    Top notch service! Precision Plumbing is the company I turn to for all my plumbing needs, hands down. Alejandro and Thomas knew what they were doing from beginning to end. Once my water heater was installed, they made sure all faucets, showers, & toilets were working correctly. Also, Alejandro found a slight problem with my pool’s overfill system and adjusted it, saving me $. They walked me through settings of the water heater “if” I wanted to make it hotter. They showed me how to shut off the heater “in case”. The Precision Plumbing Company had wonderful professionalism, in-home financing options, and they were there when I needed them which is peace of mind! Kudos to Precision Plumbing! I will always recommend this company!

    Thomas was amazing! He answered every question my wife and I had, and was consummate professional. Fixed our main water valve outside and installed a new faucet with valves in the kitchen. Now we are looking forward to getting us a Halo water system installed thanks to his advice.Everything works perfectly and the wife is extremely happy. I definitely have found my plumbing company for any work that needs to be done around our home.

    Thomas and Alejandro were knowledgeable and helpful in fixing a copper pipe leak in the ceiling. Guys even gave me good advice on my water heater and water softener. Good people who do good work. Also love that the company had immediate availability and didn’t charge for a quote inspection. Highly recommend.

    I was very happy with the professionalism, knowledge and thorough service of Frank. He had a friendly demeanor and it was obvious he loves his job and wanted to ensure everything was completed and done not only to minimum standards but to the highest quality standards.     I just purchased my house a few months ago. My plumbing was backed up. I went through my home warranty and wasted $75, the company they sent could not help me.Gilbert from Precision Plumbing came out the next day and did a full diagnostic and was able to pinpoint the problem. I needed a whole new pump and some other things. He was able to enlist the help of his co-worker Frank and get a big job done same day. They did great, detailed work.They cleaned up after themselves as well.Now price is something out of their control but being a new homeowner, it was a bit of a sticker shock for me.

    Sean was the miracle we needed. An absolute life saver. He was the realest of plumbers that could come and not only give us insight, but get the job done.     Precision Plumbing did an excellent job with our plumbing needs! We had them come out to repair our water heater and unclog a stubborn drain, and the experience was fantastic. They sent out Frank, who was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain everything he was doing, giving us tips and information we hadn’t received from other companies before. The work was done quickly and efficiently.     I am new in Vegas and had a plumbing emergency today, I googled a plumber and called precision plumbing. Juliette answered my call and she was so helpful and super sweet.     Precision plumber was on time to inspect our water leak and made estimates immediately. We took his estimate and he started the job immediately, finishing up by 5 pm the same day. We are so pleased with Alejandro and his co worker. The water leak was under the slab of the house so they built a bypass line to correct it. Much like surgery. So correct and so fast.     We had a pipe break on our front spigot and we called precision plumbing to ask about a free estimate. We were lucky and in the area that we absolutely could get a free estimate. We were given a 2 hour time frame that someone would be to use and during that timeframe Alejandro was sent to us and he was AMAZING. He gave us a few different quotes on different options, best case scenario, worst case scenario, and a different idea that I had. He was so patient with us and explained everything SO clearly and was SO friendly. We decided to go ahead and get it fixed and Alejandro was so quick and efficient 🙌🏼. He got all the work done in about an hour and was able to get the best case scenario done for us!We will most likely be repeat customers!

    Really great, prompt, reliable and friendly service. I contacted Precision Plumbing via their web form and received a call right away. They had a technician at my home within the hour. Gilbert Castro was professional, friendly and a clear communicator. He told me my options without any pressure and was very easy to talk with. After providing me the written estimate, he returned with the necessary parts within the hour and completed the project. The work site was tidy. He took the time to explain how the repair was completed and even provided me pictures of what was done (all new parts) before it was covered in insulation. Highly recommend and ask for Gilbert!

    Precision Plumbing was fast to get out to my house at 3a, when my pipes backed up. Thomas V. was super friendly and explained everything to me before he did anything. He even called a water reformation company to come out and check for any water damage, and there wasnt a call out fee for them. Definitely will use them again if needed!

