I was having problems with my AC unit and they were able to come diagnose the problem the same day. Gavin was my technician, he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me while explaining what the problem was with my air conditioning unit. He helped me make an educated guess to what my air conditioner needed, and I didn’t feel pressured into making a large purchase on the spot. The ladies I spoke with in the office to complete my scheduling were knowledgeable and nice as well. I was fortunate to be able to get the new unit installed the same day. The installation crew was just as kind and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Gavin and his company!!!

When our air went out on the hottest day of the year (120 deg) Gavin was here in a half hour even though it was a Sunday night at 7pm. He gave us different options to either fix our unit, replace the a/c, or replace the whole unit including the heater without any pressure on our decision. We opted to replace everything since our unit was 25 yrs old and he gave us a fair price and was able to schedule the installation for the next day. The installation team was here at 8am and knocked out the job in only 3 1/2 hrs.Everyone was very kind and personable. I would definitely recommend this company and ask for Gavin to come if possible . Thank you to all the guys for doing this so quickly and efficiently!

Simply Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing are in my opinion the best! Kim at the office is the most professional person I have had the pleasure to work with in all of Las Vegas. She is so on point with communication and logistics I wish all businesses would follow her example. Derek is a great tech to work with as he is very professional, along with Jimmie who is a Senior tech, great with explaining the products and services they offer and what we needed. Michael and his installation team were by far the best I have seen. These guys came on time, were very respectful with our house and very clean in the process.The cleanup after the install was so good I couldnt find one thing to pick up.It is great to finally see people work at this level, smarter and not harder mentality. The level of skillful communication is what I feel makes this company so good. They never assume anything. If they dont know they are not afraid to ask and ask again if needed.Most of all they work great as a team, together and not against each other. Every one at this company knows what they are doing and they do it right. We had a fantastic experience with Simply Cooling Heating Plumbing after our 21-year-old air conditioning system broke down. We decided to replace the entire system, and Derek provided us with a range of efficient options, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each. Their financing options made it easy to manage the cost, which was a huge relief.The service was impressively quick; they managed to install the new system the very next day, as we were in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures hitting 104 degrees. The crew was exceptional—Ryley, Kyler, Sam B, Brayden, Samuel, Mike, and the crane operator (and anyone else I may have forgotten to mention) were all professional and respectful. They treated our home with care, covering our floors and appliances to ensure no mess was left behind.Overall, I can’t recommend Simply Cooling Heating Plumbing highly enough. They delivered top-notch service and made a stressful situation much easier. If you need HVAC work, this is the company to call!

I recently had my Home serviced by simply AC. My furnace and air-conditioning was no longer working, and it was time to change it all out. They came and gave me a fair price, and I paid them. The next day when they came to install, they were extremely friendly, John, who was there answered all of my questions with a smile, and, they did their jaw properly. They truly go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I felt that they really cared about my business, and taking care of me. Not only did they provide an excellent service, but they truly made me feel happy. I did have two minor inconveniences, but they promised to work things with me to reconcile with those concerns. Overall, they did a great job, and I thank them quite a bit. If you’re looking for an air-conditioning company to work with, I would definitely recommend them. There’s also a reason why they have 4.9 stars, It’s because they put customer satisfaction above and beyond. Again, if you’re looking for a great place to work with, they are the place to be. I am beyond impressed with the overall experience with this company. Armando came in and identified the problem quickly. What happened next I couldnt believed it. After hearing about the services being done for my 81 year old mother who battles Alzheimer disease, he discounted her cost and make sure she was taken care of just as if he was a grandson. They also do plumbing and heating but Vegas heats up on its own. So I may not need heating, but I can tell you this because of their fast, friendly , compassionate and affordable service. My downstairs AC stopped blowing. I had Simply come out and check. Armando and Steve came to investigate. They explained it well and didnt make me feel like they were selling me. They got me multiple quotes the next day. I got a second opinion, which fully agreed with them.Ultimately, I decided to replace the entire system. They came out and replaced my entire unit the next day. Ryley, Alex, and Marcus were all excellent and polite. They even installed my Nest thermostats for me and made sure they worked properly, free of charge.Ive been looking for a trustworthy HVAC company (I asked everyone, and NOBODY had a recommendation). Simply has my full support. I will be shouting to everyone I know about how great this company is.

