Nicholas was very attentive and helpful when asking questions. He was very nice when installing my water softener he got it done pretty quick. My boyfriend forgot to get salt and Nicholas was very patient and waited for him to bring. So he could explain the steps for the next 48 hours. 10/10 service :).

I cannot say enough great things about this company! My teenager even said we had to give them a great review because she was really impressed with their professionalism and how they interacted with our family. Their website gives solutions for common problems instead of just saying call us and we will charge you to take a look and diagnose the problem. I loved that! From the moment I first called late on a Sunday and got to speak to a live person I knew this was going to be a good experience. Their whole team was super responsive to communication. The owner himself came to the job site and helped explain the options for our water heater replacement. The whole process for fixing the problem and financing the repairs was smooth and easy to navigate. They have made life-long customers out of us and I would recommend them to any of our friends or neighbors looking for plumbing services.

Supporting mom & pop companies is important to me but that doesn’t mean my expectations are less than the “big boys.” Pristine Plumbing, under the oversight of owner David, and their polite, efficient and skilled plumbers are worthy of trust and confidence. I don’t say that casually either since I’ve hired many plumbing companies who lacked any redeeming attribute (and are no longer in business). Pristine renewed my trust in trades professionals once again. From on-time arrival, to providing me options while troubleshooting, and cleaning the area after they were complete, it’ll be my privilege to refer them to both friends and clients. David’s crew of Jimmy and Angelo were professional, personable AND quick! In fact, my quote was less due to their efficiency. In a day where people are counting pennies (myself included) yet needing quality, Pristine Plumbing delivers!

Jimmy and Reggie were nice enough guys but the quality of care given to the job wasnt as professional as Ive seen in the past. New water heater was dented and when the new water heater was placed, Jimmy sat it down on the new metal pan, crushing the new pan right where the pan drain is installed. They got the job done in a timely fashion but I feel the cost and explanation of costs was a little less than above board. Joanna, the initial contact, was very understanding and handled the process professionally.01/06/2025 I talked to Robin and to David this morning. David took the time to discuss any and all issues that were of concern to me. David is the owner and he genuinely wanted to make everything right with my concerns. Miscommunication can often lead to problems and I believe this was partly on me.Im going to change my 4 star rating to 5 star rating for Pristene Plumbing because of their professional response and understanding my viewpoint.

To avoid any potential issues with my heater leaking and doing any further damage to the house, I decided to change the heater out.Emailed Pristine with a photo of my current install. One phone call later, with the aid of the picture, we agreed on the unit and the price. Install was not a priority for me, but, none the less, it was replaced two (2) days later. Window of 2 hours and the crew showed up right on time.Anthony Archuletta and crew started in and the job was done within an hour. Same make and model I had originally. Cleaned up, old heater removed - service with a smile.I was pleased with the job, the constant texts as to status of what was going on. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed in the least.

Had the best experience Ive ever had with a plumber, water heater went out on us the guys came out to fix it and discovered the tank was just starting to leak. They knew we had been without hot water for 3 days already and even though it was already 6pm they ran out and got us a new unit and installed it same night to make sure we would not be without hot water another day. My husband and I had a ton going on today and chose right away. He and his associate came quickly and worked extremely efficiently to get the old water heater drained and removed. The install of the new one was fast, despite the water heater being on a platform - wow!
