My wife and I noticed water dripping from our ceiling this afternoon. Called Mach1 Plumbing and within an hour two plumbing techs were at our door. Tom and Nick were very friendly and professional. They had the failed fitting replaced within a matter of minutes. Very clean, left no debris and while leaving asked if we needed any other help.I highly recommend Mach 1 Plumbing!!!!

I’m so bad with names! A young gentleman came to my house. I told him what was going wrong. He trouble shouted everything possible. He said, I’m pretty sure it’s your shower head. He recommended that we change it and we did. We have pressure now like before. He also by-pass our water softener. Which we didn’t know. He was very very knowledgeable. He saved us thousands of dollars. We had another company come and they wanted to charge us $15,000 to fix the water pressure issue that we were having. The gentleman that came to my home was great, good customer service and pleasant to talk too!!!!Customer service 10000

I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. Had Mach 1 Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis filter, and weve never been happier. They are awesome. Came right out to help investigate why my water bill was so high. We found not only the suspected water main leak (which is typical for our part of town), but also found 3 other leaks in my landscaping systems. They fixed them all and now I am back to a normal water bill and not wasting precious water in the desert.After digging up and repairing my water main, they put everything back to normal. It looked they hadnt even been there. My front yard was immaculate!!!

I have used this company on two occasions first of all the office manager may be the most unfriendly person Ive ever talk to you secondly I had to call them back to fix what was originally fixed which they claim or two separate issues both pipes are connected to one another and the plumber made the comment that somebody previous to that had placed silicone in the pipe to stop it from leaking when I tried to address that with the office manager I was told it was two separate issues which I am almost 100% sure it is it do not use this company that is my opinion I dont feel they are above board at all

Mach 1 Plumbing was called out due to water coming up through the asphalt in the main drive of an association. They came out on a holiday and marked the street to identify where work needed to be done which included digging up the asphalt. Call before you dig was also contacted and repair scheduling was already set to be done within 72 hours! Other companies take 3 days to contact call before you dig which just delays repairs and contributes water waste.On repair day they, technicians, arrived earlier than scheduled and water was shut down no earlier, or later, than scheduled. Considering the main supply line to the 107 unit community was 6ft deep and leaking profusely we expected it to take all day before water would be restored to the residents. Pleasantly surprised and completely unexpected, the water was restored within 3.5 hours! All of the material from excavation was replaced and the entire job completed within less than a full day.MACH 1 Plumbing does the job they say they are going to do and they do it right.Often times owners become restless or agitated with the length of time it takes for repairs and often call management if someone even takes a break or is doing nothing onsite. Instead of complaints, Homeowners and Board Members contacted management with their extreme pleasure in the quick, efficient and cleanly manner of which they performed their job..... Even the owner most known for finding something wrong (or left out of place) text messaged me saying Im not sure where you found this outfit but I am extremely pleased with these people. They got my wanted on in a short time and they didnt even leave a mess. You need to keep them on speed dial and only use them from now on...Thank you MACH 1 Plumbing technicians, staff and management!