Excellent Technician we resolve the problem immediately and he went over some options for a new air conditioner that we plan to put in our budget in the next few months. he had quick responses when he assess and looked at everything and looked at my air conditioner, and I explained to him we recently had an AC company come out. They had did a valuation on our air conditioner, and when he saw this item that was plugged in our wall, which was a smoke alert device & we confirmed the problem. Armando came to give me a bid for HVAC servicing. He was very courteous and friendly. He did a thorough evaluation on both of my AC units, the duct work, the air vents and overall inspection. I appreciated his professional opinion. He went on the roof, in the attic and covered everything, including photos. I would highly recommend Armando with Simply Cooling and Heating.Byron was the plumber who came to evaluate issues with my toilets and I didn’t even know they were originally not installed properly. Big reason you want to hire a professionally licensed plumber. Byron had insightful ideas as to solving an issue with my main sewer clean-out as well. He was Kind, courteous and I would recommend Byron from Simply Plumbing.

I recently had a new kitchen sink/faucet/garbage disposal, water heater and heating and plumbing maintenance performed by Simply. I couldnt be happier with their work; the employees were professional, going beyond the work order. I would make this a 5 star review EXCEPT I cannot get the front office to provide me with a receipt for the work performed. Im told they are experiencing problems with a new system, training issues ... I dont know. I do expect them to be able to produce receipts after 2 weeks. Sorry SimplyAC... I did call and try to work with you on this issue. :( Otherwise, I highly recommend Simply for your HVAC and plumbing home maintenance needs.

When i needed immediate assistance on my AC, Simply Air delivered. They were able to send their senior service tech, Shawn, the same day for free estimate and gave good options on how to resolve my issue. Our AC was part of the original house 29 years ago and I guess it was time for a new AC and heater. The cost to simply repair the compressor would only be a temporary fix. After agreeing to replacing our AC/heater, they were able to schedule shortly after that. Riley and Gavin came to replace the AC and heater. They were corteous, professional and on time. They came at 8a and finished by 12:30p. They kept the area clean after they were done. My AC and heater works great. Would highly recommend them.

I called Simply Air at 6AM on 7/23 because my AC went out the day before. Before 8:30AM Gavin was at my home. He did a comprehensive diagnosis and presented me with options for repair or replace. The day before I checked into pricing for a new HVAC and Simply Air offered a good deal. I asked when they would be able to replace, he said around 1PM. I said today? Gavin said yes today. The installers, Brayden & Rudy, showed up at 1PM (the crane was running a bit late) by 4PM Im up and running. The staff, Gavin, Braden and Rudy were professional. knowledgeable, efficient and all worked together as team every step of the way, it was quite impressive seeing them in action. And Gavin is not a salesman, he is actually my tech that will be doing my seasonal tune ups and service calls.Thank you Simply Air, Im glad I found you.

Steven K came and did a thorough checkup highlighting things that had slipped under our radar. Gotta say you appreciate having a heads up when you realize you could a ended up paying more on a DIY.Cant add a separate shout out for the same company so Ill add to the first compliment. Turns out we had an aging AC/Heater system with corrosion problems and if our inspector Zack hadnt caught it last week during an maintenance check wed probably have ended up paying more down the road. Right away he made a call and we had someone giving us options for repairs or replacements. Cant say enough about this company, especially now that we have had both our AC systems replaced by them.