    Ron arrived promptly after our commercial water heater burst on a Friday afternoon. Thankfully it was during business hours or it would have been worse. We needed to replace our water heater and were told it would be 3-7 business days. Real hard to operate without a water heater. On Monday Ron called to tell me he located a commercial water heater similar to what we had.     Honestly Precision Plumbing was a Godsend, they came immediately to help me shut off the water, and installed a new water heater and water softener, and also helped me get an estimate on filing a claim with my insurance and the guys to come and dry out the drywall so they could fix the water damage. I can’t say enough about both companies. I am beyond greatful for the wonderful job they did, and we’re so helpful and explained everything to me. Definitely 100% recommend them. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs for sure.

    I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing. As for the company it was very easy to schedule online 24/7 or you can call if you’d prefer to speak to someone. As for me, I had to schedule online at 2am. But as soon as the office opened Precision Plumbing reach out to me via phone and text right away to confirm my appt. They were effective and polite and the service call was truly free as advertised. As for the tech that came out well I had Jeremy and he was great too! Jeremy came out to look at a leaky washer valve, he was on time, friendly, polite, and honest. I was very happy with their service and I will 100% be using Precision Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

    We had an issue with a filtration system leak in our kitchen. I called in to the office and Thomas V was here within 30 minutes. He was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and repairing the leak in an efficient manner. He also pointed out another issue that we werent aware of. Thomas didnt have the exact tool needed to make the repair so he left to Lowes and returned to fix the issue properly. Its hard to find trustworthy companies nowadays. Precision Plumbing is definately one of the god guys out there. Thanks to Thomas V and the entire team at Precision Plumbing for being an organization I can rely on for quality and honest work.

    Your employee came out to the home of Senica & Boyd Moss on Saturday, September 14, 2024. He worked with myself (Senicas mom - Diane), since they were not home. And I cant remember his name but I know you can look at your records to find out. And please do because I would like to thank him for a great job. I have to say he was exceptional. He advised me of the steps he needed to take in order to diagnose where the water leak was coming from on the property. Once he found it, he showed me the leak, gave me an estimate to repair, I agreed to it and he left to get the part needed. He came back right away and fixed it!!     I had to install a sprayer with the toilet. I called many places, first of all most of them were lil rude and charged sky high price. I knew it was not a complicated job , lastly I called precision plumbing, I talked to Mary, she was well mannered and very polite, listened to my issue and send a expert plumber on time no delays. Miguel, the expert came within 5 mins he fixed it. He was very well mannered and explained the issue very nicely. Highly recommend Precision Plumbeing especially Miguel.     Jasmine was very professional and able to accommodate my appointment schedule with a smile. Jose T. was great. Two days before Thanksgiving, we had a broken water heater and toilet.     I made a mistake and dropped a scuttle plug down my bathroom sink, but I could not fetch it. Mark arrived at my home, went under the sink, and retrieved the plug in seconds. I made a costly mistake at approximately 270.00, which I will never make again! Mark carried himself professionally and gave me a discount. He also made some recommendations because the pipes under my sink have rusted. I would use Precision Plumbing in the future! I wish plumbing companies would give a baseline minimum cost beforehand instead of determining the price once the plumber inspects the issue. I understand it costs 50.00 for the plumber to inspect the issue, and I am not obligated to have the plumber fix it. However, I prefer to be told, “ You will be looking at no less than 270.00 for the plumber to do any service, even if its an easy job like yours,” so I know what I am getting into.

    My water heater went out just after Thanksgiving. Idk anything about water heaters but turns out mine is also connected to the central heating system. I was on the phone and computer trying to contact so many different places to come out for a quote. I totally forgot I requested from this company and he was the last one to show up after 3 other consultations. And he was the best! Quotes I got were $8500, $4500, $3000 and then Frank shows up. He actually took the time to look up my water heater serial number and it was still under warranty and he had it available in his warehouse! His quote was only for labor $1500 and he was done in 4 hours. He drained and removed my old water heater, picked up the new one and installed new pipes or connectors or whatever they are and water heater. He also put all the contents back that were in the closet and put my patio back in order. Mind you, I’m on the 2nd floor in a condo with my water heater on the balcony. He was awesome. I highly recommend!

