Previously had very satisfactory appliance installation experience with Pure Plumbing when they were the contracted firm for RC Willey. With this as a base, I sought out their assistance in replacing a Rheem water heater still within the extended factory warranty period.My water heater suddenly & unexpectedly burst pouring water throughout my garage leaving me with no hot water hoping to use the remaining warranty life but my responsibility was to return the defective unit for a suitable replacement.Being in my eighties I have very limited physical capabilities. I panicked and called several service companies for the shortest term resolution. I sought older Pure Plumbing contacts & was very fortunate to get an early morning call back from Pure. Explaining the situation they miraculously informed me of the immediate availability of one of their local plumbing technicians, Alexander Fereira.Alex called just after 8:30am alerting me of a 9:00 arrival time!!He arrived right on schedule & inspected the Rheem providing me with a number of options. Some were far too expensive for true consideration. Alex was very forthcoming & respective of my situation getting company approval of some discounting .I agreed to the terms & he immediately set upon removing the old unit and fixtures, cleaning & suctioning as necessary. He had a brand new replacement unit on his truck & he prepped for installation. I spent the next three hours within view & earshot questioning as he worked. He was exceptionally organized, neat & displayed professional skills…..and made me feel truly comfortable. I was able to pay via credit card & traced the transaction through to the bank.My replacement unit has been providing a better flow of hot water since & I applaud Pure Plumbing’s responsiveness, execution & administration.An old dude salutes you,Stan Kurkowski

Mike S. was very professional and handled everything via phone call, text, and email, while was away from home. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the payment process was easy. I just purchased a home and was having the flooring updated. The floor installers removed a baseboard in our main bathroom and later that night, we started hearing a hissing noise and saw a small water leak on the floor. I called Pure Plumbing & Air the next morning and they came out the same day. Mike was just phenomenal in his diagnosis, repair and the cost was extremely reasonable! Unfortunately, it was the builder’s plumber who created the nightmare by not installing the original plumbing correctly. When our baseboards were originally put on, a finishing nail was driven through one of the water lines to the shower. When our floor installers removed the baseboard, the nail was pulled out and exposed the hole in the pipe. Mike is a GEM and knew just what to do! Thank you so much Mike and Pure Plumbing! I usually wait a couple days after work is done in my home to make there are no problems after the repair. Pure Plumbing has been my go to plumbing since 2018. The work is excellent and done in a timely manner. Their techs are some of the best in the business and I had Chris A. this time and he was great! Before any work was started everything was explained to me and made sure I understood. Pure Plumbing has always treated me right and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. I would recommend Pure Plumbing.

Alexander was great!!! He installed a new water heater for me. He couldnt replace it yesterday because he didnt have the 40 gallon with him, so he came this morning, but my water heater was leaking in my garage so he went the extra mile by attaching a hose from where the leak was and had it coming out of my garage until he came this morning. I woke up to a flood in my kitchen and was able to schedule an appointment very quick. I wanted to stay local and ended up choosing Pure Plumbing and Air. My technician, Daniel L, showed up and he was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and personable. He listened to me and went over all possible causes of the flood. He was very upfront about pricing and ensured they didn’t have any hidden fees. He was able to find the problem and get it fixed in a quick, but very thorough manner. He went above and behind to ensure I would no longer have any issues. I will be returning to them for future remodel. I highly recommend Daniel and Pure Plumbing & Air!