Yesterday I noticed my house was getting warm, I looked at the thermostat and, in fact it was 80 degrees (over 110f outside). I called Simply AC because my Niece/Nephew Referred me as I needed my unit looked at. They sent tech out and he arrived in less time than the office estimated. Gavin arrived and was very professional, quick, effective. He took photos and videos of the problems my 18 year old unit was having. He was able to get my unit running quickly. He gave me the option of putting a new unit in to ensure we would be cool all summer and many to come. By 11:30 today (the next morning/on. They installed 2 air handlers for me in less than a year ago. They sent technicians to come quickly when AC failed to work. But, the technician didn’t let owner know what went wrong. I insisted to see the reports and found out: a fuse went bad, there was a leak, a draining pan was cracked. Although they fixed these issues, I am very worried what else can happen next. I spent almost $14,000 for the 2 air handlers. There were these issues in less than a year. And I really hope they communicate with owner directly instead of with tenant.I changed from 3 star to 5 start after their office manager Joelle called me and explained to me the details. She is very good at communication and she cares about customer’s satisfaction.

Nicholas and I have used Daryls business (Simply Cooling/Heating) since 2018, so about 6-ish years. There are two main reasons why Simply Cooling/Heating is always our first call - (1) the service, Daryl, and his staff are so fast to get out to our properties and resolve whatever issues were having, and (2) the pricing - Daryl is always willing to work with us on pricing and beat his competitors. Hands down, Simply Cooling/Heating is the best HVAC contractor Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended!!!!

Turns out the breaker switch above the units wasn’t pushed all the way in.Simple but important fix. He didn’t try to upsell me. He just provided an honest diagnosis.Steve showed up same day, on time, checked every reading on both units, confirmed everything was measuring where it should and even took the extra time to wash the AC units out.5/5 of experience. He just enlightened me of what he would do and why hed do it and why he wouldnt waste his money on fixing this one thing when it was 10 years old and a lot of things were going to go wrong down the line. They financed my new AC unit and Im glad I did it. They installed it right away - got a crane onto my property and got the fellas to install it on my roof. Great experience and my house is nice and cold again on a hot summer day! I only now saw all their positive reviews and I didnt even realize they have a 4.9 star average! Simply Air Conditioning H&A installed our new system in March. It stopped working today just before 2pm. Deandrew arrived by 5pm. Ar that time our thermostat was reading 92 degrees Fahrenheit. In a matter of just a few minutes, he explained that the monsoon rains caused more condensation that triggered the safe switch. He showed me how to empty the tray to reset the system. He had our house cooling off in no time. Im thank for the company sending someone out so quickly and for Deandrews excellent customer service.

It all started with a postcard in the mail. My a/c wasnt cooling the house, so I called several companies to determine their fees. The companies I contacted charged a service fee that would not be applied to the repair if I had them do it. I went to get my mail and a postcard advertising Simply Air was in there. I immediately called them. You will not find a more qualified staff anywhere else than at Simply Air. Becky answered the phone and said she could get someone to access the problem immediately. This was on Sunday evening! They are open 24/7 and there is no extra charge for weekends. Sean was at my home within the hour. He explained what the problem was. The unit was 20 years old and it was time to install a new one. Sean went over what it would cost and I was approved for credit. He was very patient and showed me the unit I would be getting. On Monday, the very next day, Brayden and Gavin came to install it. They worked conscientiously and did not take any breaks. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left. Both of them were true professionals, highly proficient, and qualified. Some perks came with installing a new unit. Such as a year of free maintenance (including 3 visits) and they will even flush your water heater. If I could give them 100+ stars I definitely would. As far as I am concerned, Simply Air is the only one for me. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Simply Air. Robin

