    As usual for Vegas Valley plumbing,,, the technician arrived on schedule, he was polite and professional. The garbage disposal was replaced as if second nature to him. The work area was left neat and clean. We have had other plumbing issues that Vegas valley plumbing has done for us, and have found they are very reliable.

    Vegas Valley Plumbing is a very busy company. Thus, at times the schedule is packed and some jobs ahead of you may take longer and thus will impact the time you were given. Patience is required because the appointment time is not always firm. Other than that the techs were very professional and know their business and do a quality job.

    I’ve always had horrible experiences with plumbing companies but I’m blown away today by vegas valley plumbing. Brandon and Justice came by right on time and fixed the issue with my kitchen sink right away. They were honest, kind, and personable even with my dog.     I already hired Vegas Valley Plumbing to replace my water heater last year and was excellent. I hired them again to relocate a hose bib during a remodel and addition on my home.     We had a pipe burst in our house and Vegas Valley Plumbing was able to get someone out promptly. They also coordinated for a restoration company to come out for mold mitigation. They took the lead and made the whole process super easy. The guys that came out were super professional and courteous and let us know what was going on throughout the whole process. They work hard!     We are so happy that we found Vegas Valley Plumbing! They are very professional, on time, and most importantly of all, honest! It is so hard to find a service provider who does not try to upsell you on things you don’t need. —this company does not do that at all. Their pricing is fair and their employees are clean, friendly and know their business. Matthew is our service representative and he is just the very best! This is the second year we have used them…last year for some repairs and leak detection; this year for some maintenance issues. We will call them again next year for sure.

    Sunday evening we noticed a leak on our main water line from the meter box to our house. We called Monday morning for a quote and they came over around noon. We accepted their offer and they sent someone out that same day to dig the trench. The next day they replaced the line and we had water again. They said the city would be here tomorrow to inspect it and once that is done they would fill in the dirt and make our landscape look back to normal, which they did. Everything they did exceeded our expectations. Explained everything ahead of time and did exactly what they said they would do. Very friendly, professional and they did everything they said they would do.

He sent me the cost quote, stopped the leak for the night,and showed my tenants how get hot water until the repiping could be done the next day. Matthew did all the repiping the next day as promised.     After getting the run around from another plumbing company, we decided to just pay out of pocket to get the dishwasher air gap replaced. AHS and the company they assigned were playing games with one another. It shouldnt take 2.5 weeks to get this taken care of. I called Vegas Valley plumbing on 9/3. Josh was here today (9/4) at 8:00a.m. Fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. I can once again use my dishwasher! I have used thus company in the past and will continue to such in the future!

    For being a young plumber as Brandon was his work was outstanding. Very polite. Explained everything and was very meticulous about his work . Since this was a rather large job with multiple things to do upstairs and down, Brandon finished and completed his task in the time that he promised. The work was efficient and very well done placing the Moen flo monitor and replumbing the main shutoff to the house. I will definitely use Vegas Valley plumbing in the future. The cost was the best of four estimates and very reasonable considering the high bid was nearly 3x as much as Vegas Valley.

    A breath of Fresh Air. Its nice to know that there are still a few businesses around that provide a service and value to their customers that isnt totally fixated on the bottom line. It was a real pleasure doing business with Vegas Valley Plumbing. We hired them to fix a leak under the slab of our home. They came out the same day and gave us a quote on the spot. Doing due diligence we also got quotes from 3 other vendors but decided to go with Vegas Valley because of pricing and the time the technicians took to describe the problem and the solution. Once we accepted their bid, they were at the job site within the hour and worked straight through until we once again had water in our home. The guys doing the work, Brandon and Justin did a terrific job and worked non-stop until they finished. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

    Amazing! If we could give 10 stars we would. We had been thru a nightmare with our leak issue, had no water going on 3.5 weeks all because of the incompetence of our Home Warranty company and the plumbers they kept sending out who did nothing! We talked to Vegas Valley Plumbing one morning and they immediately sent two technicians out to assess the issue, they were able in just an hour, to cap the leak and give us the use of our water. The techs were professional quick and cleaned up every speck, they knew exactly what they were doing. The next day, they came back and finished the repair.     If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you need a very good, affordable plumber? Look no further! They are truly the best in the valley. My only regret is I did not find them sooner.I have a water main leak a little over two months ago. I paid over $1,000 in two months on water. I went to my old plumber (Goettl). They charged $2,000 to replaced a valve in the front yard. They proceeded to tell me to replace to water main (line), it would cost me another $9,000. I knew there was no way I could afford $11,000. I found Vegas Valley Plumbing that same day. Matt came out to assess the leak, and right away he pointed out the new valve was leaking. Goettl came out the following day to “fix” the leak. Turns out it still leaked. Matt gave me a quote of a little over $3,000. Oh, they would have replaced the valve for $700 verses $2,000. I just wasted $2,000 for nothing!!! I said to Matt, I am really tight on money. I am not a plumber, but I know I can dig. They said if you dig, we will give you a substantial saving. They did. It was more than I thought they would offer. It was more than reasonable. A week or so later, Matt and Justice came out to replace the water main in less than 2 hours. They were able to get me financed with a company they work with. I could not be happier. I wrote this review today because it takes about 2 months to get a water bill that would show whether the problem was fixed or not. Obviously it was fixed.The office staff were wonderful. I dealt with Amber a lot, and I had spoken with Steve (I think that is his name and the owner as well.). Very very pleasant people to work with. They are definitely not out to rip anyone off. In fact, I walked away with the feeling that they simply want to do a day’s work with honest pay. Very admirable, honest, and a professional group of people. From the bottom of my heart, thank you very much Vegas Valley Plumbing. You are my go-to for all my future plumbing/AC needs!!! You guys were there for me when I needed help the most, and you have earned my business moving forward. 10 STARS all the way!!!