Brendan and Brian were so very professional and helpful. They were the first technicians ever to diagnose the problems Ive been having with my air conditioning system and applied the correct solution. I am extremely happy with the results and there work. They were very helpful and happily answered any questions I had. They were also able to refer me to an electrician to promptly fix an existing issue I was having that was outside their scope of work. The water heater at my rental property started leaking and flooded the garage. My tenant, called Pure Plumbing & Air on a recommendation. Francis, our plumbing technician, showed up promptly. My tenant had to notify me so that I could approve the replacement of the water heater. I showed up at the property and he explained the situation. He gave me the cost of the replacement and said he could do it right away. Francis was very friendly and answered all of our questions in a courteous manner. Working alone, he finished in about 2 hours on a very hot day in Las Vegas. I am happy with his work and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I just had the greatest experience with Pure Plumbing & Air starting with my initial call to advise my water heater was not working. The person who took my call was very knowledgeable and thorough and made me feel I called the right place. Then the service person (Alex) arrived in a timely manner and assessed the situation quickly and made sure I could see the leaking damage within the unit and that it had to be replaced. He worked with me and his office to obtain the best possible replacement/cost scenario. He then did an excellent and efficient job putting in the new unit. Chris was amazing! My kitchen knob came off and water was pouring out of where the knob was supposed to be and the faucet. I didn’t know how to shut the water off and Googled a plumber. Pure answered immediately and their technician, Chris, called me back within minutes. He immediately understood my issue and offered to FaceTime with me, and show me what to do. Problem solved! He then explained what caused the problem, provided an estimate, and shared when he could come out. I will recommend Chris and Pure to anyone who is in need of a plumber. Pure plumbing is an excellent choice if youre feeling unsure of which company to go with. They are for sure experts in their trade. David C. was our technician, and he was professional, courteous, and patient and thorough when answering our questions. We would absolutely have him in our home again and we would absolutely recommend him and this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.The only thing keeping us from giving a 5 star, was that the appointment window was all day, from 8am to 5pm. If Pure can find a way to narrow that window, even to at least a 4 hour window. We would give a 5 star instead.Everything other than that though was more than satisfactory, and Pure has our sincerest thanks.

This place is amazing! Chris was my service guy. He made sure I was informed about what was going on and what he was doing to fix it. He showed me live camera feed from my plumbing and showed me exactly what and where my issue was, he even took the time to literally draw it out for me. My issue ended up being a lot more of an issue than I thought it was going to be, but Chris stuck it out and stayed until everything was good to go.

My first experience with Pure Plumbing couldn’t have been better! Technician, Travis, came to diagnose some issues I was having with my hot water heater. Not only was he knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly, he took the time to explain the work he needed to do, as well as suggestions for preventative maintenance. There was no feeling of being up-sold, or sold anything I did not need. He was kind, and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Today, Sunday, I had the pleasure to receive plumber Ruben D to follow up on my hot water tank issue. I had to wait for the tank to be delivered from the store before a plumber could come back to install it and that was today. Not only was Ruben of utmost professionalism but courteous and personable.During our conversation of what needed to be done, Ruben explained that Pure Plumbing submits the permit needed to install the water heater and he explained the existing bare wood built platform would never pass the inspection after a new tank would be placed on it as it needs to be covered by drywall. My dilemma, one more after another. I needed to have someone fix that first and he recommended a company that could come out today to discuss that. AND Ruben said regardless of this, he would come back today!!! Yes today, Sunday, to place a temporary hookup of the new hot water heater till I can get the platform remedied in the next few days if needed. All I needed to do would be contact him. Ruben then contacted the restoration company on my behalf and that company arrived quickly and explained what needed to be done.After that man from the restoration company left, I contacted Ruben to let him know that yes I did need to take him up on his offer and he came back and completed the temporary hook up as he stated he would.I couldn’t be more satisfied that this company goes wayyyyyy above and BEYOND service to their customers!! All the extras and personalized service is not customary in today’s world, but you will be 1000% satisfied using Pure Plumbing.

I recently had Donnie Parke come out. He was extremely professional and honest about what needed to happen. Im only giving 4 stars because their company wouldnt give any estimates over the phone. We had a clogged toilet/shower (shared water line), on a Sunday. Donnie showed up on time, but charged us close to $700 for the work, which took roughly 40 minutes.Advice for the company, give estimates over the phone. Customers understand they arent set in stone, but it kills any ability to get a fair price. It makes it feel like yall just make up whatever price you think a customer might pay.