I’ve had some issues at the house I live at now. I have called Mike and he always schedules himself and the guys to come out right away to look at the problems and come up with a solution to fix. Mike V was out last time. Super nice guy, Very polite and knowledgeable. After fixing what he came to do he also stayed and helped me with my mini split remote. Very thoughtful.On another incident my brothers AC stopped blowing cold. I called Mike and he had Adam out to my brothers house within the hour. Adam got the unit diagnosed right away. Once it thawed out Adam came back out and made sure everything was running properly. Adam is also a great guy and great technician, polite and knowledgeable.I highly recommend Simply Air Conditioning and heating. Owner Mike has been servicing my ac’s for years. He is the nicest, most honest, knowledgeable person I know. So are his employees, from the gals in the office to the techs in the field. I will never use another company, Simply AC cares about there customers.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with this company. The anxiety that we had when our AC unit stopped working while we were out of town was quicky quieted when we called this company late in the evening, probably 8:30pm, and they responded immediately, asking lots of questions and putting us on their schedule for first thing the next morning. Our technician, Darryl, arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he suspected was wrong and methodically assessed our system so that nothing was missed. When he found the problem, which was an obscure problem, he was able to fix it very quickly and easily. We were so impressed with the clear way that things were explained to us and feel confident in his assessment, especially now that we are sitting in our cool house again :-) We highly recommend Simply AC and will definitely use them again if needed.

I really can’t say enough great things about this company. I was in the middle of an AC nightmare and these guys really did go above and beyond to figure out what the problem was and to get it corrected. It was a long process; but they didn’t give up and they showed up to our home almost daily until it was corrected. Daryl (I believe is the owner) actually came out since it was such an ongoing issue, he was so polite and helpful. All of the techs were amazing and so nice.We actually started to have trouble with our other unit during this heatwave we are in, we called Mike on Saturday at 4 in the afternoon and they are sending a tech out today (same day) to take a look for us. Even though they are slammed busy, they are still fitting us into their schedule! AMAZING customer service! You will not go wrong using this company, they are great and if something is wrong with anything they install, they WILL make it right. Again, can’t say enough great things about them!

This place has been great. From the initial phone calls with Sandy and Rashelle all the way through install. The ladies got a senior tech out here quickly to check out my AC unit. (SAME DAY WITHIN HOURS) Shawn was great he explained everything walked me through all the pricing and probably spent about an hour patiently answering my questions and explaining the process. Rashelle was able to get me on the books for the next business day and even offered me a Saturday install. Gavin, Brayden and Samuel were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me aware during each stage of the process. The guys had me installed and up in running in less than 4 hours. I have AC again and cannot thank you guys enough!! Price was very competitive and the company was generous with a cash discount on my new unit. I had my A/C go out on Thursday and I had four companies give me an estimate, I decided that Simply Air gave me the best estimate. Steve who came out was very professional and check my unit including the furnace in my attic. A very thorough check with pictures and then we sat down and he explained everything to me. He gave me two quotes, one for a 14 seer unit and one for a 16 unit and explained the difference.When I had all quotes that afternoon, I decided that Simply Air was the best on, not only on their price but also on their service provide after installation. I was very impressed with Steve Frederick.I called them that afternoon ( Thursday) 8/26/22. They arrived at my house first thing Friday 8/26/22.The three men that came to install my New Air Conditioner/furnace, and Thermostat were Adam B., Mike V., and Lou M. They were VERY professional and polite and. They had my new unit installed and working in less than 5 hours. They explained every thing to me and took all of the old ac and furnace out. I can not say how happy I am with all four of these men and of the company including Joy from the office. Im not ever going to worry about who to call for all of my a/c, plumbing and heating needs in the future. These guys Steve, Mike, Adam, Lou and Joy were Super. Steve F. & Maritza are fantastic! Shorty after making a phone call to the managing office, Steve called to introduce himself & Simply AC. Steve is so polite and shows genuine concern. The lack of customer service that is so rampant in Las Vegas HAS NOT penetrated this company. Steve is friendly & professional, he took the time to listen to my concerns. After carefully inspecting my HVAC, Steve patiently explained the issues and stated the needed parts were still under warranty. (No price gouging here !!). Before leaving he ordered the needed parts. First thing this morning I received an happy & excited call from Maritza, informing me of my options for scheduling an appointment TODAY, the needed parts were already available. 30 minutes before Steve was to return I received a 2nd phone call to let me know he was on his way and Steve showed up right on time. True to his word, the repairs took less than an hour and my AC is running like the fridge I remember. Definitely 5 Star service. So very grateful to Steve & Simply AC for going ABOVE & BEYOND the Las Vegas norm.
