Luciano, Skyler, and Matt were the ones who initially came to our service call. They were polite and professional and explored all options for us. Once we set our plan and place Greg with the one who initiated and completed all the work. Greg is a very hard worker and a very professional person we are satisfied with all the work that was completed. My only suggestion is to provide a more adequate after work cleaning option. As much as Greg did to prevent the dust, it was still inevitable. Your company should offer some sort of cleaning service or discounted rate on a cleaning service once plumbing services are done. Overall kudos to the team.

I had a serious toilet clogged. I tried everything wasting money on products that claimed to work. Then I shopped around and found Rooter Ranger. They were so helpful over the phone. Got me scheduled in for that day. On a Saturday no less. Two hours Ian was at my door. He snaked that toilet and had it fixed in no time. Also gave a wealth of knowledge on what to not use on a clogged toliet. Great price. Awesome staff that are so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely using them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Ian.

We had an issue with our toilets not flushing and my husband spent two hours after work snaking it and just couldn’t get it so I called Rooter Ranger at at 8:00pm and Jose showed up 40min later. He snaked it for two hours and then made some calls & stayed until we had a solution on how to fix it first thing in the morning with Brent. I am sure he would have rather been in bed but he showed up and we were soooo thankful! I highly recommend Rooter Ranger!

I have been living in my house for 18 years and never had a plumbing problem but one day I find the whole house is backed up! I spend the next 7 hours trying to unplug the drains... solutions, chemicals, hot water, plungers, etc and make the problem worse so I finally call Rooter Ranger Plumbing. The call was easy and reassuring and the techs came out within a couple hours. They unclogged my main drain and showed me what was happening on a camera. The cost was nothing compared to what I put myself through. I am so glad I called Rooter Ranger Plumbing!

Called @ 8:15, here at 8:55..domenic surveyed work to be done and tried to clean pipes...didnt work, so Daniel showed up ran the camera and then called the real workers in.Tryon and his partner came in and went to work...always in a great mood even with 110 degrees outside. They continued to work hard thru the afternoon because they wanted to complete the job for us...finished around 5:30, they cleaned up as they worked and then cleaned up when they got done...always happy, always in a great mood!! Tryon came back Saturday morning to finish a couple things once again in a good mood!!! I would recommend him to do anything for anybody. I most definitely recommend Rooter Ranger. This was my second time needing their services and both times were a great experience. Carvel was the technician who came out to help me on New Year’s Eve and he went above and beyond. I had a faulty water softener and he explained my options clearly. Ultimately I opted to remove the water softener and he handled it right then. There was an additional part needed and since it was a holiday it wasn’t readily available. Carvel got the part and came back again the next day to make sure everything was in working order. He even helped me clean up some of the mess the salt left. Thank you!

This company is GREAT-GREAT-GREAT!!! We called them back to redo all the water pipes and replaced them with Flax. It took about 4 days. Tom was the guy who did the job, he is a super great plumber, honest, reliable, on time, and very, very, hard worker!!! Paul is one of the supervisors and he is incredibly nice and very professional. He gave us a great deal!! Daven (supervisor), is the one who discovered the damage and recommended we to re-do all the pipes. Hes also very nice and extremely professional!!! We are going to use this company again in the future and absolutely recommend their service to everyone in Las Vegas!!! I would give them 100 stars if there was that option available. After cooking an amazing thanksgiving dinner, my family mustve had a lot to get rid of, because they overflowed the sewer line better than the porta johns at Woodstock. RR was the 3rd place I called, but the first to respond. I had a plumber and the lines cleared in less than 3 hours. Im still waiting on one of the others, rhymes with sliver Steak, to even call back with a time a full day later. The icing on the cake is it didnt even cost$50.... I cant feed the family taco bell for that. Thats less than the service call fee with my home warranty. This is now my go-to plumbing service. They can double their rates and Im still going to call them after the fast service and awesome guy they sent out. 6 stars

5/26/2021I hadnt read the ROOTER RANGER Yelp reviews before I called them since I was in a crisis mode and in a hurry. I totally lucked out, apparently, when TYLER arrived (TYLERs reviews are stellar and well deserved). It was a Saturday and the company was very busy. TYLER continued to keep me informed of the delays and promised that no matter what time of day, he would get to my house and see what could be done. He had worked since dawn but got to my house late evening and with his calming personality, assured me that I had called the right company. The issues could not be fixed that night but TYLER promised he would be at my home first thing in the morning. And he was. His supervisor arrived to survey the issues and give an estimate. Plumbing estimates, much like car repair estimates, are never what a person wants to hear, and although the amount was equal to the amount of work it would take to complete the needed repairs, it was still worrisome. TYLER sensed my dismay and went over every aspect of what would need to be done and was amazingly empathetic and sincere in his efforts to show that he really cared about customer needs.The job was much more complicated than expected but TYLER continued to show professional and personal integrity. When the job was completed I felt totally satisfied. Thank You TYLER ( I hope the ROOTER RANGER bosss take note of your reviews. They show a great work ethic for such a young man

I initially contacted Rooter Ranger for a quote to repair the blockage in my sewer line after another company was used to perform the hydro jetting, clearance and line location. Once I decided to contract their services for the repair the lead technician stayed in contact with me during the entire process, even when they were required to wait several days until the gas utility provider (Southwest Gas) was able to perform a site survey to determine how to address the line conflict. The previous company that I had contracted to clear the line broke one of the angle stops on one of my toilets and refused to repair it. Rooter Ranger was able to replace the damaged pipe and all the angle stops for my toilets at 15% lower than the price quoted by the initial sewer contractor for the repair. Rooter Ranger did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone in Las Vegas or Henderson in need of a dependable and trustworthy plumbing contractor to repair their sewer line.

If you want friendly and quality service, this is the place to call. My two year over stuffed my toilet with cottonelle wipes and after a week my toilet started to clog. I did quite a bit of research and most plumbing places charge just to come to your house! Rooter Rangers, they come to evaluate the problem first and will then tell you the damages! I had a tech name Alex and he was so kind! Very professional and explained the possibility of the plumbing issue and then proceeded to see what the issue was. Once he found out it was not a main pipe but a minor balled up toilet paper in the pipe that goes to the main sewer pipe, he said it was an easy fix and gave me my quote. I am very very pleased with the fast response, the professionalism and the quality work of this business!!! Highly recommend them sing also recommend Alex!!! Thank you 🙏🏼
