I highly recommend Total Drain Solutions. I was referred to them by several friends who also used them to re-line all of their waste lines.Dakota and the entire team were incredibly professional. As part of my plumbing issue was to be covered by my homeowner’s insurance, they went out of their way to discuss the issue, solution and real costs with my insurance company. They truly went above and beyond. And my insurance company was not easy to communicate with, but Dakota persevered until the insurance company agreed to pay.When they had to break through the slab, I was going to need to replace at least 4 large porcelain floor tiles. I only had two extra ones. They miraculously removed the tiles without damaging them and replaced them (after excavation and filling the whole back up with concrete) making them look like they had never been touched. I am still in awe.And during what normally - with any other plumbing company - would have been a mess, they kept everything meticulously clean and protected. I was dumbfounded.They did a spectacular job. The only company I would use!

I recently had my sewage line done by TDS. Wow! What a great experience. It started with a few long conversations with Dakota. If you are considering having any sort of sewer repair done, talk to him first. Ask for Dakota! My first conversation was over 20 minutes. He took me step by step through what sewer lining is and how it is done. I knew some bits and pieces prior, but after the conversation I held a strong understanding of the process and what to expect. During my conversation I didn’t feel like I was being sold. It was informative. I value this immensely as I can make an informed decision with the knowledge. There were a few other companies I was considering. Each time I called or emailed Dakota what was quick to respond and took as much time as I needed.The process was simple. The TDS team came to my place, mapped out my lines, and sent me a proposal. It was a 5 page document with detailed diagrams and explanations. It was above and beyond the other proposals I had received.Dakota and I had a few additional conversations where we figured out how to get what I needed within my budget. I needed an additional clean out. He was able to work that into the proposal.When the TDS team came back to do the job, James and the rest of the crew were very friendly and respectful. They took the time and care to make sure everything was done correctly.If you have an older house like me with cast iron lines, consider talking to Dakota. It was much better than having someone cut through the foundation to replace the lines.

I highly recommend Total Drain Solutions. My houses main drain line had root intrusions going all the way from our front door to the middle of the street. TDS CIPP lining method easily saved us ten grand. Also, I found their staff to be highly professional throughout the entire process.

As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

I would highly recommend using Total Drain Solutions for any of your plumbing needs.Our home is a classic 70s Vegas home with poorly aging pipes and a slew of utilities that havent stood the tests of time.Weve had continued issues with our sewer main that the team has bent over backwards to accommodate. They went above and beyond finding solutions that would work within our budget while we saved for an inevitable full pipelining of our sewer main.The work was done quickly and the crews were completely mindful of our home, friendly and thorough.I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs plumbing work or requires pipelining for their home.

We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. Their teams had to access all of our units, and the residents reported their employees were all extremely professional and courteous. We highly recommend their services.
