My toilet was broken. Really broken. So I knew we needed a full replacement. We called yesterday and Nick was here today to get it squared away. First off, I just really loved his attitude and demeanor. He was friendly, clean, engaging, and professional. We had a few unexpected surprises, but he handled them like a champ. I will always call them for my plumbing needs. As a contractor, I have worked with dozens of plumbers in Vegas. I strongly recommend this company. They will get you right where you need to be and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Nick!

Great experience from start to finish! I had a water heater emergency at a rental property that needed immediate attention. Zach was very responsive, coordinated the work around the tenants schedule and communicated with me every step of the way. He first had to install and new water heater in a temporary location to restore hot water to the property. He then organized the water damage restoration work with a third party. During the repair work, it was discovered that the aging manabloc had been leaking for a while and Zach contacted me to explain the issue and discuss options. We ended up re-piping the entire house and here again, Zach was in constant communication with me and the tenants, sending pictures of the different materials with their specs and the different locations where drywall had to be removed. As before, he was very flexible and scheduled this major repair work with the tenants to minimize disruption during the holiday season. He also organized the necessary drywall repairs with a third party and served as intermediary so that I had one single contact person throughout the entire process. I have rarely had repair work of that magnitude completed so smoothly and I hear from the tenants that the workmanship was impeccable. Perhaps the most telling sign that this company has the best interest of the customer in mind: Zach came back a few days later to install a new dishwasher and he did it free of charge! Needless to say, they will be doing any and all future plumbing work at this property in the future. Zach, thank you for all the help and for a job well done!

It’s always nice when you get exactly what you expect from the glowing reviews. Within five hours of me calling Nick to let him know my hot water heater broke, I had hot water again. Jay was almost immediately dispatched to prep the old tank for removal and for the new one to be installed while Zack procured the new one. The knowledge and skill of both gentlemen was apparent in addition to both being exceptionally friendly and personable. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Good people. Family owned business. Reliable, great work, great service and trustworthy. Had such great sense of urgency and care for our situation. We had a water line burst in our kitchen and Nick the owner of this company was great through the process and even called a water restoration company out at the same time to help us with the process. Had a great experience with this company dealing with a broken shower handle in my guest bathroom. Called them super early (before normal business hours) and someone answered immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. Asked me to send over some pictures so they could properly diagnose the situation and provide an estimate. I really appreciated the fact that they were completely transparent and provided both a low-end and high-end (along with detailed explanations) in case they ran into any unexpected difficulties. They were honest and up-front and never did I feel like they were upselling me for anything I did not need. Zack came out that same day and did a great job. I have absolutely zero complaints with my overall experience from start-to-finish and have no reservations recommending On Time Service Plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing needs in Las Vegas!

My third time using On Time Plumbing. Quick response and On-time. Zack and Jake showed up, put on booties and went to work replacing the kitchen faucet and solved a mystery of a plugged check valve. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Also installed a R/O system, replaced a flush valve and cleaned up after the work was completed. Reasonable and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Our electrician referred us to Nick. Big Nick (the Dad and owner) is positive, knowledgeable and friendly. I called him on Tuesday and he came to the house to check on our leaking hot water heater that night. He gave me a quote (the same cost as a 2nd quote) after making sure the leak was stopped and would be safe for one night. He sent his team made up of family (in my opinion they were all people you can feel comfortable having in your home) to complete the job the next day. They were all very polite and focused on the job, it was done quickly. I highly recommend using them!

Weve been using the services of On Time Service Plumbing for about 10 years or so. Nick and his sons and crew are always fast to respond, always doing a professional job taking care of all the details. Today they installed again a power vent natural gas water heater at our property and Im very happy with their work. Pricing is competitive for the big jobs (and just nominal fees for the smaller jobs). Most importantly they are reliable as theyve been in business for a long time and do it right the first time and they take care of their customers, just great customer service.

I had a water pipe leaking in my attic and I called On Time Service Plumbing. Nick, the owner, sent two men out and they confirmed that it was a leaking water pipe and not water from the air conditioner. The pipe was soon fixed and the first two men cut out the section of the ceiling that was wet and repaired and repainted the affected area. It now is as good as new and I am very happy with the work and service.Thank you Nick, I am now your customer for life.

I own Maid Brigade of Las Vegas. We currently clean about 250 residents in Las Vegas. I met Nick the owner of On Time Service Plumbing when our freshman boys were playing high school baseball together. I have never been able to find a reliable plumber. I decided to try him out personally to see how they work before referring to our precious clients. I have now used him personally and more importantly in situations where our employees may have accidentally damaged SOME type of plumbing. Maybe a faucet or a toilet etc. Nick and his staff are always SUPER responsive. As i type this review at 830 at night he is helping me resolve a faucet that fell off at a clients house. This a fickle business (plumbing) as is housecleaning. Nick and his staff are life savers and make ME look great with my customers. Also the work he has done for me personally at home has been SPOT ON..Dont get me started on the tankless water heater that allows us to take hot showers ALLLLL DAY LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!I HIGHLY recommend this company...they are a HUGE diamond in the rough ! a good plumber is SO hard to find

We had a water heater leak and this company did an amazing job at not only replacing it but addressing any other issues that were related to it. Had a hole that also needed to be patched afterwards and they sent in the right people in a timely manner to do that.Communication was also amazing.

I had an issue with my water heater late evening. Found this place on google and thought i should give him a call. call was answered immediately. He asked a couple of questions, requested some pictures, and right away told me what the issue was. Instead of giving me price quotes, like some of the plumbers did, he tried to help me over the phone. I was able to make it work. Free of charge and immediate fix. Once i need to change my water heater, i am definitely giving the job to On Time Service Plumbers!!! Thank you! 5 STAR FOR EVERYTHING!!! Give him a try, and wont be disappointed.

PREVIOUS TO CALLING THIS COMPANY, IVE CALLED 4 OTHER COMPANIES, INCLUDING 5 STAR COMPANIES THAT COULDNT GIVE ME A QUOTE, COULDNT GIVE ME A RANGE, SAID IT WOULD BE A CERTAIN AMOUNT JUST TO COME OUT AND QUOTE IT WAS JUST HORRIBLE. I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND RECEIVED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AND ASKED QUESTIONS TO GET TO THE ACTUAL PROBLEM QUOTED ME AND COMPLETED THE JOB. Nick and his crew came through again. See my January 17, 2017 post as well. Great service, unquestionable integrity, high quality materials and very affordable plumbing services. These guys are always on and on the scene quickly.We needed to address a couple of leaking sink faucets and know that our builder had used poor quality shut off valves some 15 years ago (yet represented ticking time bombs for a major disaster).Our first call was to Nick (given our previous experiences one cold, water-less Martin Luther King weekend when no other plumber would respond). Nick quoted such a very competitive rate for the work (including high quality valves/hoses) so we decided to have all our sink fixtures installed and bit the bullet on entire homes shut off valves.FYI - these guys wont be looking around your home (in that sleazy way many plumbers/electricians do) to up-sell/cross-sell services you dont need (unless you have an immediate or near term issue).We will be giving Nick (or one of his team ... Tony is great also) a call when the time comes to replace the water main connection (from city meter to home) -- these are starting to fail in our neighborhood.

Nick was great! We called him at 7 PM, and explained the situation to him. He said he could be here ASAP to help us repair our shower so that we could turn our water back on. He was very professional, friendly and I knew exactly what he was doing. He was in and out of our home in less than 30 minutes. We’ve dealt with plenty of professionals in the Plumbing space before, never one as friendly and warm as Nick, while still knowing what he was doing.