Pure Plumbing & Air came out the next day (on a weekend) to fix and replace my washing machine shut off valves.Donnie Parke was my technician and he was friendly and caring. He worked fast and efficiently. Thank you so much 😊EDITI have found out since receiving my itemized invoice that there is a $174 charge just to cut a hole in dry wall (a 12 inch rectangular hole). This does not include any patching or any of the cost associate with plumbing. I find this price very steep and wish I wouldve been made aware of this separate charge prior to work being done. For $174 anyone could cut the hole themselves.Again Donnie did great work, this is a company policy, not his own.

I am so pleased with myself for contacting Pure Plumbing & Air. This was the best choice I could have ever made. Chris is so very personable and listened to what I had to say. It scared me after I read the message from LVV WATER DISTRICT that I was using 20 gallons of water an hour. I had no idea where to start, so I started at Yelp, and looked at the top ten pluming services in Las Vegas. PURE PLUMBING & AIR stood out the heads above the others, with a huge number of great reviews. Chris came the same day I called for service. He went over all the possibilities of what might be wrong with a leak either in or outside of my home. After checking everything out,Chris explained what the problem just might be and what might have to be done. To begin with, he saw something wrong with one of the pipes in my garage and suggested the reason why that is where he should start. As we were chatting, he asked about the water system I had in the garage, he thought it was back washing. I told him, that I heard it running for a couple of hours before he got there. He turned the Water filter and water softener off that goes to the inside of the house. Chris went back outside to shut the water off at the street. The meter dials had completely stopped! What a huge relief, it was the water filter that was the problem. I was so happy that my front yard, walkway, and stone on the outside of my home not have to be torn up and then holes in the walls coming into garage be made. Chris is a sharp, smart, and a young man that definitely knows the plumbing business. After my experience, I wholly suggest you use PURE PLUMBING & AIR for your plumbing needs.

*Edit: The owner and David Cufe followed up and installed a temporary water heater so we can have hot water. The owner was so responsive and caring, and wanted to rectify the situation. I honestly was more moved in the response and him wanting to put in a temporary water heater, that was more than enough for us. Im updating to 5 stars because after this interaction I expect no less than this, and that they strive for good customer experience. It was just an unfortunate circumstance that was out of everyones hands, but the owner and David went above and beyond for us. Thank you very much!---We had water softener and filter, and tankless water heater installed. Everything went great until roughly a month later we smelled a gas leak in the garage. Called SW gas they had to turn off our gas even though no gas leak was found, and to call Pure Plumbing when they would send a technician to put in a temporarily gas line because thats what he spoke with them about because its not hooked up at the original spot. I called Pure Plumbing only to find out that they cant send a technician out. So were gonna be a week maybe more out until the state inspection and they can wrap up the job. Isnt there protocol for occurrences like this so people wont be out of hot water?

I dont normally post reviews but I had a great experience with these guys, and I know how hard it is to find honest companies these days. My main water valve had a slow leak, at first the plumber (Donnie) thought we would have to replace it which would have cost $800, but just to be sure he removed it to look inside. Turns out there was a rubber filter between the valve and the pipe that was preventing it from getting a good seal, which was causing the leak. Tech removed the filter (which I didnt need anyway) screwed the valve back on and wham, no more leaks.Didnt charge me a dime, and the visit was complimentary.If you live in the vegas area, give these guys a call...

