We got great same-day service from Hector Cardenas and another technician (whose name i can’t remember) when the air conditioner stopped cooling at our townhouse in Henderson this week.They diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, but it wasnt a simple as just replacing it with a new one, because the compressor still would not start. They then installed a stronger capacitor, which had enough kick to get things going again. Hector said this could be an indication that the compressor itself may be near the end of its life, but that cost of this service call would be credited toward that repair if it fails in the next month. For now, everything is working well and we are hoping that this repair will last for a while.The cost for the service call and parts was $410–certainly not cheap, but from my perspective, an excellent value on a very hot day!

Juan Carlos was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful beyond any expectation. Very timely and responsive too. We had a really unique water heater and Juan Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was replaced with the proper model and parts to meet code. He took a lot of time he didnt have to to ensure things were done correctly and the proper parts were used. Took multiple trips due to supplier issues but Juan Carlos made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle. Thank you.

Holy smokes where do I begin? Well it all started with a cold shower at 5:30 am. Water heater went out and I wasnt able to restart the pilot light. I called and they were ready to have a tech at my house within and hour. Due to work schedule they pushed it back and showed up at the BEGINNING of the estimated arrival time. Carlos diagnosed the issue immediately. If he had a 50 gallon tank on hand it would have been replaced that same day. He was back first thing the next morning, repaired it and was done within less than an hour and 45 minutes.Can not recommend this place more. Super responsive, professional, and timely.

Very quick and efficient. Called on A Monday morning to have the HVAC system inspected which was most likely unit that was installed in 1996 when house was built. Unit was outdated and had leaks so a new ubit was ordered and installed on the same Monday. Even during their slow time that was impressive.

Talked to Hector for a quick quote to replace a water heater and he was very nice and upfront with their competitive pricing. Got a schedule right away within 20 minutes of talking to him and Zach the tech was at my home right even before my time allotted schedule. Draining the tank took the most time as the tank got pretty bad to the point where he has to take off the drain faucet itself to empty it out. Two hours later and got myself some hot water again that can be taken for granted everyday. Thank you Techcool for the fast, awesome, competitive and friendly service! On a side note, if anyone reading this, is on the market for a home warranty, avoid Amazon Home Warranty like the Covid plague as they only cover “mechanical” breakdowns on a water heater. If it leaks, you’re up-creek!
