Within an hour of calling, Greg showed up at my door and looked at the problem, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave me a quote and I accepted and he went to get the parts needed and the work was done quickly. When we first moved into our home in 2020, ’usa Plumbing and air did an excellent job helping us change the faucets. They also charged reasonably.Because of their excellent service last time, we invited Deniel and Michelle back yesterday. They spent time to assess the issue, helped identify the problem and pointed us to a company that could help resolve the issue. They did not charge us for that.We thank Usa Plumbing and air for providing consistent professional, honest and knowledgeable service. Keep up the great work. We highly recommend them!

This was my only experience with this company. USA Plumbing & AirThe gentleman showed up and looked at the problem. Then, he went to get the new hot water heater and a new water softener. He called and let me know it would take him longer to get the parts because he had to go to two different suppliers to get the parts that we wanted in our home. He came back and installed the parts. Everything is fine now. He also pointed out that some of the water had damaged the Sheetrock around the heater. He told us to call our insurance company to litigate the damages. Solomon from USA PLUMBING AND AIR was my estimator and after talking with me and answering a lot of questions provide a bid within a few hours of his visit. It wasn’t the most expensive bid nor was it the least expensive but it was the bid the provided me with the best tankless water heater available today. To my surprise, Solomon and Daniel were my knowledgeable installers. They were fast, efficient, and left the space cleaner than they found it. They did some demolition also, and we’re going to do dry wall, but I ask them to wait on that. I will certainly use it in the future as other issues arise. My neighbor saw their work and asked Solomon for an estimate before he left my job.

Had a tankless hot water heater installed. The technician, Solomon worked his butt off for a day and a half. Had some issues with hot water to various places. But he came back as soon as I called and fixed the issue. Great service, great people. Maybe on the high side of cost. But I am glad to pay extra for such quality service. Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that Usa Plumbing and air were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. Usa Plumbing and air did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. Just wanted to put a shout out in to solomon, Larkins service technician that was dispatched to my house on Sunday 24 Sep. I had a pinhole leak in a hot water line in the ceiling which I had located and tried to minimize further leaking.Solomon was very professional and timely in his repair (I was not able to be home, but my wife was home). He kept me fully informed on the repair and pulled all my temporary leak pans out of the attic as he departed.I also thought the charge for this repair (particularly on a Sunday) was very reasonable. We have used Larkin in the past, and will continue to use them.Thanks USA plumbing and air!
