so give them a try, but just be aware.

The detail was simply not communicated to the tech when the order was written and she was not home to supervise the installation. Minor problem, but will require a trip back.

Tony Castellanos was the technician who met with us and inspected our condos plumbing system. He was very thorough and inspected all faucets, toilets, our water heater and water softener, and drained our water heater. He had a couple of suggestions for things we should watch out for (e.g., master bedroom toilet), but didnt put any pressure on us to install replacement or upgrade parts--an issue weve had with both Goettl (Sunnys affiliate) and Sunny in the past--we are on a monthly membership program with them. Tony was very patient with all of my stupid questions and was very good at explaining what he was doing.If we have plumbing questions in the future, Id specifically ask for Tony.

It was after 7pm when he was finished on a Sunday, but this company was fair, honest, quick and really helpful.I am a member of their club, I was going to cancel -but being a member saved us at least $350 on this emergency job and got them to act quickly.Can you find “cheaper” places —possibly. But to find excellent quality and amazing customer service for quickness like that-especially in an emergency—it’s rare.I trust Sunny for all our plumbing needs and I’m so grateful for the Customer Service agent for finding a plumber quickly and for TONY taking his Sunday to save our house and go way above and beyond to make it perfect again.THANK YOU SUNNY! 🤗

Unfortunately our hot water tank flooded our garage, we couldn’t use even the cold water because the water just would pour out of the tank. We called the Sunny Plumber and they were here in less than a half hour. We knew we would have to purchase another hot water tank, but we decided to go with a tankless water heater, so we won’t have this problem again, it came with a 15 year warranty, Sunny Plumber took care of everything including the permit, now we have instant hot water and we are fearless of ever flooding.The technician Ivan, was very meticulous and cleaned up everything behind him, he was pleasant and answered many questions we had.
