Kade visited our house yesterday to inspect the water heater. It all checked out fine, thankfully, and he was able to instruct us how to care for our water heater in order to prolong its life and he answered all of our questions (if he thought some of them were dumb, he didnt let on). He will tell you when you will need to replace fixtures and parts to avoid potential future leaks and recommend the best, cost efficient options. Javi came on time and installed 2 new sinks and fixtures in 1 1/2 hours which allowed us to go about our day sooner once the work was done. I had a problem with a part that was installed 3 years ago. Devan came out to help me remove the part and then Kurt helped me fill out the warranty form online to send to the manufacturer! That was above and beyond service! It is resolved 100% now! Devan also replaced a turn off valve that was difficult to move. I have been dealing with this leak in my ceiling since November. When Kade Turley showed up, he was professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and promptly isolated the issue; something no one else had done. He went out and got the supplies he needed to fix the problem. When he came back, he did so, efficiently and proficiently. He tested his work to ensure that the problem was solved and that I would not experience anymore issues. I feel like a weight has been lifted! After 6 months of being out of commission, I can finally use my bathroom sink! I would recommend Redline to everyone I know if they ever need a plumber, and would tell them to ask for Kade Turley. Hes the kind of guy you would ask to stay for dinner after the work is done. The tech that came out was absolutely how employees should be , very polite and personable and on time as promised even called when they had a cancellation , on ran a camera inspection but hopefully will use for the repair job needed . Very happy so far. Work was completed and was done on time as was told , actually faster than that . I love how the owner and secretary were always updating me letting me know how every step was being done . The repair was done better than what was originally installed . I was recommended Redline Plumbing by a good friend who never lets me down. I contacted Ray C to do a plumbing leak detection since my Water Bill keeps coming in extremely high. He thoroughly inspected and tested the main coming from the meter, the meter itself, landscaping irrigation, etc. He was forthcoming about the inspection and recommended that I have the city test the meter. Ultimately didnt have the time and wasnt actually looking forward to the job to be honest. So I called Redline Plumbing. They were very responsive and when they arrived they got right to work. I was blown away by how fast they had it all hooked up and installed. They didnt cut any corners they just know what theyre doing. So I called them again and got a great deal on a water softener and again they had it all put together in no time and I can tell with both the water heater and the softener they were installed correctly, very solid. I wouldn’t trust anyone else working on plumbing issues in my house. His pricing is fair and he is accommodating to my schedule as well as quick to respond d in emergencies. He’s done everything from water heater installs to main sewer pipe repairs to simple faucet replacements, all reasonably and fairly priced. I was dreading having to repair the plumbing connection on my pool’s auto- fill, but with summer right around the corner, it had to get done. JJ from Redline came out within the hour to thoroughly explain the scope of work and a presented me a quote. Rather than hard selling me to committing on the spot, JJ said take some time to think about and call me when ready. A week later the owner of Redline (Kurt) came out and made a few suggestions that would save me over $1,500. I agreed to the new quote that Kurt provided and to my surprise, Redline called the very same night to schedule repairs for the following day @ 10am.So next day at 9:58am, JJ and James show up with tools in-hand and ready to get the job done. The job was more difficult than originally thought, but JJ and James stayed the course and completed the job, which far exceed expectations!!!! It was the attention to details and the extra care from JJ that caught my eye. When the work was completed, JJ and James meticulously cleaned up the job site area and pool deck prior-to packing up their gear. JJ prepared an invoice for me, and even though the work preformed exceeded the price quoted, the bill was exactly what Kurt and I agreed on.Redline Plumbing is top notch, and I would highly recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs. You might find a cheaper alternative, but I guarantee you won’t receive the level of service and professionalism afforded by these guys.

I had a water leak in my shower back in July. Redline was the Plumbing co used by WFM Restorations to remove my water heater so they could demo all the wet sheet rock and dry things out. Ray Cota was my technician. I ended replacing my old water heater at that time.Due to alot of forseen and unforseen delays the new sheet rock was finally installed. Ray was back out today and reset my water heater. He is very pleasent to work with and professional and knowledgeable.