Having a good plumber is an absolute must, but it is something that many new homeowners dont think about until a situation arises. When our main water line burst and we desperately needed emergency plumbing services, Pure Plumbing & Air answered our call. The agent was an absolute angel in our time of despair.She dispatched Donnie to our rescue and within a few hours we had water again. We appreciate Donnies communication from the time he received our service ticket until he completed the work. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and the situation with our existing pipe. We were also relieved at the cost since many other top rated plumbers that we inquired with had confusing pricing. Pure Plumbing & Air was straight forward and the charges were reasonable.Apparently, whoever replaced the line previously did shoddy work. The line was not even insulated. Had an issue with a shower faucet, Donnie Parke was polite and professional and came in the same day to give me an estimate of the repair service. The next day Donnie came back and executed the repair. He was patient, knowledgeable and got the job done. Although the price of the parts that need to be changed, basically the cartridge and the handle, are much cheaper at Home Depot, I preferred to have the faucet rebuild by professionals to make sure it was done correctly.

Technician Jason Lubo did a phenomenal job fixing my AC. He responded within 25 minutes from the time of my request for service. When he arrived, he checked the temperature of the airflow and checked the compressor. He determined it wasnt running and quickly identified the faulty piece of equipment. He removed it and in an instant, my AC was putting out cool air again. On a day where the temp was up to 110°, with an indoor temp that was 89°, I greatly appreciated his time and effort. I called Pure Plumbing when my water heater broke and was leaking in the garage and they showed up within 40 minutes of the call (on a holiday weekend). Jason Torres had the majority of the supplies and equipment already in his truck ready to do the install (which was awesome).Jason changed out the water heater on one of the hottest days of the year (119F) and had great spirits and did the job. Jason was awesome and his service was quick. He also kept me informed through the whole process and helped future proof my piping a bit since my development cheaped out on plastic expandable piping which was getting brittle.I was surprised by the cost in the beginning as I didnt expect replacing a water heater was that expensive, but was offered a slight discount that made things a bit more bearable. I couldnt really get price quotes due to the holiday weekend and Pure Plumbing was one of the only businesses that I contacted that showed up.Thank you Jason and Pure Plumbing!

This past week I’ve had the pleasure of now working with them to service my HVAC needs. Chris F. By far is the most knowledgeable HVAC tech I’ve worked with to date. I also have to say Pure’s rates are also fair. You get what you pay for. They give options when they can but they don’t endorse inferior products or vendors. When they give you options for you budget I feel safe knowing they have experience using and verifying the durability and warranty. I will continue to use Pure for all my plumbing and now HVAC needs.

Pure Plumbing has pretty much seen every crevice of our home in 2024. Projects this year included: a whole house repipe, replaced all the toilets and bathroom faucets, new angle stops, shower valves, a shower pan, duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance. Additionally we added a whole house water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system. Were eagerly awaiting on the final stages for our master shower and laundry room. Relit the pilot and let it start to heat the water then the sizzle sizzle sizzle started. No indications of a leak on the outside but the sizzle sizzle was enough. Gave options on repair from tankless to just replace with tank style. Just had the water heater replace and we have hot water again. I didn’t have to run around, find the parts, replace the water heater, and throw away the old one. Pricing seems fair, I really didn’t compare just wanted hot water again. Was worth it for me not to have to do it after working all day. Time will tell about quality of the work but I am happy and feel it was money well spent to have hot water again. Thanks….

They got to my place in about an hour, later in the evening and the AC tech figured out right away it was a motor starter capacitor for the compressor. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes.$385 for a Capacitor and fix, but at least he didnt do what some other HVAC outfits do, which is try to sell you a whole new unit.

I called for a plumber because I had a kitchen sink drain leak. I crawled under the sink to determine the source of the leak and found that the underneath of the sink was loaded with plumbers putty and that the drain was not properly or solidly attached to the sink. We had a complete kitchen remodel two years ago. I was not pleased with the job the plumber did and am surprised the sink did not leak sooner.Chris examined the plumbing under the sink and recommended several additional items that needed attention besides the leak I called about. I agreed with his assessment. I am very pleased with Chris’s work; especially his correction of the drain problem.He and I discussed another plumbing problem I have and I look forward to Chris working on that in the future when I fit that into my schedule.