    Theyd installed a water heater for me last year and the service was great. Now my water softener went out so I had them come out to see if it could be fixed. It was an expensive unit that I purchased about 6 years ago from Lowes which the tech, Jose, mentioned they didnt have parts for and could not fix. I asked how much a new unit would be and the price of $2,500 with install was given to me which I felt was a bit high. I did call around to some other places and relayed that, and the price came down to $1,800 which was a drastic decrease which I didnt feel to great about. When I say that its because I felt that maybe I was getting price gouged. I decided to go with the $1,800 even though it may have been a little more expensive than the other companies Id checked with for a similar unit because the work performed previously for me was good. I couldnt say the same for another company since Id never used them. I will say that the softening system upgrade has definitely made a difference as I can feel it on my skin for sure. The water feel more slippery than before.

    Edit: my most recent work done by Percision Plumbing was awesome in that they helped me yo get a new sink at no cost. Ive had water issues for a year, and stuck with them during that time. They always did amazing work, my place is just very old. When I mentioned my financial struggle at replacing my sink, they decided to help me out after all the issues and sticking with them the whole time. I still paid for the install, but the sink was free. With all my experience with repair people. Percision Plumbing people are still people I trust with my home and to give me a fair price.Fernando came ro my home and got straight to work!     Super impressed with the speed and customer service. We had water pooling on our floor from an unknown source. We called Precision and they said they would send someone the same day. Jeremy arrived on time and quickly determined where the water was coming from. He repaired the water line and called a restoration company to assess the damage. The restoration company came out right away to take photos and work with our home owners insurance. Jeremy was very professional and did a great job. But not with Precision Plumbing! Yamilet took my call on a late Saturday evening. Our main valve in the garage was leaking. She had Danny on my doorstep within 15 mins of the call. He assessed the situation immediately - told me it was nothing more than a loose bolt. I told him about a few other things that were happening in the house. He explained how to rectify them.     Very good service. Really appreciated our technician. We had an emergency situation. Water was spraying out of our toilet. I immediately shut off the water and called them in a panic. A few years back Frank helped complete fixing a broken water line that a competing company failed to repair properly. And this time Ron helped fixing a leaking water irrigation pipe on the side of my home. Both were incredibly friendly but more importantly they knew their craft well and were willing to take the time to educate me on the process as well as to avoid any future issues. Highly recommended

    As an out of state homeowner and the weekend, it is often difficult to know what company to call for certain repairs. From the moment I spoke with the office it was friendly and professional service throughout the process!Terrence & Juliana arrived on time and Terrence kept in touch with me constantly. He was very respectful and professional on the phone. He sent photos/videos and fully discussed the issues and work that had to be done; including the completed work photos.     Contacted Precision Plumbing for a competitive price on a shower cartridge replacement. Alejandro the technician quoted 30% below the competitor. The cartridge was encrusted and disintegrated. However Alejandro was able to pick it out and complete the installation. Excellent work on a difficult and delicate task. Kudos to Precision Plumbing for hiring and fielding competent professional technicians!

    Called on Thursday before labor day weekend, while nobody could come out till after Labor Day, Celia set an appointment for me for Friday morning. Danny was on time as he was before. Here checked my problem and told me what I needed. While I was expecting to have to wait till after the holiday weekend I was surprised when he said I can do it today. 2 hours later the job was done and I had hit water again.     Upon calling Precision Plumbing, Jazmine answered the phone and was very pleasant and friendly. She informed me that a technician (Frank) could be out to my home within an hour. When Frank arrived, he was very professional and he let me know exactly what was needed to fix my problem. Frank worked with me to get the problem fixed quickly while informing me of the benefit it would be to my home. My entire experience with Jazmine and Frank of Precision Plumbing was excellent! 10/10
