I had a very refreshing experience with OSP.I had a leak in my bathroom and I had no idea how to go about getting it fixed. I called around and was given the run around. When I called OSP they were quick efficient and knowledgeable. Sent out a tech to see what was going on. he was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. What I appreciated the most was his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond to help me.My leak was fixed and I was happy because it wasnt stressful & the pricing was very reasonable considering I did not go through my warranty!

I had a very good and great experience with OSP! Rafael was fast in replacing the sink disposal.The plumber OSP assigned Rafael was very polite, professional, punctual and he knows what he was doing! He completed the work in less half an hr, no leaks and he cleaned up his work area.

Needing a plumber is never a fun experience BUT if you need someone OSP Plumbing is definitely my go to place. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and courteous. The installation of my hot water heater was fast and the guys cleaned up afterwords. I spoke with Ashley in the office several times and she was nothing short of fabulous.

Recently I needed work on a leaking toilet and OSP chose to tackle the warranty claim. It was a week out before a technician could make it but the day came and Scott was so true, honest and diligent that I was in awe. Scott needed to file the issue with the warranty company to ensure proper coverage and they did. I was very happy this all worked out. Problem fixed. Thank you, Scott and OSP!

Grant was the technician that came out to service my toilet. I want to send kudos for the professionalism, courtesy and kindness that he displayed during his visit. He gave me additional info that was very helpful to me. I will be calling him in the future for any questions. Im a retired 22 year vet and I was in the customer service business after the military. I consider it a must and Grant showed me that and unfortunately I dont see it too often in various services. Job well done.

OSP went out of their way to get here as soon as possible to fix an ongoing leak which was pretty bad. They sent a wonderful gentleman who did exemplary work and I appreciate this company as they have worked for me before. I recommend them highly.

Took a while to get scheduled and lady on the phone was dismissive when trying to get appointment scheduled after first tech missed the first appointment.Matt, technician, absolutely made up for that and was so amazing! He got the garbage disposal replaced at same visit and was such a pleasure to work with. Super professional! Would recommend because of him for sure.

He was very communicative and helpful. Solved the issue in a few minutes. OSP has been easy to work with and I have had their technicians do services/repairs at several properties without delays and always solved the issues quickly.

From the time I called the office, customer service was Top Notch! We had a rush/emergency issue and OSP did everything they could to fit me in for same day service so our family would not be without water in 120° heat. The office staff was very communicative, as well as a courtesy call from the technician 30 minutes prior to arrival. We were running a few minutes behind, and Mat did not mind waiting for us on a Friday evening. Once Matt arrived at the home, he was extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient. The whole team truly went above and beyond, and I cannot be more thankful. Excellent customer service is hard to find in Vegas, and OSP, especially Matt, went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure we were informed every step of the way. Thank you!
