Needed a spigot/ house bib replaced quickly due to a leak and being corroded. I requested a quote and received a fast response with a price and availability. I really appreciated this as I didnt want to have to deal with estimates, consultations, or haggling on prices. The price was very affordable, especially considering that I needed it done quickly and this extreme heat. I received text confirmation or my appointment, and I was notified when he was on his way.Jhon arrived on time and in the earlier part of the window provided. He was extremely kind and very nice. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and efficiently, with ease. Completely satisfied with job he did and couldnt have asked for a more smooth transaction. Ill be contacting Secure Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Can say enough about Jhon… extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and his pricing is very reasonable. He came to look at our leaking water heater and provided us a quote that was half of another pluming firm. While he was there to do the estimate, he noticed one of our faucets had a leak and added it to his estimate.He came out today to take care of the water heater and the leaking faucet and did a great job. I turned off my water for five days while I was gone. When I returned and turned the water back on, the valve leaked and I had this high pressure in all my faucets. I was worried. My niece recommended Jhon because he did some work at her house and she said he did a great job. I called Jhon and we texted and he was accommodating of the times I was availalbe.Jhon replaced my water pressure valve and flushed my tankless water heater today. No more drips and my water pressure is back to normal. He is very professional and a really nice person. I will only have Jhon do my plumbing from now on.Thank you Jhon!

New anode rod - replaced corroded one, drained-flushed out a water heater. Reset a toilet that had been removed for bathroom remodeling. Disconnected and removed a water filter/soft water treatment unit, reconnected the water lines for the house.

This is my second time having Jhon came by with plumbing issues. This time it was some foul odor from under my kitchen sink. After looking it over, Jhon saw that the dishwasher drain hose had standing water which was where the odor came from. He helped run the diagnostics on the dishwasher which took a while since it was a new dishwasher (and house) for me but Jhon kept working thru to find the root causes. He was honest, very fair in pricing, so I trust him for all plumbing work which is why this is the second time I called him. His co tact info will be with me for all plumbing services going forward.
